I’ve used Casey’s Clear Panes for many years now. I don’t even think about my windows anymore because he just takes care of them for me and they look incredible every time. Great rate, always on time and personable. He also recommended some touch-up glass cleaner that is really really good. No streaks. Nothing like a sunrise through a perfectly clean window! 👌

As always the work that was performed was outstanding. After several storms here in Arizona our windows were filthy. Not to mention that the maid service we had out weeks ago must have used a rag with wax residue on it to clean several of our sliding door windows ... Casey was able to get them clear again..The quality of work is spot on and they are always careful with my blinds too. Super friendly / Good price! I won’t use anyone else..

The work was performed when my son was at home. When I got home, they had not opened any window or cleaned any sash. I called and they were responsive and came out and performed the work. I would not hire again as I feel like the professionalism should have been there and the work should have been done on the original job.

He did a fantastic job. I couldn't believe how clean the windows were.

They couldn't do every window because it's a two-story house, and some are too high for their capability. They did an excellent job overall.

Purchased the $89.00 deal on Angie's List. Very good about rescheduling an appointment due to medical reasons. We have a single story home and have had our windows cleaned for a similar price. After the purchase was made, Casey explained in detail that it is not for 20 windows, but 20 panes. Ended up paying an extra $100.00 for the cleaning. Windows were fine, but the bottom sills were left dirty.

Excellent. Quality of work was great and he was very professional.

Technician did not show up on time, so I had to call to find out what happened. It was explained as an unusual circumstance. They showed up later and did an excellent job cleaning.

Workmanship was very good. Appointed time did not show. Called and someone was here to perform work an hour later.

Repairman was very efficient and knowledgeable

Unfortunately, Casey was ill and had to delay the work. He later sent Jose who did a terrific job. He was professional, answered all my questions other than the charge for extra windows that I knew I would charged. The extra charge was quite reasonable and I am very satisfied with that. It was an Angie's List special offer.

Casey scheduled an appointment but called 2 days earlier with an opening. I was able to accommodate. Casey's helper appeared exactly when he said he would be at my house. He assessed the job, we talked about the extra expenses which I knew was going to happen since my original Angie's List coupon allowed for about half of what I needed to get done. It was incredibly reasonable. He got right to work, finishing in a timely manner. He was respectful to me, his work was excellent living up to the name "Clear Panes". I opened my shades this morning and could see out of the windows without seeing cloudy, spotted windows for the first time in a very long time.

Casey showed up on time and got right to work. He and his assistant removed all of the sunscreens and thoroughly cleaned all of the windows inside and out. We have a two-story house, so it was a pretty big job. We couldn't believe what a difference it made....kinda like the difference between watching an old VHS tape vs a Blu-Ray DVD. Incredible! I've used Casey to clean all the glass in our office for a couple of years (all of our offices have glass walls). He is dependable, efficient and provides excellent customer service. If you have glass that needs to be cleaned, Casey is your guy.

It went very well considering that I did not know that I have French windows (somehow got to this point without hearing the term). That was a surprise for Casey and there was an extra charge, but he did the work quickly and efficiently and even worked me in on a timely basis. Very nice professional gentleman who does excellent work.
