Eduardo's Cleaning Svc

Angie's Deal service was performed by 4 hard working people who actually went beyond their 2 hour allotted time because they were dedicated and thorough. There was a little mixup on handling the laminate floors but it could have been my own fault so I'm not marking off for it. I was extremely pleased with the results!

Eduardo and his crew showed up on time and were very thorough in their cleaning. They work together quickly and efficiently. They arrived on time, calling ahead to let us know they were on the way.

Showed up on time and fit the cleaning into our schedule. We had a rush request due to a big party we were throwing at our house that involved house guests for the weekend. Eduardo and his team showed up in the late afternoon (on time) and did a superb job.

Initial appointment was 11/18, they didn't show up, no phone calls, when I tried to call nobody answered. Then they said it was because they had emergency trip to Mexico. So, we rescheduled for 11/22. Then Eduardo called Wednesday 11/20 as if we have never rescheduled, so I told him that we had it scheduled for 11/22, but now I want to reschedule to 11/26 instead since it's more convenient. He said no problem and to e-mail him my address, which I did. Then today 11/22 the crew showed up despite of the reschedule and we are not ready for it and it's not a good time. I never got delivery failure from my email regarding the reschedule, but Eduardo claimed that he never got the email. The whole experience was aggravating and we would like a refund, simply not worth working it out. They are very disorganized and didn't seem to have their scheduling system in line. We cannot sit around wasting our time for them to fail to show up or show up when it's not a good time.

The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They did a great job on the kitchen and bathrooms. They moved furniture that was on the wood floor and swept under. I was amazed they were able to get the shower inclosure so clean. However, I felt they could have communicated better. I purchased the Big Deal on Angies list for Deep Professional Housecleaning for a Day ( 8 man hours). In the end I was left unsure if they did as much as they could in the time that I had paid for or if they were just not thorough. If they were just out of time I would have preferred they explain and give me the option to have them continue for an additional charge.

2 men & 2 women (immaculate) came and cleaned and organized my double garage. They were amazing. They even damp wiped the inside of the garage door!

It worked out very well. I'm very happy. They came around October 10th or the 11th and I spent about $160. They did a house detail cleaning and it involved a once over deep clean. They were very good, they were professional, they did a nice job and they were very quiet so I couldn't have asked for better.

On November 13, on the telephone, Eduardo told me that Tuesday, November 19, was free between 1 and 2 pm. We agreed to that appointment. I would have had him do it sooner but we had some problems in our bathroom that had to be taken care of before they could come and clean. Eduardo emailed me on November 14th asking for the directions which I promptly sent back to him with a reminder about the types of cleaning items I would need him to use (I had previously sent the info to him before). It is now 3:00 pm and I still have not heard from Eduardo, today, Tuesday, November 19, 2013. At 2:30 pm, I emailed Eduardo, reminding him that he had set the time and date and yet he hasn't shown up nor called to let me know what is happening. I also told him I do not appreciate business people who do not follow through with the appointments they make and then don't respect me enough to even call to let me know why they haven't shown up. I told him that I would find someone else to clean my home.

His team of 4 young adults did a deep cleaning on my house for 2 hours (special sale). The team was very polite and all worked well and did a good job. I've sinned asked them to come back and clean once more while I am recuperating (knee surgery). I would recommend them. Only thing I would have appreciated was a confirming phone call and more exact time of arrival (I had to call to verify they were still coming). I think that is minor, though, since the rest of their services were excellent.

While the cleaning was OK, they threw out clothes that I then had to dig out of the trash.

I was disappointed. They swept & straightened, but did used a de-greaser or powerwasher when washing the garage floor, so it didn't look as good as I expected. Unfortunately, I did not clarify whether or not they could remove the stains on the garage floor. I will be more careful before scheduling other services.

Arrived ready to work and hustled the entire time they were here. House was cleaned thoroughly and shone throughout. Very friendly staff, eager to do their best. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

After setting up an appointment online and confirming date/time of service, Eduardo's did not make the scheduled appointment. When I called, Eduardo claimed they never received payment from Angie's List. I had to call Angie's List for confirmation that payment was received. Eventually, Eduardo sent a team to complete the service. The workers did a fine job and were quite pleasant. The only hurdle that cropped up was that the cleaning team called several times to confirm my address - probably should invest in a Garmin or other similar device.

Everything they worked on came out sparkling clean. Very good job, very professional people. We were mainly interested in getting those things done that we don't do often like the blinds, fans, baseboards etc while getting a professional cleaning on everyday stuff like the kitchen and bathrooms. Overall a great job. Later found out that many of our friends get biweekly cleaning for under $100 for 8 man-hours. At $159 this was still a good deal but we usually clean our home ourselves so we may not call them again for another couple of years. For similar needs, if price seems reasonable, we would highly recommend.

A team arrived at the appointed time and worked hard. They were fast and professional. I highly recommend them.

Although I think they really did a great job once they got here, they were late and didn't call to let me know they would be late. I had to call to find out if they were still coming. I would use them again at the discounted Angie's Deal price but would not pay full price for the service. Being on time is really important to me.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was okay. I guess the thing is that he didn't really have that much to do in our garage, and he made much some change, but not much. My husband had hired him to unclutter things in the garage, which they did, but for most part it wasn't done. We have a maid also who comes and cleans the house, and for the most part, the things that they did do in the garage, but everything that I had in certain places was still there. The only thing that I saw moved was the bicycle. They moved some folding chairs from one part of the garage to the other. I didn't see a difference in the things being stacked neatly. I felt like that my husband just gave money away. When I got home, I didn't see what they really did.

Overall they did a decent job but moved a little quick for my liking. Moving quickly through the house doesn't normally produce deep cleaning results. They were a little rough on the blinds and missed a toilet (i only have 2 toilets). I noticed the toilet wasn't clean after a quick walk through of the house and they did clean it before they left. Regarding the blinds, they vigorously were cleaning them in the closed position and they were banging against the edge of the window frame. Some of the individual slates were twisted and jammed against the window frame. Nothing broke, just wished they had a softer touch. The cleaning team worked hard, were very nice and accommodating. Just not sure if I'd have them come back.

I am a property manager and I am always looking for great, reasonable, trustworthy vendors. Eduardo is definitely one of them! I did shop around and his price is right on the money and even a little cheaper considering he offered cleaning the interior and exterior downstairs windows! Every other cleaner I called said that they charge extra for this. The windows looked great! He even cleaned some metal kitchen blinds that were covered with extreme dirt and grease, and now they look brand new!! As a management company, we expect every nook and crack to be clean and Eduardo accomplished this with a breeze! Normally I do find some high dusty areas ( edges of ceiling fans or high light fixtures) but I swiped every inch in this house and did not find anything missed! Eduardo is very courteous and almost instantly replied every time I messaged him! We will definitely continue to use Eduardo!! And I love having vendors that help represent the integrity of our company!

The crew of five arrived at the scheduled time and got right to work with each member taking on specific tasks. They were professional and very polite in their dealings with us. When they completed their work they asked us to do a walk through to insure they had satisfied our needs. They did the cleaning quickly and were thorough with no areas requiring any redoing or touch-up.

I WAS VERY SURPRISED AT THE TIME IT TOOK THEM TO DO THE WHOLE HOUSE. I AM VERY PLEASED AND WOULD READILY HAVE THEM BACK AGAIN. I'M CONSIDERING ONCE A MONTH.

Provider was very responsive and scheduled service to the date we requested. They were very punctual and brought a crew to complete the work. They performed all work as described under the big deal and I was pleased. We had previously done a lot of clearing out items in the garage so they did not need to sort through as much stuff as might be necessary for other people. The garage was cleaned nicely and items returned in an orderly fashion. Good work. Would have been better if they had spent a bit of time asking me about some things before returning them to the garage. They also did not empty and wipe the shelving units. Overall good work. Would be a very good value for a large garage.

There were 4 workers and they arrived on time and began work. Two hours later my garage was transformed from a messy ugly room to a clean, shining, and beautifully organized structure.

' Movein/moveout cleaning means 'empty house' and everything is cleaned. All 3 bathrooms sinks, toilets, shower stalls and bathtubs, all kitchen appliances, all cabinets - shelves, drawers inside and out side, mop all floors (about 1,000 square feet) in 2,100 SQFT house, all windows blinds. His staff came first and got to work quickly and efficiently. Each (of 4) workers knew what their part of the house was without asking me, them Eduardo arrived to lead and help the effort. I left the house and returned after the house was done and I settled with Eduardo, and tipped the workers, I am HAPPY! He is my man!
