The experience was good overall. The guy was here really quick, within half an hour of my call. He stayed to the price, and unplugged the drain. I would hire him again in the future.

Great! Plumber arrived as promised within an hour of our call. Fixed what was broken and left. All repairs should be this easy. We called them back out to the house to take care of some other plumbing items and had the same experience. Great!

They were on time to do the work. I would use them again in the future. The quality of their work was good. I would recommend them. They were professional while they were working.

Very well. It was Mother's Day, so I had my kids help me build a berm in the yard for my present. When the faucet broke, it was hard to not have water to clean up and cool off. Cobra committed to come as soon as the finished their current job. The Cobra employee had to climb over a block wall to shut the main off at the street. The employee worked quickly and did a great job!

Our master shower started filling up after I had done a few loads of laundry. We knew that there was a stoppage in the plumbing. Another company sent by our home warranty company told us we would have to dig up outside to find the "clear out" in order to rooter the system. They said the job could cost anywhere from $300 to $1500. Their rudeness and ambiguity sent me straight to Angies List where I found that their price was outrageous. I called Cobra Rooter and Plumbing late the next day, after spending Saturday night digging all around the front of our home looking for the clean out. He told me that he could come that night, but that weekends did cost time and a half and that if it was not an emergency, he could send someone Monday morning between 9 and 11. Since our shower is sunken, there was no immediate threat, so we waited until Monday. Their friendly and polite representative was there right at 9, told us that we didnt really need to tear up the yard looking for a clean out that we couldnt find. He went promptly up to the roof, started his rooter and found the problem right at the edge of the yard and street. Everything drained, they ran the dishwasher, the washer and the showers and he was finished in less than 30 minutes! They gave us a 30 day guarantee and were really nice about answering all our questions. We will use them again if we have any plumbing problems and recommend them highly.

Called for an estimate, indicated was not an emergency but company had availability right away. Came right over, fixed problems, cleaned up after himself, thought price was very reasonable.

From the initial phone call with Jerry to the professional service I received from the clean Technician Mike including the invoice I couldn't of asked for anything better! This is coming from someone very picky who owns his own plumbing company in Denver not to mention the work was for my Mother In-law. Thanks again Jerry and Mike for a professional no-nonsense service and sales experience!

I enjoyed working with them and I thought they did great work. They were here on time and they were very professional throughout the whole process. They didn't cost us a lot of money either.

I have used this company twice now and they have always been very professional about everything. They definitely make sure that you are satisfied with their work. I haven t had a problem with any of the plumbing since the work was done.

He arrived on time and did the work, he promised to do. I would hire, him again. Even though it was late in the day, the company's dispatcher made sure, that we would not be charged, for overtime.

It went very well. We called for service, and they came out the same day within 2 hours. When our washer was releasing water it was not going through the outlet and at the same time the kitchen sink was backing up. Mike the technician snaked out the pipes and had us back up and running within a half hour.

On time. Very professional. Service man needed additional help and his associate showed up and job completed.

On a Saturday evening, called 4-5 other places (all on Angie's List) to request an emergency drain cleaning. Cobra was the only company willing to come out on a Saturday evening. They were at the house within the hour, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and recommended some future preventive steps to examine pipe damage. David was the plumber who came out. He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and interested in fixing the problem long-term. His professionalism and knowledge put us at ease. It appears there may be damage to the pipe that is causing the back-up.

They were great. I called them on Sunday, when the clog first occurred, and they were the only company to answer their phone at all. They said they would come out on Sunday if we wanted them to, but that the overtime charge would be $150.00, and that if we could wait until Monday, they could come out for $65.00. We called them back Monday morning, after no other plumbers we left messages with returned our calls, and they came out the same day and cleaned the pipes for the $65.00 they quoted on the phone. They were prompt and friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

They are great. I called the day the drains stopped up and they were able to send someone out that day. I was at work and made an appointment, for the next day at noon. I came home on my lunch break and the plumber was already waiting in my driveway. He was polite professional and was done in about 15 minutes.

The supervisor worked on this job, due to the complexity of the situation. They responded right away and were at my house within 30 minutes of my call. They diagnosed the problem, which I had already paid another plumber to diagnose (which was not done properly). They tore out the wall and replaced the corroded sections. They also fixed two other areas in the plumbing system where pipes had been joined incorrectly. Because I had other workers at the house, I did not have them do the wall patch work.

I have been using Cobra Rooter and Plumbing service for over 6 years, for 2 older homes that had periodic root problems. They are very responsive and reasonably priced.
