Cobra Rooter & Plumbing Service

Could not have asked for more, far exceeded my expectations. I spoke to Jerry and he agreed to come out and provide an estimate for installing a new bathroom vanity I had purchased, plus installing and connecting a new fixture. He was able to come out within the hour and was extremely fair in his rates. Best part is he was able to start right away, and it was done in no time. My home is quite old and parts of the plumbing are old and stubborn. He was able to work with it and get the job done. I also have a gas stove and he was kind enough to help me get that hooked up and tested to make sure the connections were secure. I've had some plumber horror stories due to contractors associated with my home warranty. It was so refreshing to go from that experience to Jerry, who is the best plumber i've ever encountered. I'm going to skip the warranty company for future plumping issues. Extremely friendly, courteous, thorough and honest guy - you can't go wrong. I'll be keeping his number handy and using his company in the future should anything come up.

They said they put a camera down line and it was leaking. When the backhoe dug up the pipe, I watched and saw no water in soil. Prior to this, they had cleaned out my main line through the roof and said I had no clean out outlet in the yard. They charged more for this because went through roof. Then when they replaced the sewer line, they said I had a clean out in the backyard already. I feel because I am an older women by myself, they took advantage of me.

I had called Cobra with a concern that i might be getting a back-up in the sewer line since i was smelling an odor in the laundry room. They sent Juan out and he arrived within about 1 hour of my call. He snaked the line, checked the inside drainage, and fixed a leaky outdoor faucet. Fortunately there were no problems but he was very thorough, punctual, and professional in his work. I would use them again without question and highly recommend their service.

They are excellent. The guy came I told him what I had and he said I will take care of $75 and I have a guy there shortly and he did all things. I would use them again. I would recommend him.

Called and they came right out Sunday morning, The person worked pretty h****** getting our line clean for about 1.5 -2.0 hrs could not get it clean said it was hitting something and he could not get the snake to go past it. Said there would be no charge for that day but that the boss might have better luck cleaning it the next day and they would call me. The boss called me the next day and said someone would be out. The guy that came out the second day did not do much, only gave it a half effort try in my mind about 30 minutes or less actual sewer line cleaning. . said he could not get the sewer snake past the certain spot in our line. I though he was going back to try it again but then I get a call from him and he has already gone. Just called to say I owed the company $360. Guess he did not want to tell me that when he was still at our home. Anyway, the company called the next day for payment and I told them I do not think it was fair to charge me $360, two drain cleaning charges, yes $180 each, a) when they were not able to get the drain cleaned out, and B) when they told me there would be no charge for the first day's attempt. They said they would check with their boss and get back to me. I did offer to pay $180 as I think they deserve something for trying to clean the drain. They called back and said all they could do was discount the bill to $300. I paid it but what a bunch of Bull, they told me it was no charge for their failed attempt Sunday and said they boss would come out a try again the next day. If I would have know that they where going to charge me $360 for coming out and trying Monday I would have told them forget it. This is a poor way to run a business I would suggest not to call these people you will end up paying double. I will never call them in the future.

My washer had overflowed and water was everywhere in the utility room. Called Jerry and his assistant got him over to my house in a few hours. He cleaned out and rootered the washer drain and it works fine. He also cleaned out another drain in my bathroom. Wish I had done that a long time ago. I also set up a time for him to install 3 new fawcetts in my bathrooms. He was running a little over on his other job, but called and said he would be at my place in an hour. I have had a lot of work done on my house. Jerry has been the best at being prompt, reasonably priced and getting it done right the first time. I highly recommend him and will use him again for any of my plumbing needs.

Wow! Dave arrived on time, was very friendly and informative and did the job efficiently and well. Price was VERY reasonable. We've had other plumbers come out for the same job over the years and charge twice as much and try to sell us more services. We will definitely use Cobra the next time we have need of a plumber.

Plumber didn't install the shower mix-it valve correctly. The owner had to come out and redo the work. Now 1.5 years later, the bathroom faucets I had installed were done wrong and are now coming loose. The guy didn't secure them under the sink and use plumber's putty under the faucet and seal the base. He just glued them to the vanity that's it. When I called the service to tell them about it. Their response was that it was past the warranty, not that their plumber was lazy and didn't know what he was doing. They don't back up their work. Just wanted to let other people know that this is what happened to me and steer clear of them.

I called him on a Saturday, and he arrived at my house less than an hour later. He promptly and efficiently cleaned the drains and also showed me that a broken shower handle was under full warranty and he would order me a new part for free. I was very impressed with his integrity, honesty, and clear expertise doing the job.

Israel did the drain clean outs--- great job. 5/5 stars owner, Jerry did the camera in sewer line and kitchen faucet--also great job 5/5 stars. Punctual, professional, polite, qualified, fees were fair. I'm handing his card out at work. Its hard to find a plumber in Phoenix with the above attributes. Definitely will use again. Considering him to do a water softener for the house.

Called Saturday morning at around 11:00 am to get a plumber asap. Jerry said that he could have someone there in about a half an hour. Israel showed up exactly a half an hour later. He was very professional and cleared the drain by running a cable through the roof. I was very pleased that he showed up and took care of the problem so quickly. This company is highly recommended.

I called very early on Wed morning, explained the problem. They said they'd be here that same morning, as quick as one of the guys got done with the job they were on. Unexpectedly, around 10:00 a.m.I had to leave the house, which could have been problematic. I called Mrs Weekly, explained, and she very graciously moved our appointment to after 1:30. The plumber arrived, cleared the drain, and was gone by 2:00 p.m.. The felow who came out was very professional, did the job very quickly. As stated on the deal coupon, the charge was just $70.

We thought it was solved until Feb 10 when it backed up again. We decided to try someone else.

He was prompt, friendly and did a good job.

The service provider (Juan) was punctual and tended to the work at hand straight away. No gimmicks, or convoluted officers of special service agreements, products, etc. We called Cobra Rooter to clean out our sewer and they did so perfectly.

He came in saw the problem and went right to work and had the toilet unclogged in minutes.

The garbage disposal was not working and it was a Sunday. We bought the new disposal and the man on call replaced it.

The guy showed up and was awesome. He started with the leaking toilet. He pulled it up, cleaned the tile where it sits (there was lots of muck from a leaking wax ring), put a new wax-ring down and re-installed the toilet. He asked me to keep an eye on it over the weekend, and he will come back to caulk it Monday evening if there's no leaks. I've flushed it several times to test, and so far so good. I think it's probably fixed. From there he went into the other bathroom and snaked the tub drain. I haven't used that tub in years because another plumbing company told me they'd have to shove cameras down there and all kinds of nonsense. Since the house has multiple bathrooms, I just stopped using it. I didn't tell the guy any of that. I just said "It drains really slow, please take a look." He snaked it, and sure enough one of the kids had let a washcloth go down the drain years ago. Once that was out, it was good to go. He then snaked the sink in the same bathroom that was draining slow, pulled out a giant glob of hair/soap goo, and it is now working fine as well. No BS about needing to send a fiberoptic camera down it to find an obstruction, nothing - just snaked it. Obviously the last plumbing company was less than honest about the extent of the problem. As far as the laundry room - I couldn't get it to back up while he was here. He was very honest and more or less said "If it ain't broke I can't really fix it." He did advise though that given the age of the trap, it will eventually have to be replaced anyway. I'm going to wait and see how it goes, then probably take his advice if it continues to be a problem. All in all the guy was fantastic. He was in and out, did his job, did it well, and was super honest. No bologna. The price I felt was more than fair given all his work. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.

IT WENT EXCELLENTLY. PROMPT, COURTEOUS, TIMELY RESPONSE. FOUND DEBRIS IN THE SEWER LINE LEFT FROM A PERVIOUS OWNER. CLEARED THE LINE AND CHECKED ANOTHER WHICH WAS CLEAR. PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND I WILL USE AGAIN SHOULD I NEED THE SERVICE.

Great my son threw a lemon in out toilet causing it to get plugged up and a plunger would not do the trick. Within about 1-2 hours of the initial call to this company my toilet was working a gain. Definitely would recommend.

!I wasn't sure if I needed roots cleared in my line or not. I called the main number of Cobra rooter and got a recording so I tried the next number listed on Angie's list which ended up being Jerry's cell. He was very friendly and agreed to go by my rental property that same day and take a look. I was out of town so I could not meet him there, but he was willing to go out and take a look and call me. I send the info to him via text and he was there personally within the hour. He had the entire problem resolved in about 30 minutes and was very easy to work with. I would definitely call this company again!

I e-mailed them over the weekend and we connected Monday morning. Dave arrived in a little over an hour and snaked out both lines. He also tested them to make sure the clogs were removed. I was amazed at how quickly they responded and took care of my problem. I would definitely use them again.

It went very well. He wasn't given the correct part... had to back to exchange it. He was determined to get it done correctly and immediately. i really appreciated that. He was very courteous.

Excellent service and easy to work with. Once Cobra plumber (Israel) realized that trying to clear storm drain was futile (after many attempts) he dropped the normal fee in half and recommended a way of re-routing the plumbing to alleviate the problem. A bit of a challenging job but work was completed quickly, professionally and at a very reasonable price. I always felt that Israel was going to stick with the job and do whatever it takes to do it right. Very friendly and personable throughout. I was very happy with Cobra's work and would highly recommend them.

I called at about 8:30 AM, and they were super friendly on the phone; the plumber was at my house before 9AM. Very friendly and professional, and he took care of the fixes. In both situations, the problems were exacerbated by the age of the house and improper maintenance by the previous owners, and he dealt with the existing situation, and gave me some good advice on how to improve things for the future. (We only moved in yesterday.) I strongly recommend Cobra for plumbing maintenance, and will definitely use them in the future.
