They came on a Saturday and did the work. They did a great job! They were on time and the price was as advertised.

They were very professional and the work was done very much on time. It’s very frustrating when you call a company and they don’t answer but they always answer my calls and questions. I would recommend them.

After not too long the employee from Cobra found the backup and the drain was cleaned out. He definitely knew what he was doing and was very punctual. Will use them again.

Had a pipe leak. Called another plumbing company. They estimated the fix to be $780 to $2400. I called Cobra based on the reviews here. They came out within an hour and fixed the leak for $250. Would highly recommend!

The technician they sent was named Mike and he did a fantastic job finding the issue, repairing it, making sure it was fixed, and then making sure we didn't have the same issue in the other tub since they were both the same age. I was completely satisfied with the service and thought I got a deal on the price.

The guy gave us a discount and he was pretty reasonable. I would recommend them. They got the job done and it was uneventful. I was pleased. They were fast and they knocked the problem out quickly. It was a Friday night so I appreciated them.

After an electrician came and did a diagnosis that the water heater needed to be replaced, I called Cobra and was told there was a service man in my area that could come the same afternoon to replace the water heater. Juan arrived, checked the water heater and told us it was fine; the problem was with the wiring to the electric timer. As he is not an electrician, he offered to wire the heater directly, bypassing the bad timer so we could have hot water immediately. The bill went from the expected $625 to a $75 service fee! I appreciate the speed of the response as well as the honesty of not just replacing something that didn't need to be replaced! Thanks Cobra!

Great!! The was our first time using Angie's List and I am very happy with the plumber we selected from the list. They were here less then an hour after our calling them. The worker came in found the problem and had the issue completed in an hour, with a trip to the store. We'll definitely use Cobra in the future.

In doing an addition to a shed we accidently nailed into a water pipe in a wall. Called and a plumber was out in an hour even though it was a 6:45 pm call. Juan was professional and proficient. He had it fixed in no time.

Cobra Rooter provided prompt service at a very reasonable cost to replace my hot water heater. I would recommend them again and would consider for other plumbing jobs. They quoted me over the phone for the job and honored their price, even though more labor was required because my heater had to be pumped out through a basement window etc. Their staff was easy to work with as well.

Extremely well - the owner, who came and did the work was very polite, helpful, and had good advise. The company has 4-5 plumbers in addition to the owner. I have used them before and will definitely use them again.

I had a bad sewer gas leak in my house. I had it pinned down to one of my bathrooms and a laundry area, which shared a wall. After some investigation, I settled on the idea that I must have a plugged vent pipe, so I hired Cobra to snake it. David from Cobra came out. After some investigation, he said that the toilet is usually the issue when it comes to sewer gas leaks, so he thought his time would be better spent replacing the wax ring. I deferred to his expertise, since I didn't actually know that the vent pipe was in fact plugged. Furthermore, it seemed that everything was draining very smoothly, which seemed to indicate that there was no issue with the vent. After he changed the wax ring, the sewer gas problem got much worse! This was very convincing that the toilet was in fact the problem, but unfortunately, the toilet wasn't sealing properly. I called Cobra back, and they were very professional and courteous about sending someone back to fix the job. This is where you can really tell the character behind a company --- how they handle a situation where they need to revisit the job. They definitely did not disappoint. This time, Jerry, the owner, came to my house. He found the problem with the original repair --- the spacer was not sitting flat, and was not sealing. He put in a new spacer, and secured it with sheet metal screws, and caulked it securely. Then two wax rings were used instead of the usual one, due to the disparity in height created by the tile job around the toilet base. In the end, the repair was perfect --- that toilet is sealed! I was definitely impressed with Cobra. I have learned firsthand through various experiences that the mark of a quality contractor is not how they handle the easy jobs, it is how they handle the hard ones --- good contractors will stick with the job and with their customer until the job gets done. I can and do recommend Cobra with confidence.

The came out and snaked my laundry drain on 8/30. But the clog is back today n 9/25. I called to see if they have a 30 day warranty like most other places and was told they do not and I would have to pay to have them come out again.I'd rather go with someone with a warranty if I were you. I'm going to try someone else.

I thought when I joined Angies List I would get a reputable company and who showed up a "Melvin". Greasy hair, dirty clothes and someone that would not listen to me. I had a bid to replace drain in wall and thought It was too steep so I had a handy man tear out wall so all plumber would have to do is change out drain trap. I agreed to the price to change out trap and expected him to go with that. I asked him specific questions to make sure the other plumber was right about my problem but he said he thought differently. After all "I have been doing this for fourteen years." Then began to cut into a pipe in the exposed wall & not replace drain as requested. He had also quoted a price of $70.00 for the first drain clean out and $40.00 for the second after I questioned what he was doing, fussing with drains and not replacing trap. When the final end of this frustrating experience I was told the charges would be $187.00 because he was not able to reach the expected clean out in wall. I was then told that in order to get to what ever clean out he expected to find I should have my handy man tear out another wall. I disputed the charge and he reduced it to $110.00. In my hurry to get rid of him I failed to figure out I was not getting credit for my $70.00 coupon. The drain trap I wanted replaced did not get done, and he failed to open only one drain. He left a huge mess in the master bathroom and in the hall bath sink.

I called on a Sunday afternoon and made an appointment for Monday morning. On Monday morning, he called to let me know he was running 1/2 hour late. Very courteous and thorough. He found the blockage in my sewer line, and charged a reasonable rate for the time spent. I will definitely use Cobra again.

David was efficient, professional, and very nice to deal with. He did an excellent job and the price was very reasonable. He is honest and hard working. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job!

After Angie's List suggestion, I phoned Cobra Plumbing at 1:30 p.m. and requested plumber for sewer rootering at 4 p.m. David showed up exactly at 4 p.m. (very impressive) and he was very nice and informative (very impressive). He did the work quickly, professionally, and provided lots of information along the way. He went above and beyond the call of duty and was a great help to the work we needed to have done. I was very impressed with David and Cobra Plumbing and have already recommended them to three families. Don't waste time looking for other plumbers (though there are many other A-rated companies), Cobra will do a great job for you!! I was told on the phone that the service would be $75 per hour and David completed everything in 50 minutes and it was the $75 charge. I was happy to pay it for the service that David provided.

Felt very comfortable with him working in my home and was very pleased with my overall experience. I would not hesitate to call Cobra for my next plumbing issue.

I called at 7:00 AM, they arrrived at 09:00, exactly when they said they would. The work was professional and the price was right. They were a good find.

I called before 9 in the morning and was told to wait for a call. Dave called a little later and said he would be here between one and two. He called again to say he was on his way at 1:15. He fixed the pipe in no time. Then looked at another little issue in the kitchen, fixed that and left before 3. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. He was very neat and left no mess. I will definitely call Cobra again.
