They arrived the same day I called to diagnose my pool heater problem. It turned out to be an electrical problem. Mike was able to handle it all.p and got my heater running.

They answered my inquiry quickly and came the same day to diagnose my pool filtration problem and nonworking pool light. They recommended a quick self fix for my filtration, and then put in a brand new pool light fixture within two business days. They completed the job at a great price and in a timely manner.

I hired Mesa Pools to help find and fix my water pressure issue which was low. I thought I had an air leak in my valves as I kept seeing bubbles in the pool. I updated my valves with new o-rings. I perform backwash weekly and cleaned my filters a month prior. Within 5 minutes of arrival, the tech insisted that my plumbing was bad and needed to run new pipes and valves. I informed tech that for past 4 years I did not have issues with pipes and felt it is not the plumbing. He insisted that with his 30 years of experience it is the plumbing. He also kept stepping on and touching pipes and valves with his feet instead of using his hands to point to the correct valve. Showed signs of laziness. I was pressured to run new plumbing and felt this was a sales pitch and not a service call. The issues was not fixed and I paid $85. I called another pool company next day who came put and opened the DE filter. After I cleaned it it was good as new. The other company did not recommend to replace anything because there was no indication that plumbing was broken, just because it was old. Mesa Pools did not provide the service I paid for and I would not recommend.

The autofill had to be repaired and replaced. Our sprinkler system water line was dependent upon this pool repair to be fixed. Our extreme heat conditions can easily ruin our grass and landscaping. So, getting this fixed was critical and urgent in a timely fashion was important. And this occurred.

MIke called me shortly after I made the request online and he was able to fit me in for a same day appointment to diagnose the issue with my pool pump. He had it figured out within 15 minutes, we discussed the scope of the work and the cost and then scheduled the repair to be done next day. Mike was able to arrive early and called to inquire if ok, yes it was. The pool had a clogged vacuum line and he was able to clear it with compressed air. The line was cleared in short order and vacuum restored to allow pool cleaner to operate. Thanks!
