They are very good. They were very responsive. They got the job done when I needed to and they charged me a very fair price for it. I called them and they were right there. I will definitely use their services again in the future.

I wanted somebody from my neighborhood and they had a good rating and that?s why I went with them. They planted rice grass for me this year which is the first I have had and it is looking very nice. They do whatever I tell them to do and do a good a job and my yard is looking much better than the other landscaper I had. They edge and cut the grass, and the grass looks great the way they are cutting it. They rake the gravel and pull the weeds and do a great job. The other landscaper that I had did half the job of what they do. They are very nice, accommodating and friendly. They told me that if there is something that they missed doing, I can tell them and they will come back and do the work and if they do any kind of damage, they will replace it.

They do good work. We have using them for four months now. We like them because they are inexpensive and punctual. We chose them because of their pricing. We pay $80 a month. They do all the work in our lawn. We?ll absolutely use them in the future.

I was not home when Sanchez Maintenance did the monthly service. However, the job was well done and I am satisfied.

He has been very good, he has a lot of pride in his work, he has high standards, he is was very punctual. I was very impressed with his services. The price are reasonable.

He did a good job, came when he was supposed to and he also gave me a reasonable charge. He doesn't handle my area anymore but I would use him again if he did.

He came the next day and had his crew out to clean up within 3 days. They did a very good job for me at a very reasonable price. I will use this firm to provide ongoing yard maintenance services, based on their initial performance.

They do a very good job. They are there on time for the most part. You can get a hold of Daniel whenever you need because he gives you his cell phone number.

His work was only adequate, having fallen out in recent months. However, for the last 2 months Mr. Sanchez has not shown up and does not answer his phone. So I doubt if he is still in business, and I will have to start looking for a replacement.

When he was working, he did good work, and came on the day that he said he would.

Since the later part of January of 2008, he has not shown up and has not called. I tried the phone number he gave us and the phone has been disconnected.

Showed up on time, gave quote, performed work on time and as quoted, and cleaned up afterwards. Good job.

We had some issues with the HOA and the water shut-off which necessitated in a couple of extra trips for him and there was no extra charge. He was good, but his price wasn't good enough for us to use him continually.

I was very unhappy with the services provided. Client did not show up when he said he would. He was asked to put landscape rock down to match the common areas that the subdivision had put down that connected to my property. I requested he come out and see what the rock was so he could match it. He did not. He ended up putting the wrong rock down, had to come out and take out old rock and put in new rock. The new rock he put in was not good quality. I paid him for his work and he told me he would come back and put another layer of good rock down and promised to have it done by a specific day and he never showed up.

I am very pleased with the work this guy does for me because my yard looks great and I love it. All my neighbors tell me just how beautiful my yard looks, and that tells me that this guy does an excellent job.

He could improve on calling me a little more, but overall he is a great guy. The work he does is just the best around and a lot of people I know use him and they're very happy with his work.

We signed up for this service about a year ago, when we got married, and have been very pleased with our decision. They do a very nice job, and stay on top of the trimming and weeding, as well. We will continue using their service in the future and urge others to give them a call.

This company did an awful job. They blew grass into my pool and then replied that pools will get grass in it anyways. They didn t seem to care about how our yard ended up looking because it never came out right.

They do really good work and they have never left a piece of garbage around our house. They are always on time when they come here and they do such a great job on my lawn. I have never had any complaints from the neighbors saying that they were bothering them. I have no complaints about them either.
