Extremely pleased with response time, punctuality and quality of work. John responded via email to schedul the work the same day I contacted him on Angie's list, and showed up 2 days later (one of them being a holiday, so really he showed up the next "working" day) to re-key the home and fix all the broken and non-working locks. Very prompt service. Had several locks rekeyed, and new keys made. The strike plate on front door was catching, and locksmith adjusted that without charging. Also opened alarm and sprinkler boxes without charge. Excellent service.

John was prompt, professional and courteous. He suggested using the existing deadbolt casings to save me money. I felt his pricing was fair and the work good.
