We had a rebuild completed on our shower following issues with the original install that had been completed in 2020. Dreamstyle offers a lifetime warranty which was easy to access and for which we were very thankful. Fortunately for us, this time around we had Jared W. and Bennie R. to do the work and they did a great job! They were prompt in arriving, explained how and what they would be doing to rectify the problem, made sure that any construction mess was kept to a minimum in the hallways and adjacent rooms, and the area was thoroughly cleaned when they finished. Most importantly - their workmanship on this rebuild was impeccable and we really appreciated their expertise, conscientiousness and attention to detail. From the first information meeting with Shawn S to the install with their guys Jared W and Bennie R to the inside person Jason M who put the job together with the schedule and materials. It went very smoothly and the installers Jared W and Bennie R were so communicative, professional, respected our space, very detailed and did such an awesome job. If we would decide to do our guest bath remodeled, Dreamstyle and this team is who we would hire again in a heart beat. The finished product was exactly what we were wanting.

Years ago we received a postcard advertisement from Dreamstyle and decided to keep it as a reference. Fast forward to 2023, and in desperate need of a master shower remodeling, we decided to give them a try. The shower is now complete, and we couldn't be happier. My salesperson, Ella arrived on time. She is very friendly and personable as she led me through the services and products that I would be purchasing, a new toilet and shower. She presented me with multiple options for payment. I thought the prices to be fair and signed a contract that day and I put a down payment on my contract. My chosen materials were ordered. Less than a month later I was contacted to schedule the work and was described the preparation work that I would be asked to perform. Kory and Roc arrived Monday morning and began the process of replacing my tub and toilet. There were two unforeseen problems that were encountered during the process that were handled professionally and without additional charges. After they were finished, Kory and Roc cleaned up after themselves very well. Everyone that I dealt with at Dreamstyle was friendly, courteous, and professional. I have a few more projects I want to accomplish, and I will enthusiastically choose Dreamstyle to accomplish them quickly and professionally.

My friends shower remodel is beautiful. Had issues with pipes and water system for the last two years. Lifetime warranty came with the remodel. The faucets would leak and they sent out someone twice to fix the leaks. Recently there has been more issues with the water and irrigation system consisting of a loud banging. They sent out someone to look at it twice, and still didn't fix it, was told by the staff said there was nothing they needed to do to correct the problem. Well another man was sent out to evaluate the situation, Todd Hoyt, he was very knowledgeable and agreed on how to fix the issue, within in 48 hrs he fixed the issue and repaired the closet wall where the repair was done. We are very pleased with the job done this time. Original project completed in 2021 repairs completed May 15, 2023

We contacted Angie's list regarding having our bathtub/shower combo in our main bathroom and shower replaced in our Master bathroom. They recommended, Dreamstyle Remodeling. We called Dreamstyle Remodeling and then our new projects started. We felt like we were in very good hands from the start with the Design Consultant Jason Tate, Project Manager Jason Myers to the installers Dana Gannon and Art Shell. Everyone was very professional and knew their job very well. The complete team took care of our us and the materials that they used looks very nice in our house and we would recommend Dreamstyle Remodeling to family and friends.

Our bathroom remodels were supposed to take 2 weekends to complete. The remodel was started on Oct. 2nd & wasn’t finished until Apr. 4th. That’s 6 months. We are a family of 6 that had to all share a downstairs bathroom for the majority of that time. My issue is with a couple of the higher up managers. One mid-level manager guy, named Chad, was downright rude, bordering hostile. We talked over the phone one time & he literally yelled the words, “Stop talking, now”, to me 4 separate times. I of course complained & wanted his boss to call me. She said she would personally come out to our house to pick up the last payment & talk about everything. She didn’t make it. I understand that 95% of construction projects don’t go as planned.For a bathroom remodel to take 6 months is ridiculous. One of the installers, during the demo part of the remodel, fell through our bathroom floor & made a hole in the ceiling of the room below it, the kids playroom. BH
