They did a wonderful job, and Anthony was very knowledgeable and polite. He knew exactly what to do, cleaned it from the outside drain, snaked it out, as well as checked inside to ensure that it was completely cleaned out and running as it should. I would use them for any of our plumbing needs, they were very prompt, arriving ahead of time but had called, very fair price, and I will recommend them to family and friends.

Called Friday before labor day weekend late in morning, they had someone out by afternoon (and they drove across the city to get here). Did the job. Great price. Professional.

This was not an emergency, but I got a response back from Cobra that they had someone in the area that could be over to perform the services I requested. Being that it was a Saturday, I asked if it was a higher rate, and the response was that there would be no extra charge so Israel came to the house about an hour later. I had purchased the AL special--two hours labor for $199. I had a similar deal from Mr. Sparky and didn't get anywhere near my money's worth as they used some sort of "book" charge. But Israel gave a good solid two hours of work and got everything I asked for completed. He walked me through each of the repairs and demonstrated that everything worked correctly and that they weren't leaking. Very professional, very polite, great service, and great response. We've got a new plumbing project coming up in our new house and you can bet I'll be calling Cobra to quote the job.

The job had some issues due the water not draining out of the pipes. The technician was patient and waited for the drainage to be complete --- it took quite some time. Very courteous and professional.

Cobra was the second plumber to evaluate our rental home. There was a sewer smell coming from the master bathroom. The first plumbing company, not on Angie's List, recommended a $650.00 smoke test of some kind to find out where the smell was coming from. I called Cobra for a second opinion. They came out very quickly and determined it was the toilet that was loose and emitting sewer odors. They sealed the toilet and the problem was solved! I am so happy with Cobra, I will use them again for all our plumbing needs in the future.

This is the second time I have used this provider. They arrived on time and installed toilet, discarded old toilet, cleaned up and very very professional. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Jerry returned my Angies List reply within a couple hours the night before and was able to send his employee Israel to make the repair the next morning. I used this company to install a sink/faucet several months back. Nothing but good things all around on service, price and responsiveness. I will definitely use Cobra if I have another plumbing project.

I called Angie's list, as I saw a deal, and was not sure it would cover what I wanted. I spoke first with Terry from Angie's list. He helped me decide what to do. I purchased a pre paid package for 90 dollars (kind of like a groupon deal), I live in a 3 story unit condo, and the person upstairs, (I live in the middle unit) bathroom sink was somehow overflowing to my bathroom sink. I had previously came home a few days in a row to a flooded floor in the bathroom from. It appeared to come via the overflow in my sink. I had tried in vain to fix the blockage myself to no avail. I had found out the blockage was in the wall pipes, not my s pipes. So I called the company and found I was talking to Jerry the owner. He was very attentive, courteous and professional. He offered to come out in an hour with the power snake to clean out the blockage. When he arrived, which was within 2 hours on a Saturday, he bought this heavy solid electric snake machine, he was very careful to not make any mess. He was even kind enough to take off his shoes, or wear the little booties I provided as I have a nearly white carpet. He was positive, happy and a true delight. He did a fabulous job. He tested the sink and made sure all was working great, and cleaned up any little mess. He was so honest and fair. He never charged a penny more. I would HIGHLY recommend this great company and owner to anyone without hesitation, in fact I just did, on my Facebook page. He restored my faith in people, I am one very happy customer.... Great service, great company.

Went great. They were right on time and had the line cleared in 40 minutes, the last plumber I used with the issue took six hours over two days. We had tree roots growing into the sewer line, and Cobra offered me some suggestions for future treatments. Would use again.

Bottom line the drain was fixed. It was the end of the day and he didn't want to be there. He wasn't interested in my questions either. Hopefully I don't have more plumbing issues in the near future. If I do, I probably won't have this one on speed dial.

Service technician spent time assessing entire situation rather than just giving best guess as to what was causing smelly drain and/or garbage disposal. Took time to answer questions and make recommendations.

house built in the 50's, occasional sewer back ups over the years, this has been my family's house since the early 70's so I am familiar with its history and quirks. The washer drain overflowed and caused the bathroom toilet to ma a glugging sound, the water in the toilet bowl went way down and then water flowed onto the bathroom floor from under the toilet. It seemed like our sewer line could only handle small amounts of water at a time. several flushes were ok, but anything more and the mini flood from under the toilet would happen. In a day's time the washer could only drain for 1 - 2 seconds before overflowing. I searched Angie's list and after reading several positive reviews I placed an after hours call as I didn't think we could make it thru the night, we were afraid to flush the toilets. The plumber showed up and flushed both toilets. They flushed fine and he told us we were crazy and that the problem is just a blocked laundry line and that it isn't an emergency. He snaked thru the vent by the washer and said he didn't find anything. He turned on the washer to drain it and immediately overflowed the drain pipe AND caused a mini flood in the back bathroom (like I told him would happen). We threw down towels and soaked up the water. He ran water in the back bathroom bathtub until the toilet plugged and we again threw down towels to stop up the mess. This was repeated several times in the next couple of hours. He ran a longer snake thru the back bathroom vent and said he pulled out wipes and accused us of causing the problem flushing wipes. We NEVER flush wipes but keep them in the bathroom to clean our newly potty trained toddler after he uses his potty. We then place the wipes in a plastic bag, tie it shut and put in the trash can. It's possible guests have flushed wipes in the past but it doesn't happen on a regular basis. He finally said the line is clear, I paid him and thought all was well. Until Sunday morning, 8 hrs after he left when I did a load of laundry. The washer emptied about 1/2 way when the toilet started plugging and another mini flood. Called the plumber back, he claimed he used a bigger piece on the end of his snake and cleared the line. He told us this one was on him but no more. I don't think it was on him as I paid him $250 to clear the line and it's not my fault he didn't do it right the first time. He also said there was no warranty on his work, I'm pretty sure this is a licensed company and I don't think the Registrar of Contractors would agree with that statement. I will never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone.

They had very fair pricing for the amount of work that was done, plus materials. They were very good, I've also used them in the past and they are always reliable.
