Dreamstyle Remodeling was great. the install crew of Joseph T., Eugene U., Andrew G. and Nathan V. did an amazing job building my new shower. Would recommend this company. They did everything they said they and more, I couldn't be happier.

Joseph Thomas and Andrew Grizzle were our installers. We were very please with their work: 1. They stopped to consult when questions came up to make sure we understood and agreed with the placement of all of the accessories. 2. They were very personable and respectful of our space. 3. We appreciated the call from Joseph on the day of install, to let us know what time to expect them. My husband was more comfortable with the installation process than I was, because I had a different understanding of what to expect from Rebekah. She used the word "seamless", and it's not one piece. We would have expected someone to touch base with us prior to the install. I called the office and talked to Debra.

Joseph T. and Andrew G. did a fantastic job installing our new shower. The installation was very quick. Started around 8 and finished at 12:30. the shower looks exactly as expected. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to remodel a shower.

I have to admit, I had some bumps along the way because the project was delayed by a broken pan while being shipped and I was frustrated because there were a few employee changes along the way so I didn't have a consistent point of contact. But when Ryan, Project Manager came to do the project, he was very professional, friendly. I felt he did everything he could to make sure I would love my new walk-in shower. I only gave a 4 star rating because of the prior issues but Ryan gets five stars! I don't know if I got a good price but I felt Ryan made sure I got my money's worth. Since it was just completed yesterday, I don't know how it will hold up but it sure does look great.

Couldn't have gone better! This isn't the cheapest company we talked to, but they were competitively priced and did a beautiful job. The sales process was pain free - there are so many details, but they made the decision making process comfortable. The installation was completed in a day. Everyone I interfaced with was professional. We were able to choose some high end details and products that really make a difference in the look. Even though the company is located in Albuquerque, the Phoenix operation is large enough that they were able to make last minute changes smoothly. I am impressed.

Joseph Thomas & Andrew Grizzle did a terrific job in removal and installation of my NEW Dream-Style shower assembly. Early arrivals, fast and complete removal & installation, finished ahead of schedule Very easy to talk to and they explained in full detail what was done and explained the warranty.

We replaced a bathtub with a walk in shower through DreamStyle. Joseph Thomas was the lead installer and he and his crew did a fantastic job! The shower is beautiful, it makes the entire bathroom look so much bigger and better. They checked with us on every decision, made sure it was exactly the way we want it and even cleaned up after themselves very well. We couldn't be happier!

Shower Enclosure Remodel I was looking for a one-stop remodeler for my bathroom project so as to avoid juggling plumbers, dry wallers and other contractors. Dreamstyle Remodelers filled that need. Moreover, they said that my installation would be a one day job which also appealed to me. I did not want to sit around wasting time waiting for the craftsmen. The installation date turned out to be 11 weeks from the contract signing; but I was in no hurry so that was fine. The project included new wall and floor system, valves and a shower head, and a shower door. The price was $11,475, which I thought was high, but for the convenience of a single contractor doing the job in one day, I moved ahead. On the day of the installation, 2 men arrived but informed me that they did not have the shower door or one of the grab bars. They proceeded with the demolition and hauled away all the old fixtures and equipment. The demo was cleanly done, with appropriate plastic coverings on the doors and counters. They then proceeded with the new plumbing and walls which came in three pieces. Unfortunately, the installer informed me that he had ruined one piece of the wall while sawing. This meant that the walls could not be completed. So at the end of the first day, my job was half done. On day two, after the delivery of a new wall section in the afternoon (and the grab bar, but not the shower), the installer arrived about 5:30 pm to complete the wall. But it could not be done because his “heat gun” was inoperative and the wall could not be flattened. So he left at 5:45 and the job had not progressed. On day three, the installer arrived with the shower door and a new “heat gun”. I think the installer was supposed to be off that day, so I appreciated that he arrived to complete the job..which he did. The final project looks fine and I am satisfied but I am disappointed that it took three days, and that with a lead time of 3 months the components were not available on the day of installation. I felt that by paying a premium price, the service should have been as promised. The fixtures and components themselves could not have accounted for more than 25% of the price since they were mid level quality, so I essentially was paying for the timely and professional execution of the project.

Robert Kempf went out of his way on my bathroom shower tub install. He explained step by step the process of what would happen, how long it would take and how to care for my new tub. He answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the project. I was given a recommendation by family members and I would recommend him as well. I am very pleased with the job that was done.

I recently had a tile shower/tub replaced in our kid’s bathroom by Dreamtyle Remodeling and can say it was a good experience. All the people I interacted with were very nice from salesperson Jacob, the measuring guy David to installers Josh K. and Rob K. Dreamstyle was the lowest bid of 4 different companies for this job and the acrylic material appears to be very robust and easy to maintain. Special appreciation goes to Josh and Rob who’s friendly demeanor made them welcome in my home and their attention to detail was impressive. They demo’d everything down to studs making very little mess, then replaced piping and installed a new valve assembly and built everything back up before installing the tub and surround to the ceiling. Everything looks great and was completed in one day. The only negative part of my experience with Dreamstyle was a couple mistakes in the ordering of materials; wrong color tub was brought for the first appointment and a new one had to be ordered postponing the installation about 2 weeks. For the 2nd installation a shower only fixture kit was brought and there was no tub spout so I ran up to Lowes and got one to finish off the job, no biggie. People make mistakes and Dreamstyle was more than accommodating in rectifying the errors to my satisfaction. I would recommend a proactive phone call to verify materials a few weeks before installation to ensure all the correct materials will be brought, not specific to Dreamstyle but a good practice for any remodeling company. Bottom line is I would use recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling to my friends and use them again myself.

From the initial Sales contact with David C to the finished product, Dreamstyle Remodeling was a pleasure to work with. We converted our master bathtub into a Kohler products shower with everything we wanted. Shane, the Install Mgr did a great job with laying out the project. But the best part of the job was our Installers, Josh K and Rob K. They were OUTSTANDING !!! We had a few items in our install that were not typical, especially creating a window. Josh and Rob collaborated and created a perfect window. Communication was great, they were neat and clean. So much so, You couldn't even tell they were here except for the beautiful shower they left. They even put up with our 4 dogs who were very nosey! We cannot be more satisfied at this point. The new shower is everything and more than we had expected. We will be sure to call them again in the future. Thanks, Josh and Rob.

The company was disappointing. For a one-day install this has taken 3 months. Measuring was done wrong, so new acrylic wall system had to be reordered. Another delay. My installer was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and advised me when I had questions. I would definitely request Joseph T and Will H if I needed any further services. Shower stall actually came out very nice. Not complete yet, but I am happy with what was done today by Joseph T and Will H. Would recommend these two installers; not so sure about the company.

Done in one day looks beautiful and the contractors that came to do the job left no trace and did better than I imanged!

The job was done very professionally and there was a small issue but it was taken care of very well. Joseph Thomas and the rest of Dreamstyle team were A+
