This replaces a previous review. Once they did show up they did a good job. They also mailed us a refund of our previous payment of $89 because of the previous experience. However, we are not going to deposit it because we are now satisfied.

Had to pay more than the 89 dollars. He had to scrape paint off of the windows so he charged me about 19 dollars more. They didnt show up the first day they were suppose, he sent someone else and their car broke down. He came out himself the next day. It took about a couple hour to do the job. One person came out.

I purchased deal for service. I gave the company three dates and after two weeks of not hearing anyting I canceled the service. I am very dissappointed with thier lack of communication

My deal was to have my windows cleaned inside and outside and to have screens cleaned, as well. The cleaners left my two outside bathroom windows totally uncleaned. Of my home's 15 screens, the crew only cleaned 5 because they were the only shade screens. I told the cleaners they didn't have to clean the inside windows of my house because they didn't need it. Since the crew didn't have to clean my inside windows, it would have been a thoughtful courtesy to at least dust off the outer edges of my sun screens that weren't cleaned before they were put back up. Also, I called the company several times prior to my scheduled cleaning to have some questions answered, but was never given a call back. Additionally, the members of the cleaning crew were late arriving and not at all friendly. I will never use this company again.

They (2) arrived on time. We're very professional and finished in a timely manner. Very careful with any furniture that needed to be moved and put everything back in its place. My windows have never been so beautiful. They found my Welcome sign laying on the ground and even installed it in the ground for me.

Excellent. There was an additional cost when he discovered paint spray on my window. But he informed me first and got my OK

NOT WELL! CASEY'S COULD NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THAT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR.

I had him several times. He is hard to get ahold of and the last time he came, even though I had made the appointment several weeks in advance, he told me he did not have time to do the inside of the windows. This time I called him before I went on vacation and thought I had an appointment set up but when I returned he had not marked it down and then could not come for several weeks. To difficult to deal with as far as I am concerned.

The technician arrived fairly close to the designated time and got to work immediately. Two weeks later, and my windows still look great (clean, no streaks). My only wish is that he had put furniture back after he moved items to access the windows.

Very professional and did a GREAT job!

It went well. Alik (Alec) came and we walked around to find out what he would do or not do. He was good at his job and the windos appear streak free. My hesitation for any higher of a score or if I were to consider this company again, is cost. We have had 4 other companies do the windows for us, and by far this was the most restrictive. Alik gave a quote of $7 per sunscreen. We did NOT have him do any of our screens. For the windows (limit of 20) we did not do several others. Our kitchen door is not considered 1 window it has 9(nine) panes approx. 6" x 10" As it was we only were able to get 1/2 of our windows cleaned. Two windows which counted as 4 total were not cleaned inside per my request. (folks were sleeping there) Overall, Alik did a fine job. He was not able to give me a price on a extra charge for any of the other windows. So for all those reasons, we will not use this company again, because of all the restrictions. I already have a handyman that does all of the items for a flat $90 without restrictions.

Casey's worker left one of his items behind. They also moved some furniture outside to better reach the windows. They didn't replace the furniture nor did they phone about the forgotten item. When Casey did call about the item he was angry and felt that I should have phoned them. He replaced the furniture at my insistence and was very surly about it all. I don't need this kind of anger from a window washer. There are lots of others out there. He also had charged me $30 above the Angie's List price bcs of spider webs.

Casey's does an excellent job on the windows; better than any other I've had. He did my windows before and conplained that if he ever did my windows again, I would have to pay more because of spider webs. When I saw that he was on Angie's list again, I jumped at the chance and reminded him that he said I should pay more next time. He charged me $30 extra, even though I had tried to get off most of the webs. He left some equipment at my house, tore weather stripping from one of the sliding doors and left it on my dining room floor and moved items outside without replacing them. I'm 77, husband is 88, and we can't move them. Casey seemed to think it was my responsibility to inform him of these things. One day he phoned me and said he was in front of my house, which is in a gated community, and demanded to come in to get his stuff. He was very nasty. I will never have this scary person in my home again.

EXCELLENT service and professional attitude

I bought the Big Deal, at first we had trouble connecting.Apparently the phone number I had wasn't a good one. I called Angie's List and as soon as you called him he called me right away. I have a two story house the ad was for one story only. Before I bought it I called and said look I have a two story house but I don't expect you to do the windows upstairs, just the ground floor. He said no problem. I said now our windows are dirty now but I want to wait till close to the holidays. He said we could do that. We agreed to put everything on hold till closer to the holiday's.

They were great! On time and did a fantastic job.

Had used them before, and I was still not disappointed. They came on time, were done in a flash, and cleaned up well. Very professional. Did a great job.

It went well. We had to postpone MANY times because of rain they were all over the rescheduling. I never had to wonder if they were still with me.

This was a big deal purchase. I just called him a few days ago to have him come out again. He was timely and answered all of my questions before starting the service. He was great. He was patient and thorough when he answered all of my questions because I am pretty meticulous. He came out and we talked for a few minutes about what he was going to do and what he might need from me. He took care of it all. He gave excellent service, great value and I would definitely use him again. They take care of both sides of the glass as well as taking care of the sill and screen. I think their price is more than fair. He did not leave a mess. He put everything back the way it was when he arrived. He put all the shades back down again so I did not have to go around and adjust my shades. It's little things like that that makes me think I am going to hire Casey's again.

Very well. He was very accommodating in swapping inside washing to do more outdoor since inside panes weren't dirty. He was pleasant and professional.
