They did an excellent job of cleaning my windows, inside and out. I'd had another company do it last year and as soon as the sun came around, they looked a mess. So I was very happy with this company as all the windows are clean and streak-free. I'll absolutely use them again!

They were very late coming. I had adjusted my day to accommodate the appointment.

Everything was perfect. The special only allowed for so many panes of glass, and my old multi-paned windows were a LOT more for them, so it did cost me more than the special price advertised, but that was fine. I left a key, and he did a great job of all my windows. Will definitely use them again!

Crew of two men worked quickly and left the windows looking great. The only negative was that they were so busy, it took a month to get on their schedule.

See above the company is not professional does not return phone calls and states they are "too busy" to set an appointment with you. Do not make the same mistake.

That went okay but I didn't like the attitude of the guy. Every little thing he wanted to charge me more. He was bitching and complaining about those little stains on the windows. I wouldn't use him either. I ended up paying him more because I wanted a little bit more. Its a little bit misleading, I'm looking at a window but the way they count, that's two windows. When we talked on the phone I told him how many windows I had and he said it was going to be okay. But when he got here, he said one window counts as two because it has got two panes. He did do a decent job but it was not a pleasant experience with him. He was punctual and he worked with me.

He was an awesome bloke, great personality. Timely and equiupped for all his needs. Carried out a proffesional job and work was completed with care. Would reccomend. Thank you

They were on time, thorough and did an excellent job. Casey even took the time to teach me how to efficiently clean my sun screens which were not in the scope of work. I paid a fair price for excellent work.

I asked Casey to use Sprayway Foam cleaner on the interiors because I have some very expensive window treatments that I am very nervous about having a bucket of water and squeegee around. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he actually carries that cleaner with him. He was extremely careful not to get anything on my drapes and blinds and did a very nice ob of cleaning windows and sills. He pointed out several windows that had flaws of various kinds which I appreciated. He had one other guy who was cleaning the exterior. He was also very careful and accommodating and did a very nice job. He'll be back in the fall for my next cleaning for sure.

Windows and screens had been really dirty and had numerous spider webs. These guys gave me an amazingly clear view on my world. They were ultra-polite while doing it and cleaned up after themselves. Casey kept me informed of his arrival time as our appointment approached. Perfect service.

Casey arrived early, reviewed the job and went to work. He spotted some issues with the windows and provided a source to have these issues repaired. We are very pleased with the results of the project and will contact Casey's Clear Pane's for work in the future.

I found Casey's Clear Panels to be punctual and professional. Having inherited this home from my parents, it was obvious that many of these windows had never been opened much less cleaned. The appointment was easy to set up. However, I had to re-schedule at the last minute and they were fine with setting another date. I had purchased a special deal. Casey informed me that due to 22 years of accumulated dust etc. in some of the windows there would be a surcharge if I wanted them done completely. He showed an example and offered the choice. I accepted and was pleased with their work. Only two things bothered me a bit. First as I have cats I requested they be very careful with keeping doors closed. So I was not pleased to find the helper leaving the double front door wide open and my Siamese kitten sitting on the sidewalk, especially as I had just chased a coyote from the back yard, Secondly, one window still has the outline of a pigeon or large bird that crashed into it. Overall they did a good job and I do plan on having them come again

The service was fine. He was very good. I like that they were very efficient and thorough. I was not home, but my son was there. I had phone calls with them and it turned out fine. The calls were to schedule and do a reschedule when we needed to. The work turned out excellently. I spent more than the $99. I think it was $75 more because there were sun screens and French doors. It was stated in the Big Deal that those types of items would incur additional charges. So, the additional charge was not a surprise. They came out several weeks later after I purchased the Big Deal. It was an agreed upon date.

It worked out okay. They came on time; they were two men, they got right to work and were serious about getting the work done. The windows were sparkling. The work was really done good. In one of the bedrooms they said it was really dirty which is why i had called them. They really didn't do that one; i did it myself, but when i went to pay the $99.00, they charged me an additional $30.00 or $40.00, because that gutter was really dirty. They used my vacuum cleaner, but i was able to get a whole lot more. Charging me the extra $ 40.00 really ticked me off because that is what they were supposed to do. I was going to give them a tip of $30.00, so it ended up costing me. Yes, they did a good job, but i didn't like the way they handled the situation. They were wonderful, but the reason i was upset was because they didn't do what they had promised.

This deal went really well. The gentleman that came out was extremely meticulous to say the least. He cleaned both the inside and the outside of my windows. When inside, he was very respectful of my home. He also helped with the cleaning of some doors that had stained glass work on them, which is what cost a little extra. Nonetheless, he really went above and beyond.

It went okay. I was a little upset that they charged for a full service call even though they were at our home for a short time and didn't do anything.

These guys were great. Two guys showed up right on time and immediately proceeded to give our windows the best cleaning they have ever had. They were quiet, respectful of our space and obviously very anxious to please. We would highly recommend them
