I called at 8 am and the repairman was there at 10:15 and finished by 10:45. Went very well.

Overall the service when well. Staff were pleasant and polite, efficient and the price seemed reasonable for teh work performed.

no service was performed. Did not use this company because the timeframe that they told me they would be there was too long.

They are very good. The machine seemed to have a very simple problem, and we were very happy with the work they did. I rate then high. They were very responsive, punctual, professional and the quality of work they did was very good.

My washing machine wasn't turning on. I called them on an evening -- a service person called back the next day and set up an appointment. He called a half hour before the appointment, and arrived on time. All I had to do was unplug my washing machine -- and they charged me an extra $18 service charge for that, but it still saved me from buying a new washer/dryer.

They are very satisfactory. I am going to get a new dishwasher because the repairs are more expensive than the age of the dishwasher. I spent about $ 60 on the last job. They are always very courteous, on time and their price is always good. They are a great company.

Excellent. Owner called immediately after I initially called the answering service (weekend) and apologized that he wouldn't be able to handle that day (Saturday). As promised, scheduler called first thing Monday morning and the tech arrived as scheduled.

The service went well. They did what they said they would do. I would recommend them to anyone. I was very happy.

They gave top notch excellent service. They were marvelous and wonderful in every way. I cannot praise them enough.

My wassher smelled like it was burning up. I called and was promised service Mon. afternoon. The technician called about 11 and said he was free. I told him to come. He was friendly and courteous. He replaced 2 bwlts and was on his way in 20 minutes. I was just charged for the service call plus parts.

They were unable to fix my dishwasher because it was a two drawer and they dont work on those. I told the secretary when i made the appt. it was a two drawer so apparently they dont communicate with one another and they wasted my time! They refered me to another place that couldnt help either! I wont use them again!

Repair man called in advance, was very professional. I have worked on this refrigerator myself, so was interested in how he would access the coil and defrost it, as I expected was the problem. He replaced the defrost heater, defrosted the coil, explained to me that I should wait 24 hours to determine what the operating temp would be and adjust it from there. No wasted time and he had the part with him. Great.

After consulting Angie's List for a company to repair my dryer, I called Frost Appliance and set-up an appointment for the next afternoon between noon and 5 pm. The technician called to let me know he would arrive around 2 pm. When he arrived, I told him the symptoms with my dryer. He proceeded to run some diagnostic tests. He told me everything he was doing and why. He determined that my problem was not the dryer, but the exhaust duct that needed to be cleaned. He charged me only the service fee of $55.00 and gave me the name of someone who does the service of cleaning dryer vents to get my search started. Very nice guy and would be happy to have Frost Appliance back again. I was satisfied with the diagnosis because I had already done lots of reading on my model dryer both in the manual and on the internet and was already suspicious of the dryer vent. Also, I could hear the gas burner kicking on and off, so thought it had something to do with the dryer safety feature engaging.

I was offered an appointment the very next day. My only complaint was the 5 hour window for the appointment that needs to be narrowed--The tech could have easily estimated that I would be at the end of the 5 hour window based on his schedule. The tech called to say he was on his way, and of course it was 4 1/2 hours into the 5 hour window. However, once at my house, he quickly dismantled the washing machine and told me in detail of the defective part that caused the problem. His confidence was assuring. As the machine was 10 years old, I was given the pro/con's of repairing the machine versus buying a new machine. The tech advised that this was a common failure mode and the repair should give me years of service. I elected to have the part replaced and he completed the job in under 40 minutes. He then tested all cycles in my presence to verify the problem was solved. The tech was informative and told me of everything he was doing. I like these details and he answered every question with expert knowledge. He was polite and cleaned/replaced everything that he had to move to get to the machine. I was 100% satisfied with the service and price.

The man that came to the house was very friendly and he were right on time.

They were very professional, the owner was as nice as he could be, they were very polite and they showed up when they said that they would. I would call them again.

It went really well. He called on the way to my house to let me know that he was coming. He was very professional while he was working. He inspected the machine and determined that it was the latch switch that was the problem. He made sure that it worked before he left. I have not had a problem with it since.

I had an appointment but I got a call from them telling me his appointment was canceled, and could he come over-I said ok. He came out, stuck to his price, had most of the parts on his truck; what he didn't have he ordered right in front of me. All of it was professional and very customer orientated.

I chose the company for the high ratings. I felt the first technician that came out was not thorough enough. He vacuumed the back of the compressor fan & suggested I wait to see if that resolved the problem. It didn't. over the next few days, I lost all the freezer food (I had already dumped 1/2). Frost sent a 2nd technician that took the interior back panel off, immediately saw no frost on the coils & knew the seal had broken & the refrigerant had drained. He explained the situation very well, made calls to insure the refrigerator was under warranty, provided a number for service & told me how to proceed. I was then back to square 1 with a service call. I felt the 2nd technician was very knowledgeable & provided the kind of service you would want however, due to the warranty, he couldn't proceed. I still obviously had to pay for a service call. I felt there were 2 errors with this service. 1) the scheduler should have recommended a GE authorized repair person to begin with. The freezer was a 2004 model & still under warranty. I didn't know that Frost wouldn't be able to service a warranty issue & I feel they should have let me know that on the front end so as not to waste the $50 on a service call. 2) the problem was very basic & common. I think the 1st technician should have looked at the coils behind the panel to determine if they were working. Since he didn't check this, I ended up having to reschedule my work commitment a 2nd time which was kind of a hassle considering it could have been picked up the first time. When the technician couldn't do the repair the 2nd time I had to arrange for a 3rd appt. with GE. This hassle was preventable on the front end if Frost had explained they couldn't do GE warranty work.

They determined that the model of my machine did not have a seal problem and he ran it through all the cycles to verify that it ran properly and would not leak. He gave me some tips on using and maintaining the machine.

I left a message on a Sunday and had a call back before they opened on Monday. Impressive. Unfortunately, they do not service in Tempe/Chandler.

They really saved me a lot of money being bale to figure out that it was a warranty part that needed to be replaced. They are really reasonable. They have been in the valley for thirty years and I have been using them for almost that long. They are really great.

Dave arrived within the time window, quickly made the repair, gave his honest opinion about the ice maker, and got out in about 30 minutes.

While Frost Appliance repairs Maytag washers they do not repair Maytag Neptune washers. They were very pleasant and did provide me with the name of a company that does repair the Neptune washers.

I have had to call Frost out twice in about a month and each time I have been very pleased with my experience. They have come out to my house quickly, in the promised time frame and have been able to repair my washer and dryer on the spot and for a very reasonable price!! I will use them again!!
