Description of Work: Kitchen Aid required us to get an appraisal of the breakdown of our fridge from their "official provider" which we did. We have insurance from Old Republic who insure the fridge but NOT the ice dispenser. We were informed by "your official rep. that the ice dispenser was fine but that the wires to the ice dispenser we not delivering adequate current to make the ice dispenser work and that the door would have to be replaced which would cost upward of $2000. Having invested in a KitchenAid kitchen (cooker,warmer,microwave/stove/wine cooler because of the company's reputation, we were disarmed and disappointed. Description of Work: I just had KitchenAid send a "Quality Repair Specialist" out to repair my fridge. The repairman fixed the problem and created another...and couldn't return after I called within five minutes to alert them of the problem they created. I have called KitchenAid and asked for another company. I DO NOT recommend Dino's Appliance Service

Description of Work: CALLED DINO APPLIANCE COMPANY ON RECOMMENDATION OF YOUR WEBSITE. REFRIGERATOR WAS NOT HOLDING TEMPERATURE. IT WAS REGISTERING 60 DEGREES/FREEZER WAS WORKING. TECH ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY. CHARGED $ 116.00 AND STATED HE FIXED A KITCHEN-AID BUILT IN REFRIGERATOR BY WARMING AN AREA IN FREEZER WHICH WOULD BLOW COLD AIR INTO FRIDGE. IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 24-48 HOURS FOR FRIDGE TO REACH COOL TEMPERATURE. TWO DAYS LATER THE TEMPERATURE WAS NOT HOLDING. SOMETIMES COLD AND OTHER DAYS ALMOST 50 DEGREES. CALLED DINO APPLIANCE AND THE TECH CAME (ASAP-) 2 DAYS LATER. SAID THAT I NEEDED A NEW TEMPERATURE DISPLAY. HE WOULD HAVE TO ORDER THE PART. AFTER 6 DAYS STILL NO PART IN THE COMPANY. I CALLED ANOTHER APPLIANCE COMPANY AND THEY CAME 90 MINS LATER. THEY ORDERED THE PART AND CAME THE NEXT DAY. IT WAS THE COMPRESSOR NOT THE DISPLAY MONITOR! MY FREEZER ALSO STARTED TO HAVE PROBLEMS BY THIS TIME WHICH THE OTHER APPLIANCE STORE FIXED. THIS OTHER COMPANY DID NOT CHARGE A VISIT FEE. I WILL NEVER USE DINO'S APPLIANCE COMPANY AGAIN.

Description of Work: My three months out of warranty dishwasher was dead in the water - literally - that thing stunk something horrible. The tech from Dino's came out- running a bit late but he called - found the bad connection and corrected it. He charged me the minimum service call fee. He easily could have sold me a new watchamacallit or thingymagic for $300 - very much appreciate that he didn't do that. He was also extremely cordial - Joey was his name. Don't buy a Bosch.
