Description of Work: Daniel did yard work for us for over a year. His prices are very reasonable. His problem is professionalism in that without any notice he will stop doing work and will not accept calls to find out why is is not showing up. When reviewing previous reports, this has been his MO. Take it seriously.

Description of Work: Daniel came for the estimate in a very timely fashion. He did the work the very next day. He cleared all the frostbitten & dead bushes. Mowed the lawn & did generalized clean up. He did an excellent job!

Description of Work: Every two weeks, Daniel mows, trims shrubs and palm trees. He cleans up all the leaves and pine tree debris and rakes the rock.

They clearly know what they are doing. I have no hesitation about continuing with their services for ongoing bi-weekly visits, and no hesitation recommending them to others. They are reasonably priced both for this big first time cleanup visit and for the ongoing bi-weekly.
Description of Work: This was a first-time cleanup visit to remedy the condition that previous gardeners had allowed my yard and trees to deteriorate to, which had gotten to the point of letters from my HOA. Daniel and Pedro spent over four hours of shrub and plant-trimming, tree-pruning (including climbing ladders), leaf-blowing, and lawn aerating, seeding and fertilizing, on a hot Saturday in late June in Scottsdale.

 + -1 moreDaniel arrived promptly to look at the yard so that he could provide an estimate. He is reasonbly priced and is there when he says he will be there. When I have had questions, he has always answered his phone. I didn't have to leave a message and wonder when he would call back. He told me about a leaky vacuum breaker, so that I could arrange to have it repaired. It was a comfort to me that he called me, since the house is currently vacant and a lot of water could have been wasted. He can fix leaks in the watering system itself, but not major plumbing items.
Description of Work: Daniel mows the lawn, trims trees and shrubs (as needed) every other week for one of my clients that has not yet moved into their home. He checks the watering system for leaks and proper amount of water.

 + -1 moreHe came out right away to give an estimate. He was really hardworking, did a terrific job. He is polite and nice. I will use him regularly in the future. He told me about a weed killer, and put in a little and did not charge me. He is a terrific workman.
Description of Work: I have desert landscaping in the front with cacti. He cleaned the weeds in them that had grown up a lot around them. The cacti can shoot a poison at you so he had to be careful. He did the backyard and cleaned that.

 + -1 moreOUT OF FOUR CALLS, DANIEL WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO CALLED BACK. HE WAS PUNCTUAL, PROFESSIONAL, CAME BACK TO FERTILIZE (AS PROMISED) WITHOUT HAVING TO CALL HIM. HE SET THE SPRINKLERS, MADE SURE HEADS HAD NOT BEEN DAMAGED AND OVERALL DID A QUICK AND VERY THOROUGH JOB. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!
