Fine but he wasn't able to tell me where my kitchen sink drains to. He said it didn't go thru the main drain he was working on and had no idea how it left the house?

Mike was great. He worked efficiently and was very professional. He did everything I asked him to do and I am very happy with the results.

all problems were taken care of in as professional a manner as could be expected. The price was reasonable as I recall. We have had no additional issues after their service. After being charged $400 to replace an outside leaky faucet by another firm, I resolved to use another plumber. Cobra performed as expected.

Jerry, Thanks again for your prompt response to make care of my sewer problem. As always you were on time and completed the job for a very fair price considering how fast you responded. One of the workers on the remodeling crew drooped a wipe rag in the toilet clogging up the sewer and it was the only toilet working at the time with 6 persons on the job. So once again you rescued me as many other times before.

Jerry was great and gave us an honest assessment. Yes, it was an easy fix, but us not being plumbers we didn't know the difference. He could have charged us much, much more money. He fixed what he could and didn't charge us a higher rate.

Jerry showed up and started digging where the ground was wet and checked the main pipe for leaks but could not find any. After further digging he found an old sprinkler system that was fed from the main line before the main shut off valve. Turns out that the solenoid was bad and was leaking. He had to turn off water at the meter and cut off the solenoid and cap the pipe. He was very good in finding the problem and it took him a little over an hour from start to finish at a very reasonable price. This is the second review I give this business and plan to use it again in the future.

Great. I had purchased a deal online for a new disposal. When they arrived they told me that is was just a clogged disposal. We worked to make sure i was charged appropriately. Fast, friendly and efficient.

Able to clean line, but entirely because of an obstruction. Technician advised me to call the City of Phoenix.

In all my years as a home owner from NY, PA, and now in AZ I have never met a more honest person than the owner off Cobra Rooter & Plumbing. Even on a Saturday he honored the coupon with no additional problems or prices as other charge. The pipes he replaced below the sink were so reasonable that I could not have purchased them from the hardware store not to mention the installation. I will become a lifetime and loyal customer off this business in the future. and thanks to Angie's list for putting me in contact with such an honest business and it's owner.

USE THIS PROVIDER!!!!! I am so glad that we found Cobra Rooter. Water Heater went out, we had called another provider and got an outrageous quote. Called Cobra who was able to come out within an hour and was 1/3rd the cost of the quote by the other provider. They were friendly, profession, responsive, knowledgeable. Even did a small side job for us while they were there. Honestly, one of the best experiences with plumbing service and at an incredibly reasonable rate. They are going into our rolodex of trusted providers and will use them for all our plumbing needs in the future.

I had a clogged drain and needed to have the work done in the two days before I left on a three-week vacation. The owner came out after his last job, although he said I didn't live in his service area. (Checking the information online regarding service areas--Chandler was included, so I don't understand his statement). Anyway, he unclogged the kitchen drain and gave me valuable information about the drain, the water softener, and the bad water that is provided in my area--Sun Lakes. It is my understanding that Sun Lakes is part of Chandler. Although he told me he usually does not service my area, he did offer to return if I could not find a suitable plumber. AN EXPLANATION OF WHY I WOULD NOT USE THIS PROVIDER IN THE FUTURE--only because he said I don't live in his service area and he would rather I find another plumber.

We've used Cobra before when we had a leak at another property. Called them again and we are glad we did. The plumber showed up on time, explained our options and gave suggestions, and then got busy. He had the experience and knowledge to do all the work properly. And he had all the necessary parts and supplies to get the work done quickly too. We bought the shower control/valves because we wanted a specific model to match the existing bathroom fixtures. The plumber installed them, which included cutting a whole in the drywall in the room behind the shower to access the area (which wouldn't have been necessary if the previous homeowner had remodeled the bathroom properly). We patched and painted the drywall. The plumber kept mess to a minimum and cleaned up after himself at the end of the day. When we need a plumber again, we will absolutely call Cobra. The price was fair and the customer service was great.

Paul was great to deal with on the phone. The plumber Anthony arrived at the agreed upon time. He ran into numerous problems and called in another plumber Tomas. They stuck with it and got the job done. It took much longer than they estimated but they did not charge us more. Two days after the installation we noticed a leak . Jerry the owner came out on a Sunday and replaced the toilet tank at no additional cost. Another good Angie's list experience.

I called and talked with George on Sunday afternoon (Valentine's Day) and he said he could come out on Sunday afternoon. He mentioned that if I could wait until Monday morning that the regular rate would be $80 instead of $120. I chose Monday morning at 8 AM for the service call. George showed up a little early and was very pleasant and said he would have us fixed up shortly. He then got the equipment out of the truck and quickly fixed the problem. He was thorough in checking out that the clogged sink had been fixed and they offer a 30 day warranty on their work too. I was very happy with using Cobra Rooting and Plumbing and would recommend them highly.

This is the second time we've used Cobra and found them to be fair and reasonable.

They did a good job. I was really pleased. The faucets they put on my washing machine, I don't have to turn around and round. I just barely turn it and it goes on and off. I was happy with them. I had them a couple of times. I paid $600 for the reverse osmosis and everything. They did good. They were excellent.

I would give this company a thousand A pluses if I could. My serviceman for this provider was punctual and very courteous. He very efficiently replaced the toilets and was gracious enough to replace a toilet seat cover upon my request. He then got right to work on my water heater. While flushing my water heater the serviceman showed me some of the other issues with my water heater, which I suspected since the water heater is 15 years old. The gentleman also cleaned up after himself prior to leaving my home. I am planning to hire this company again. Prior to the service being provided, the owner of the company and his employees took the time to discuss various brands of toilets and water heater maintenance with me. They went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was an informed customer.

Price was great for a plumbing emergency call on a Saturday afternoon. He was here maybe 30 minutes in total, including my paying the bill. He also pointed out what may have been the cause of the problem so we could take steps to avoid it in the future.

The toilet and tub were backing up in our house every time we would use them or the dishwasher. This morning I turned on the dishwasher and all of a sudden there was black water all over the bathroom floor. I called and he came FAST - as in 40 minutes fast! I'm so happy I didn't have to lose a day of work waiting around. He came and got right to business, figured what the problem was, resolved it, packed up and left within one hour. I asked a lot of questions and felt that I got honest responses. I was worried that our old cast iron plumbing had to be replaced because I know it's what happened to our neighbor up the street. He told me that's not likely the case. He also gave me tips on how to prevent the back flow from happening again so that we could avoid more service calls in the future. That's honesty right there. I am so happy I used Angies List to find this company. I would use them again without a doubt.

The tech showed up same day as I called, and replaced the bib. We also toured the house and looked at a few other items that will be addressed in the future. I appreciated their follow up and follow through as well as the tech's professionalism. I'll call them in the future for plumbing needs.

..We had a clog in the pipe from house to the main sewer. The clean-out was spilling when washer/faucets were used. Jerry came to our place same day and was punctual. He answered all our questions, very professional, and performed a quality service at a fair price. I was EXTREMELY impressed with the service and overall experience. I had asked for a few other quotes form other vendors but his service/cost was the best. Thank you Jerry!

Very professional job. All our problems were cleared up that we had been dealing with for years. The first time a plumber seemed to understand what was causing our sink to keep backing up. Have had no problems since.

Dave was on time-within the time window advised, but called to give a specific time. Dave was pleasant, went directly to work and completed the cleaning in a short period of time. Highly professional and I will use Cobra again, as needed.
