Mike came out on Saturday to give us an estimate, received that estimate on Monday. Went with Desert Mesa Pool Service for a new pump and filter and the change out was done on Tuesday. Super fast, very fair price and professional. Would highly recommend.

They came out right away and diagnosed the issues with no "extra" repairs that needed to be done. They were very knowledgeable and job was done quicky.

The technician was courteous, fair priced, and did superior repair work. He replaced the three O-rings in my water pump, which was leaking water all over the place. I was impressed not only with his technical skills, but also with his patience Dr. and professional attude (friendly). I recommend this company highly (5.0).

A few days before my grandchildren were due to arrive, we had a green pool. Within minutes after requesting a quote on Angieâ s list, I received a phone call from them. Within 2 hours, they were at my house diagnosing the problem. The next morning they were back at my house to fix the problem. I have never received this level of customer service from any company and because of their responsiveness, they have gained a new customer I highly recommend them!

Mike came to the house around 11:30 am to give us a bid for the job and the pool filter was replaced by 2:30 the same day. Exceptional service!. Would definitely use them again.. Highly recommend them.

Desert Mesa Pool Service (Mike) has identified a number of reasons why air is getting into my pool plumbing. He fixed those issues. He recommended another company (Pool Leaks) to find another difficult to find spot for air getting into my pool's plumbing. We're now scheduling time to fix this final issue.

Mike responded promptly, debugged the pool and spa heater, found the parts, scheduled the repair within two days. Chad rebuilt the Hayward heater with the new parts. The repair bill was lower than the invoice.
