Casey's Clear Panes, LLC is a Professional Window Cleaning Company specializing in residential and commercial window cleaning services, along with pressure washing and solar panel cleaning services. We perform 1 & 2 story homes and buildings. Our niche is custom and luxury homes. We have been in business since June of 2002 and have grown steadily in that time. I have been featured on 3-TV's popular morning show, 'Good Morning AZ' twice and a number of other radio shows promoting my business while educating viewers and listeners about our services .

Services we offer

We offer window cleaning services to include basic to in-depth glass cleaning, cleaning of bug screens and sunscreens...cleaning of tracks, ceiling fans, certain light or lantern fixtures...we also provide paint overspray removal and light to heavy construction cleanup services. We also do pressure washing for driveways and other structures, objects and cleanings of awnings.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer cleaning of blinds, roll down shades, roll down sunscreens for entire patios (large), chandeliers or anything outside our already wide range of expertise.

Description of Work: Had me wait 2 weeks for the appt. then told me he didn't have a ladder tall enough to reach the second floor!!!! What the h*** kind of a window washer is THAT? I found someone else that did a great job for half of what this BOZO was going to charge.

Where to start with this one?! This client WAS NOT truthful from the start in booking this job. He could have caused ALOT LESS aggravation and wasted time had he been MORE HONEST AND FORTHCOMING ABOUT THE ACTUAL JOB. IT WAS A CONSTRUCTION CLEANUP JOB! NOT A STRAIGHT FORWARD WINDOW CLEANING! House appeared to be in complete disrepair and trashed from construction or remodel. Paint overspray SPLASHING all over glass on second level windows. Most second level windows reached 24-26 feet and VERY difficult in reaching with a ladder properly and safely. OBVIOUSLY,, this client doesn't know or respect the first thing about job safety or DISCLOSING ALL DETAILS when it comes to booking jobs. WE GO 20 FT....NO HIGHER. THIS IS DUE TO INSURANCE AND SAFETY REGULATIONS, AS I EXPLAINED TO HIM..WHEN I ASKED HIM BEFORE SCHEDULING THE JOB, IF THERE WERE ANY WINDOWS ABOVE 20 FT, HE SAID "NO". I would ALSO ask that members refrain from calling hard working professionals like myself, names. Based on my track record and rating, people will see I've only had a few cases where I've come into contact with an irrational client....I am glad I didn't have the displeasure of meeting this person and I am actually glad he got somebody else to do it for him. Onward and upward.

Description of Work: Casey was right on time and he and his assistant immediately started cleaning my windows. I have a very large half moon window over a very large base window. It has always been a pain to clean, as All the windows came out spotless and shining. I was so impressed and will definitely be calling them in the future.
