Eduardo's Cleaning Svc

Eduardo gave me a price for a condo cleaning. After his crew arrived, he called me to say the price had doubled. When I protested, he called his crew and told them to leave. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

Great service, my garage never looked or smelled so clean. Will use again!

The kids that came out did a great job. The communication to set up the appointment was poor.

The outcome of the housecleaning was good. There were three or four people here doing the work and they were prompt. Eduardo was not very communicative. The woman smiled a little more. They were comprehensive and did a nice job.

THE CREW THAT WAS SENT OUT WAS WONDERFUL. PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE WITH EDUARDO. IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET BOOKED, AND REBOOKED SINCE THEY DIDN'T SHOW. AFTER, I WANTED TO REBOOK FOR THE AME CREW, AGAIN THEY DIDN'T SHOW AND THAT IS WHEN EDUARDO TOLD ME THAT THEY WOULD RATHER NOT SERVICE MY AREA. IN THAT CASE, SHOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED THE FIRST TIME. VERY INCONVIENIENT AND TOOK AWAHILE TO FIND A REPLACEMENT RIGHT IN FRONT OF AN EVENT AT MY HOUSE. NOT RELIABLE

They did not show up or call when they were running late for the first appointment. I had to call to see where they were. He said they were running late but could be here in a couple of hours. I agreed. He soon called me back with news that they could not make it that day. I didn't have a real problem with rescheduling. Things do happen. They did arrive on time for the second appointment. As they came in one of the women raced past me carrying a wet dirty mop. She went directly to my kitchen and placed the dirty mop in my sink. I hate to think of the germs she brought in. They did not bring a bucket. When she was ready to mop the kitchen floor she used plain water from my sink and just swished the dirt around with water. The other woman was wiping furniture, blinds, fan with a dirty looking rag. The rag was never rinsed out (of course they didn't bring a bucket) and everything was wiped off with the same dirty rag without any rinsing. The two men cleaned the bathrooms and there was no indication that cleaners were used in there as well. When I walked by to check out how everything was going, I not once smelled any fresh clean smells. They were to be here for two hours with four people. They were done 20 minutes before the 2 hours was done but I was happy to see them leave. The house did not smell clean and fresh after they left. When I ran my hand over surfaces I could tell they had not been cleaned and disinfected. So needless to say I had to go over everything to really clean and disinfect which defeated the purpose of paying someone to come in and clean the house so I could get to other things. I have to say they were polite but the work was very sub par. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Could not have been more pleased A team of 4 people swept in and went to work. In amazingly short time they had made order out of chaos, Courteous, trustworthy... Very impressed

My only issues was that they were running late and I had to call them to make sure they were still coming; also they use your vacuum which I am fine with but they did the when house without emptying the canister (I need to empty after each room- pets!) and so it was so full I had to totally take the entire thing apart to get it emptied, and one of the breakers popped (it is a dyson and this happens rather frequently) but they never told me and just switched outlets. No big deal ( except trying to figure why the fans and lights wouldn't work later in the day) but it makes me wonder if other things happened they wouldn't say anything

One of the cleaning crew members dropped a glass award I had on a shelf while dusting and it broke beyond repair. When I brought this to Eduardo's attention, expecting that he would pay to have it replaced, he said, "OK, I'm sorry. Let me know. Thx." I have sent him text messages, e-mails all with a copy of the invoice for $202.22. He keeps saying he will send a check. Last week, on March 13, he asked for five business days. I said, "ok, but that's it. If I don't receive a check by then, I would make this public" (as I am today - March 25). I have had telephone conversations or left messages with/for Eduardo on Feb. 2, March 1, 3, 10, 11, and 21, all to no avail. I would not recommend this company to anyone at this point. The manner in which he conducts business is inconceivable.

Great service! Very professional. Everything was great. Just an observation: Being a first time customer, I asked cleaners to have someone call me with a quote to continue monthly. I never heard back from them to get feedback or see if I wanted to continue. I was a bit surprised there was no follow up for my business.

It went well. They only needed to be there for 2 1/2-3 hours. Overall good, very professional.

Everything turned out fine. The scheduling was easy and it was easy to change the appointment around from the initial visit.

They showed up a bit late due to not being able to find my home which is a reoccurring issue and wasn't a big deal. The appointment I made was for 2 people to clean for 4 hours total. I had the option of 1 for 8 hours but wanted it done sooner. They showed up with 4 people so that was a surprise and I guess it went without saying I guess it went down to 2 hours but the 4 of them did what I asked and they ultimately left early. I wish I had just let Eduardo know that I expected them to clean for 2 hours and if they got done with what I asked for, to come ask me for something else but live and learn. I will definitely call them again and because I'd use them again, it's all about developing a working relationship and expectations. One of the gals did break an item when she was dusting and they offered to pay for it. However, I said not to worry about it. Sometimes you just have to do that because again, I will call them again.

The service went well. They moved everything needed and they were able to organize everything.

They arrived on time with 4 people. They asked how I wanted the garage organized and I went over what I wanted. I put the recycle and garbage bins available and they filled them up nicely. Everything was moved out of garage and it was cleaned from floor to ceiling. Then they put back everything in a well organized manner. It took about 2 hrs. The garage hasn't looked this good in years!

They didn't show up on the date I had set up. When I contacted them about an hour after the scheduled period, they acted as if I hadn't been scheduled at all for that date. We did set up another date and they did arrive on time. They did a good job, the people were friendly and listened to instructions. 5 people arrived and they worked for 2 hours.

please see the e-mail to and from Eduardo. He agreed to come clean my house on the 23rd of November and then on the 22nd told me that he was not working that Saturday!

They were great. They arrived and started cleaning right away. They were very thorough and easy to work with. I asked for special help removing items and cleaning my garage and they were most kind and complied. The garage was swept, doors were washed, and garage floor was cleaned thoroughly with the product I requested. I would definitely ask them to return. In addition, I inadvertently had an incorrect address in the purchase but after calling me from that location, they came to my home and they were not upset. They are great.

I purchased the big deal. It took a little while to schedule the service, but very happy with the results. Team arrived within 10 mins of scheduled time and did a very thorough job including dusting ceiling fans, cleaning out microwave, wiping down baseboards, etc. House still looks great and I will likely use the service again.
