I purchased the big deal to have 5 locks rekeyed for $85 and $5 for each additional lock, I had 11 locks rekeyed in total. He was on time, he was very friendly, and finished the work well and quickly. All of the keys he made and rekeyed locks work very smoothly. I didn't realize that he didn't accept credit cards and he offered to let me send him a check which was very nice, but I was able to pay the difference for the extra locks in cash.

Extremely pleased with response time, punctuality and quality of work. John responded via email to schedul the work the same day I contacted him on Angie's list, and showed up 2 days later (one of them being a holiday, so really he showed up the next "working" day) to re-key the home and fix all the broken and non-working locks.
He was very professional and just an all-around good guy. Will definitely use him again for any locksmith needs.
