The plumber was able to come out within an hour of calling. Very punctual, polite, and efficient. Used a replacement part of higher quality than the broken part. And took the time to show and explain the hard water damage to the broken part. He was careful not to knock into the other plumbing under the sink, which is very crowded and a tight space. Waited a bit then rechecked for leaks and re-tightened. Also cleaned up neatly after the job.

Jerry is very professional and takes the time to explain things, and offer solutions and choices. He was very reasonable on his charges and fully explained the breakdown. He purchased the Toto toilets and took the old ones away. I thought the total bill was very reasonable, especially for the amount of time he spent doing all the work. I also had him look at a couple other possible issues on my shower & RO system and he was very nice to check those out. He was not pushy at all on fixing the other issues I had questions about, but just made suggestions and that there was nothing to be concerned about. Other plumbers would have wanted to do work on the shower & RO, which ended up not needing any work. I will definitely use Cobra Plumbing again and highly recommend Cobra & the owner, Jerry. I trust him completely.

I'm extremely happy. I found Cobra on Angie's List after another rooting company told me that they couldn't clear the sewer line on my property, and that I'd have to dig up my front yard and replace the pipe. Cobra cleared the problem in about 10 minutes. Saved me a boatload of dollars. So glad I called them for a second opinion. I have a new rooting company now!

This was second visit to clean our drain. Until that 2 y.o. stops flushing toys, we'll continue to call Cobra.

Plumber got here within an hour of my call. He found seriously old junk (yuck) lodged at the end of the pipe. After he cleared out the blickage, he did a very good job of cleaning up the mess he made. And one hour later... I had cleared drains & a clean bathroom!

First time, one of the toilet repairs did not hold. However, even though it was over 30 days later, Cobra came out again to repair the toilet, at no charge. Price was not discussed the first time, but overall, bill was reasonable for the work done. Staff was helpful, professional, and prompt. I'd call them again, and did!

It went very well. We had put something into the disposal and the U shaped pipe got clogged so no water would drain from the sink and it also backed up into the dishwasher. We bailed it out and used a plumbers friend but to no avail. We found Cobra Rooter on Angie's List, called and talked to a very pleasant receptionist who told us they were sending someone out immediately. Before we knew it, their man was at our door, found out about the problem and fixed it. He was clean and in a company shirt, polite, helpful and did a good job. It cost $75.00. I would recommend Cobra.

We were having trouble with a toilet in our rental house. The technician professionally performed the following tasks: snaked the drain, replaced the toilet, answered my questions, tolerated me watching over his shoulder, and cleaned up after himself. He even took the old toilet and checked a toilet in another bathroom, making recommendations without trying to sell additional services. He was thorough, quick and efficient. I was going to do the work myself but my out of town husband suggested I just call a plumber. He was much quicker than I would be able to replace it.

My tenant was very happy with the service and I was very happy that the job was done in a timely way. I felt the price was fair and Barb who handles the calls is wonderful. Now I just need my receipt mailed to me.

The tech arrived at the time specified and went straight to work. He worked on the 4 drains and got them cleared and he had to use the roof drain vent for a main drain.

It went great, punctual, professional and thorough. Loved them so much we called them a week later to do a few punch list items that we had put off. Highly recommend Cobra!

The guy from Cobra came out and snaked the line a couple of times, but it still would not clear completely. He was determined to figure the problem out, and he finally said he could lift up the toilet to look further. After some investigation he found a short PVC pipe that was lodged in the line and removed it. We have not had any problems since. Excellent service was provided -- I would definitely use Cobra Plumbing again in the future!

The shower stall and the bathtub in our master bath backed up. When I ran water in our kitchen sink it showed up in the master bath! I went to Angie's List right away (Thanks Angie) and found Cobra Rooter. They had great reviews so I thought I'd give them a try. I called at 6:50am and service tech Dave showed up within an hour of my call. I showed him the master bath shower and sink. He had me flush the toilets (to rule out a main drain problem) and said he felt it was a clog in the kitchen sink drain line. He brought in a snake, took apart the kitchen sink trap and ran it through. Voila, the tub and shower stall started draining. Dave explained the workings of our garbage disposal and made recommendations on its use. He also noticed that we were having trouble with our kitchen sink faucet (very tough to swivel between sink wells) and suggested that I make online contact with Price Pfeister to see if they would send a replacement part or new unit free of charge. He said, its worth a quick e-mail. Great guy, professional, fast and efficient. Accepted our Angie's list coupon without hesitation. This is a great company and I would definitely use them again.

It went great. They are very friendly to work with and I also spoke to the owner who is very nice and answered all my questions.

They were absolutely wonderful. The man was here within 45 min. He was very calm and very nice. He did a good job. He was friendly, courteous, and just wonderful. I would recommend him. He was very trustworthy.

Dave from Cobra Plumbing arrived about 30 minutes after the time I picked. Since there was no drain cleanout opening for that toilet, Dave explained the options of either temporarily removing the toilet in order to run his rooter line into the drain or running his line through the toilet's roof vent into the drain, and he suggested the latter since it would be less costly and he felt it would work to clear the blocked line in our situation. All he needed was an outside source of electricity. He was up on the roof faster than Santa and had to run the line in a long way (my guess is at least 75 feet), having me fill up the bathtub with water, leaving its drain-stopper open since the bathtub drain was also blocked (courtesy of the toilet), so we could tell when the line had been cleared by the water running out rapidly. It all worked and the toilet and tub are working fine. After that, Dave spent a fair amount of time patiently answering my questions about other plumbing issues I wanted to address proactively before a problem occurred. All in all, he spent at least an hour or more at our house. Excellent, timely, friendly, straightforward, reasonably-priced service. What more could you want?

Tech was great. He fixed the problem and didn't try to up the price

I called Cobra this morning because my kitchen sink was not draining. Someone came to my house less than an hour after I called. Very professional and quick. I will use this company again in the future if I have plumbing issues!

I bought a house in November that had a Home Warranty. House had been empty for 6 years. Two weeks after moving in, after two showers in a row, the sewer backed up into our two bathtubs (very gross!!!) Called Home Warranty people and they sent out one of their plumbers. The guy snaked the line from the wash-out access point out in the driveway and got the sewage to drain from the bathtubs, but he said he thought there were roots in the line and couldn't guarantee that the problem was fixed. He didn't have a camera to put down the pipe to see what or where the problem was. Sure enough, last week the same thing happened again with sewage backing up into our bathtubs. When I called the same home-warranty plumber's company they said they could get someone out the next day. I couldn't wait with that smell in the house, so I consulted Angie's List and came up with Cobra Rooter & Plumbing. I called and spoke with Barbara who said she would make a phone call to see if she could get someone out right away. My lucky day... she called back within 5 minutes and said she was sending over "The Big Guy" (Jerry, the boss!) Jerry showed up promptly with a much bigger motorized snake than the other plumber, and in 30 minutes had my pipes cleared way out under the street to where the pipe met the main sewer line. He said there were 3 points of obstruction that he could feel. He offered to put a camera down the pipe to see exactly what and where the issue was, but he said it probably wasn't necessary since he had cleared all the way to the main line. He was confidant enough that he said if it happened again he would come out immediately and use the camera at no charge to diagnose the problem. Jerry was very professional and efficient and easy to talk to. He even accepted the $70 Angie's List coupon for "drain clearing" as total payment, even though I assumed the coupon was only good for an inside drain under a sink or such. No "emergency service" fee or anything! I couldn't believe it.... I thought for sure that getting someone out to help me on such short notice would cost me a couple hundred dollars! I will definitely be calling Jerry the next time I have a plumbing need of any kind!!! No more Home Warranty amateurs for me! (This is the first review I have ever posted online. I simply never take the time to do them. But my experience with Jerry was so positive that I felt I just had to pass the word about him and his company.)

The company should always have someone return a telephone call. There should not be prices on the internet that are not what they appear.

Plumber was in contact and arrived within specified time. Showed him the problems; talked me out of one that wasn?t really necessary. Quickly fixed broken drain stopper and water flow in faucet ? took less than an hour. Removed rugs and some things under sink and put all back when finished. Showed me how to deal with one of the problems myself in the future. Polite, efficient, and inexpensive.

They responded promptly, worked quickly and fixed the problem. I would use them again.

Our sewer line was blocked for the third time this year. It was time for further diagnosis and repair. The Cobra tech came within 30 minutes to unclog our sewer line. He described the restrictions, approximate location, and nature of the problem after making sure it was clear. He recommended that we get the line scoped with a camera to see inside the line. The owner came out a week later with the camera and thoroughly scoped the line all the way to the city connection. Although the clog was cleared, he could see where the line had a breach and internal damage. I hired my lawn maintenance crew to excavate the sewer line from around the three uprights, about 8 feet. Our nearby tree had many roots in the area, including one large "main" root. We could see that the sewer pipe was broken in one place and roots were getting in. The owner came out to replace the sewer pipe. The original pipe was not installed according to plumbing code -- by the home developer! It is likely that the break resulted from incorrect original installation. So the owner corrected that problem in addition to replacing a 4-foot section. He was very thorough and tested the line before leaving. His final comment: "You have the best product for sewer lines and it is solid now. You will not likely have a problem ever again." The pricing was very fair, sticking to the quote even though more work was required than expected! I appreciate having everything done in a short time. As a side note, the office help needs to return calls, since they failed to call me back twice! My lawn guys returned to restore my lawn and remove the invasive tree.

Arrived on time. Professional, friendly demeanour. Respeclful of costs involved as I am on Social Security. Made as small an entrance into the ceiling as possible in order to carry out repair, so that there would be only a small amount of dry wall repair neccessitated. Tested shower. No leak. Explained that the shower pan could also be involved and so not to repair dry wall immediately but use the shower for a week first. After a week of use some water dripped from the hole in the ceiling into the bucket I had kept below it "just in case".. Repairman returned and fixed the shower pan at no cost to me! I tested it out for another week and found the problem had indeed been solved. Any debris from the job was cleaned quickly and thoroughly at the time of each visit. Very happy with the caring of this company employee. Would defintely use again.
