Casey's Clear Panes, LLC is a Professional Window Cleaning Company specializing in residential and commercial window cleaning services, along with pressure washing and solar panel cleaning services. We perform 1 & 2 story homes and buildings. Our niche is custom and luxury homes. We have been in business since June of 2002 and have grown steadily in that time. I have been featured on 3-TV's popular morning show, 'Good Morning AZ' twice and a number of other radio shows promoting my business while educating viewers and listeners about our services .

Services we offer

We offer window cleaning services to include basic to in-depth glass cleaning, cleaning of bug screens and sunscreens...cleaning of tracks, ceiling fans, certain light or lantern fixtures...we also provide paint overspray removal and light to heavy construction cleanup services. We also do pressure washing for driveways and other structures, objects and cleanings of awnings.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer cleaning of blinds, roll down shades, roll down sunscreens for entire patios (large), chandeliers or anything outside our already wide range of expertise.

Description of Work: The windows sparkle, however, I was charged extra for shade screens and extra windows. They couldn't get the patio door open so that wasn't washed entirely as I have a doggie door window attached. I thought they should have been able to open it.

I apologize if you were unaware of extra cost due to sunscreens. It is in the 'fine print' of deal. I always make a habit to point that out to clients as they know what is and is not included. As for sliding door. The doggie door was riveted in with heavy screws that looks professionally installed. I pointed out to your husband and he understood, that it is beyond our responsibility and not to worry about.. We probably could have unscrewed and reinstalled it no problem, but if anything had come loose or would break, we would then be responsible at that point for fixing. i hope you understand. I would be happy to come by and finish that area up if you are able to remove. Thank you much.

Description of Work: Due to their schedule they pushed us off for 2 weeks and then the day before they were scheduled to come they called and said that they had issues, had other people to take care of and and tried to reschedule. Finally called back and said that they could make it. |they did not do all the windows. they put the screens back on windows which were non-opening and left the screens off the opening windows, the opposite of what they were asked to do.

Mr. [removed member name]. I did everything imaginable to try and make you happy. You have been very inflexible on scheduling and borderline argumentative when I tried to explain pricing which is in black and white under 'Fine Print' of deal. The deal you purchased was 20 Windows for $99. It does NOT include sunscreens of which you have on most all Windows and you had MORE than 20 Windows. You do NOT get all that performed for $99. This is the SECOND bad review you gave me! DO NOT call us again and I will be notifying Member Services about this experience as well. We do not deserve to be mistreated this way. Once again, please do not call on is again.

Description of Work: They did a good job on the actual cleaning of the windows, and service was prompt and efficient. The 20 window count is the kicker - every section of a window counts as one, most of my windows turned into 2 or 3 by their count - somewhat deceiving in the way it is presented. The additional $$ to do all windows was not worth it to me, so I had them complete the primary ones and I did the rest. The ones they did were excellently cleaned.

[Member name], thank you for your good feedback and review. Sometimes people and window cleaners count number of Windows differently. It is common. For example, a sliding door is comprised of two large panes of glass. One is stationary and the other one slides. That would count as two windows due to the size. Another example could be an arched half moon window above a regular window. That would count as two. I could give many more examples but I always try to refer people to the 'fine print' of the deals they purchase so there can be no surprises or have any 'gotcha' scenarios. I do not practice that way and I believe it to be a shady way to conduct business. I make it a standard procedure to do a walk around to inform of any extra cost and I will let them decide if they want to have any additional work done performed at a fair price. It's very important to me that my clients know I am honest and will never deceive them. Thank you for understanding and just know I will try to do right by you. I also have other 'Storefront' deals where for a minimal amount more, you can have that extra work covered. Please feel free to decide which is best for you or call me with any questions come next time. Once again, thank you! :)
