Such great service!! My water heater went out in my rental property and they were able to hop on the phone with me right away and offer me a quote. Within the next 2 hours someone was at the property - they removed the old water heater and installed a brand new one and were on there way. Cobra Rooter & Plumbing was professional and quick! Will use again in the future.

I had a leaking water tank in my garage and they replace my water tank. It was a fine service. They we're nice.

I called, had to leave a message, called about an hour later and we booked an appointment. Repairman named Dave came out but was intent on being quick and getting out. He did the very least possible, undid the stopper in the sink and cleaned only the top part out, ran water and said that will be $85.00. We asked him if he should take the pea trap apart but he said no it is fine or the water would not go through. We had a coupon, he said oh, Angie's List then we paid him the $75.00 and he quickly left. He said it would help if I would cut my hair! The next day, it backed up again, we called back and they were very nice, I requested someone else and they sent a nice repairman who took care of emptying the pea trap and it was full, then it was clear and is perfect now. I was pleased but I would never have that first repairman out again.

We contacted Cobra Rooter because the plumbers that our home warranty kept sending did not do a thorough job or explain our options or even offer to send a camera down our sewer to figure out the issue. Rather than paying $4000+ estimate that the home warranty plumber gave us, Cobra Rooter figured out our issue using a camera ... and solved it ... for $85 (first visit) plus $195 (camera). By sending a camera down our sewer drain about 170 feet, Cobra was able to dislodge about 6 big balls of grease that was causing the back up. My husband I use them frequently and found that they are consistently punctual, responsive, helpful and just all-around great guys.

Went great. Dave showed up within an hour of our call to Cobra Rooter and immediately went to work to identify the problem(s) and was done and had it all cleaned up in about an hour. Dave also did not try to sell us extra services which we did not need. Will definitely use Cobra in the future.

This serviceman was highly unprofessional. Acted like he hated being there, complained the entire time. I was most happy when he was done and had left - just had a terrible attitude. I do a lot of work restoring homes and I am a real estate agent in both commercial and residential real estate and I would not send my worse enemy to this company and I can assure you that I will steer everyone I know away from them. Sad that I paid for such an unpleasant experience.

I purchased the one hour deal for $105 from Angies list. I called in and got the appointment set up for very next day with a window of one hour. The guy was there in time and it took him approximately 30 minutes to complete the job. He changed the Cartridge and the Copper coil and the faucet was running again without any issues. I paid 55 bucks extra for the parts he replaced. The guy was very professional and I would recommend their services and use them again.

I called Cobra around 8 in the morning and they scheduled someone to be at my house based on my availability on the same day. The plumber was on time, always used foot cozies in the house, and was very quick and polite. I was told what to watch out for in the future and wasn't sold on other services or unnecessary measures. The service provider honored the Angie's List coupon without any questions or hassle.

They go beyond. I have used them quite a few times. They always come through. There's something about this place and the way it's run, it give it an edge.

A good experience with a professional with great results

The clogged sewer line was soon gurgling and clearing after rootering. The camera was able to show the issue was not excessive roots but breaks in pipes, mostly in the street. Marked the area and called the appropriate city department for me. Much happier drains in my house now. Professional, courteous and friendly service.

Amazing. I have an old house and things just weren't as easy as they seem up front, however Adam from Cobra came out under direction from Jerry and magically solved all issues, including a hard-to-remove faucet that was rusted onto the sink, and cleaned up an ugly mess under the toilet where another small leak had rusted out the entire flange/ring thing. Adam did a beautiful job, was dedicated, friendly, detailed what was going on (didnt get bothered by my dumb questions), and suggested ways to keep things fit as he went along. Very good experience, I highly recommend Cobra.
