Called for apointment on Friday afternoon. Confirmed for Saturday @9 AM Ryan called about 8:30 to let us know he'd be there on time. Installed the new faucet, cleaned up, suggested that I register the warranty in case any problems should occur.

Cobra plumbing did a great job at less than 1/2 the price of another company who did the same work for me about 6 months ago. Dave arrived within an hour of my call to the service and worked very hard to get the drain cleaned out. At first he tried from the roof, but the snake wasn't making it around the bend. He then got it by going in under the sink. He made sure that everything was cleaned up very nice after he was done. He was very friendly with my dogs and made sure to watch the door, so they didn't get out. I will definitely use cobra plumbing for future drain clearing needs.

Houseful of company with a clogged kitchen sink? Cobra saved the day.

This was via a reccomendation from a friend. When I called they wanted to know if it was an emergency. I told them no. The plumber arrrived on time. He was very professional, paying close attention to what was required of him. He cleared a drain, using a roto-rooter from the roof. He then replaced an outside faucet, and another which was the main line coming into the house. It was a complex job, attaching metal to plastic, with out damaing the plastic. He did it in a nice neat way, that was more simple and better then what had been there.

I have learned to be suspicious of any contractor who promotes the word "ethical" about themselves -- as here with Cobra, their email address is "ethical az". I should have noticed that right off the bat. My bad. We had a sink drain backup problem on a Sunday morning. An hour of our own plunging did zip, and since our regular plumber doesn't work Sundays we hit Angie's list, found these Cobra people just up the road from us (convenient), and called them in. Give them their due, they showed up promptly. The guy they sent was very personable, but either incompetent or trained to upsell big time. After an hour of futzing around with the drains, sticking his snake into every available hole (and using, as he told us, various "different cutting heads"), he advised us that one hour was up and he could keep going at time-and-a-half, or come back the next day. What he told us you can see in the details above. After he left, we called our regular plumber (Accurate Plumbing, also on Angie's List) and voicemailed a Monday morning appointment. Rick, one of their guys who has done a lot of work for us in the past, showed up early and went to work. The drain was unclogged and completely clear inside 15 minutes. What about the break in the pipe? Rick said, "There's no break." What about the grit that came up? Rick said, "That's in pretty much every old pipe." What about digging up the floor at a cost of potentially thousands? Rick said, "That's nonsense. (He didn't say 'nonsense'.) But I have to bill you for one hour, so that'll be $85.00" Accurate Plumbing does not put "ethical" in their name or logo or slogan. They don't need to -- it shines in everything they do. Unlike some.

They gave me a quote over the phone around 3:00 pm, came the next day at 10:00 as promised, and were done quickly. Earned my business by giving estimate over phone vs. insisting on site visit first. Price was half the cost of the last time another company did the same thing.

This is the first time in 18 years of ownership and sewer problems that anyone has taken the time and was smart enough to find the right clean-out for my property and my upstairs neighbor's. Despite the fact that I need to get someone to video that line and possibly get it hydro-jetted, I was very pleased with the service I received for the price I paid. The tech locked the gate to my yard and cleaned my shower stall without being asked. This was excellent service!

Everything looked and worked wonderfully. David was happy to share knowledge about plumbing and did a wonderful job. Thanks

Dave was her in 1 hour and took care of this faster and with with much better results than other plumbers in the past. I will use them again. Great work.

I was happy with them. They got here pretty quick. They performed their duty to my satisfaction.

Dave came out early Monday morning. He tried to rooter but was blocked. He advised me that he would have to cut the wall and remove the drain to clear it. He also advised that I would need someone else to repair the cut in the drywall after he was finished. His diagnosis was correct. A previous tenant had allowed a piece of the washer drain hose to slip down into the trap and block the drain. Dave replaced the trap. Unfortunately, it leaked after he was finished. He had spent about three hours already and asked if he could return on Saturday to finish the job. He assured me that the leak was small enough that I could use the washing machine, so I agreed. He returned on Saturday and replaced the trap again. No leaks this time and no charge for the return visit.

It worked out fine. They were very pleasant and they came promptly. They were able to come out the same day and did the work with no problems.

They were pretty good. They seemed professional and they were here on time. They were concerned about getting the job done right. Their prices were fair.

The company sent a plumber here within 30 minutes of my call and it was not an emergency and there was no extra charge for the speedy service. The repairman cleared the line in about 20 minutes and after discovering that there was a leak under the sink as well, proceeded to replace it with supplies that he had with him. Fair and honest, I would definitely use them again!

Overall I was pleased with the experience and would call the company again. I appreciate the honesty Ryan demonstrated and the advice about maintenance that he shared. The drains are clear and I am happy about the prompt service. On Angie's website it said drain cleaning is done for 70 dollars. I asked Ryan about that and he explained that usually it only takes about an hour to clean the drain and it it took more it would be more than the 70 dollars. That was agreeable to me. The only reason for the B on quality is the fact the problem could reoccur any time and the work could not be warrantied.

They arrived on time, identified the problem, had the appropriate equipment, did the job, and charged a fair amount.

I made a call for an appt. and the plumber was at my house in 30 minutes. He was polite, clean, and efficient. He needed to call for assistance and his assistant was just as professional. They were here for 3 hours but only charged me for 2 hours. They solved the shower drain issue(s) and I would definitely call this company again!

They were fine. I didn't have any complaints. They were very nice. It was a long process, but it was fine and the plumber was very nice. The price was so high because of the toilet that we chose. They were easy to schedule with. They came out right away.

The only time they have not been at their best is when they couldn't fix the handle on my sink, which isn't really plumbing work. I would highly recommend them because they are always on time and they work very hard.

The guy was very friendly. They came when they said they were going to come. They were going to fix my sink as well but they couldn't. It wasn't really their fault but I would recommend them.

The repairman was over here 15 minutes after I called. He first tried auguring the toilet but that didn't do the job, so he pulled up the toilet, ran the main and cleared the blockage. He then reset the toilet with a new wax ring and closet bolts and cleaned up.
