Description of Work: I had a new water heater installed and some plumbing lines to the washer replaced. They did an excellent and professional job, on time and perfect in every way. The price was reasonable and so much better than I expected. I would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: Fixed a plumbing lead under the garage floor slab. | |The plumber explained the options and prices to help us make our decision. The work was done on schedule, the water was turned back on and clean up was super. I would use Cobra again (although I hope I don't need them!) and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Changed a kitchen faucet and gave me a quote to re-plumb my home. The young man who arrived was timely and professional.

Description of Work: They were called in to unclog a drain. Unfortunately, the problem was that the pipe was corroded. So, the whole thing had to be torn out; however, I did not use Cobra for that service.

Description of Work: The Cobra employee was uncommunicative and seemed quite annoyed by any questions I had. It took appx. four hours (including considerable time spent shopping for a part) to fix four leaks - two bathroom and one kitchen faucet. The kitchen and one bath are not the run of the mill faucets and seemed to cause considerable angst; the mechanics of the bathroom faucet appeared to completely baffle him. In addition to spending an inordinate amount of time getting the faucet correctly seated, he informed me that he had replace a ceramic part with a plastic one. This would not have been my choice had I been consulted even though the cost would have been considerably more. Given that the kitchen faucet still drips, not as badly, and there has been no reply to a note sent to Cobra's office regarding the continued dripping, I would not use nor recommend Cobra Plumbing.

Description of Work: Jerry, the owner of Cobra answered my call to them for a plugged up kitchen |sink. He came out when he said he would be here and took care of the problem immediately. He was very nice and answered all our question in |a very courteous manner. We were very pleased and comfortable with the |our whole service we received from Cobra and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: The cleared the kitchen drain which had some glass in it from a broken window. They did a very good job of clearing the blockage however, left the kitchen floor a bit dirty even after trying to clean it up.

Description of Work: My shower had a drip leak. The plumber actually had the exact part I needed in his truck. Quick work, done right, reasonable price. I am happy with Cobra Plumbing.

Description of Work: Cleared an intermittent waste line backup. This problem has plagued us from time to time for years and is due to some kind of fitting in the line that is susceptible to clogging. Fixing it would be extremely expensive so I will continue to have the line cleaned from time to time. Cobra did a fast and thorough job.
