Daniel Sanchez Landscaping

Daniel showed up to give me an estimate when he said he would. They returned the following Saturday and began their work. After an hour, Daniel asked me to check on what they were doing. They had cut up most of the fallen trees, but I was not keen on their pruning. I asked them to thin them more and to not leave any stubs. A half an hour later, Daniel said they weren't going to finish that day and would be back on Monday, which they were, and he asked me to look at the trees and tell them what I thought. I told him I wasn't happy with their tree thinning and asked them to do more -- which they did, but with a hedge shear -- not a good sign. They completed their work in another hour and a half and I paid him the agreed upon amount. Daniel's clean up was fine, even if they left one good-sized root sticking out from under the house, but I thought their pruning left a lot do be desired.

Daniel and his team arrived when they said they would. They performed all the work that we agreed upon. He does not need a lot of direction. He spoke knowledgeably about the landscape plants we have and how to maintain them.

Responsive at first, I was very pleased with the initial contact, bid and work. I was very disappointed when he just didn't show up one week. When I called he was going to call back to let me know when he would come. Then I called the next week and he was supposed to come out but never did.

He did well. He responded promptly. He came back with a bid that was fair. He goes out every two weeks and so far so good.

I thought the guys did a great job, so good in fact that I voluntarily paid them an extra $50 over the $250 quoted, because I felt that Daniel had undercharged me.

Daniel was easy to schedule with and showed up as promised for the estimate and close to on time, for the actual work. He had warned us that, he had an earlier job on the day of our work. When we told him we wanted an estimate on sprinklers, he called his brother to come and give an estimate. This was done quickly and as promised. I would definitely call him again, for additional work. He gave us an estimate and worked within that budget. We actually gave him more than he asked for, as we felt he did additional work.

He didn't bring out enough weed killer for around the fence. He was supposed to come back the next day to finish the work. He didn't show up and I had to call him back again and he was supposed came back out a few days later and again I had to call him to come out then and he sprayed. But afterwards, it was washed away by all the rain. The next time he came he forgot the spray. At that point I told him to just wait and to call me about something he was supposed to look in to for me. He never contacted me about this either. This was all last fall. He was supposed to come out for me this spring and didn't show up and when we rescheduled he didn't show up again, I decided to go with someone else.

Daniel came by and gave an estimate. His pricing is very reasonable. He came back the next day with his crew at the scheduled time. They removed the trees and cleaned up the area. They were very efficient and I was very happy with how they completed the job. Daniel is very pleasant to work with. I will definitely contact him for any future landscaping needs.

Daniel showed up on time for the estimate and we agreed on a price for the work. He stated he would return Monday around noon to begin the work. He was there on Monday and completed the front yard and bougainvillea trimming as requested. However, his truck was full and he stated he would return on Tuesday to finish the job. He returned on Tuesday and completed the rear yard and cleared the frost damaged tree of all its leaves.

Excellent! He fit me in his work schedule in a matter of a few days of coming out to give me an estimate. Others were more than double in cost and could not come out for 2-3 weeks. I highly recommend him, and am now going to use him on a bi-weekly basis.

The arrived on time and did a great job. They were very polite and professional.

Daniel provides lawn and yard service for our house and my husband's business. He is friendly, on time, and dependable. I would highly recommend him.

Daniel is a very professional young man, does what he says he's going to do, is very reasonably priced, and does an awesome job. He was very honest about what we needed done and came out when he said he would and completed the job quickly, quietly and completely. WOW! MY YARD LOOKS GREAT! THIS GUY IS FANTASTIC!! Daniel was fantastic from start to finish. From my first phone call to him, he was professional, prompt and friendly. He and his crew did a top-notch job. My husband and I could not have been more pleased. This is by far and away the best experience we've ever had with lawn work! We've already set up a standing monthly maintenance schedule with him. We highly recommend him!

They did a wonderful job and we'll be having them back on a monthly basis over the winter and then bi-weekly for Spring/Summer. Daniel is very professional and willing to adjust anything that you would like. We're so pleased to have found someone so accountable and professional that also does great work!

Dan came over and looked at the piping that was supposed to be irrigating the area. He quoted us $100 for parts and labor. When he came to do the work, he found a better way to handle it and in the end charged me only $30!! I was ready to write a check for $100 and he turned it down! Very honest and got the job done well. Only negative, was that he was supposed to come quote the job one day and didn't show ,we rescheduled for the next week.

He came later than he said he would but that was because another job took longer, and he did exactly what he said he would do. It took them three hours, but he didn't miss any of the work he had contracted for. Daniel is very courteous, and he and his crew are hardworking. The fee was very reasonable, and the job was so professional that we will have him come to our home every two weeks for general lawn and garden work.

Agreed to look at the tree and then give me a call back with a quote. Not sure if he ever looked at the tree, but he did not call me back or return any of my calls. However he did make a comment about "as long as we where happy" making statements about his employee satisfaction.

Set up appointment with Daniel. He did not show up. Called him and he rescheduled for next day. Did not show up or call that day either. Gave up on him.

Daniel did a fantastic job! My yard has never looked better. He came promptly and was done over a two day period. His price was more than reasonable for all the work he did. He also recommended a tree trimmer for the large palms, who did a great job. He now handles the landscaping bi-monthly in the winter. Highly recommended!

Called Daniel to confirm the date for him to do yard work. He spoke to my husband and Wednesday was when he was to do work. Daniel showed up with an assistant and did the work. My husband was pleased with the yard. We will use Daniel again. Thank You.

Overall, very good. Prompt and straight-forward, stating job would take 2 days. A little messy after first day; however, complete clean-up after job was finished!

Daniel is the best landscaper I have worked with so far. He and his crew are punctual. They do a good job keeping the yard looking nice. He is pleasant and easy to deal with. He has no problem with a couple of special requests we have about taking care of our yard (no pesticides or herbicides, no trimming with power hedge trimmers). He personally does not handle sprinkler problems but can usually get his brother, who does, to come over to help whenever there is a problem. He has cheerfully done a couple of extra things I have requested (planting a bush, pulling up a plant) without it being a big drama.

Daniel is polite and very personable we are thrilled to have him take care of our landscaping needs. He is self-motivated and knows a lot about plants and trees. I have looked for a long time to find someone like Daniel and I expect him to be with us for a long time.

We had a great experience with Daniel. He came to give me a free quote and was back 3 days later to do the job. He mowed the lawn unexpectedly, and told us he was happy to do it as part of the service that day.
