Arrived on time, looked over the job, told me exactly what would be needed there were going to be some overages due to the BIG DEAL price and number of locks that covered. Finished up in about an hour and left me with new keys! Great service provider. Would use and recommend them again.

Despite Angie's list blowing the date, I was contacted directly by the lock service and they showed up within the hour, re-keying all the locks, adjusting all the doors so they close properly and quietly. I was highly impressed with the depth of knowledge and professionalism. My new and only locksmith.

They couldn't rekey all doors since I was missing one key. The lock changes were quick, and they offered additional advice about securing my new home.

John responded promptly after we purchased the Big Deal, gave us a timely appointment, arrived on time, and completed the work in a very professional manner. The additional charges for extra locks were reasonable and exactly as specified in the Big Deal offer.

I purchased the big deal to have 5 locks rekeyed for $85 and $5 for each additional lock, I had 11 locks rekeyed in total. He was on time, he was very friendly, and finished the work well and quickly. All of the keys he made and rekeyed locks work very smoothly. I didn't realize that he didn't accept credit cards and he offered to let me send him a check which was very nice, but I was able to pay the difference for the extra locks in cash.
