Casey's Clear Panes, LLC is a Professional Window Cleaning Company specializing in residential and commercial window cleaning services, along with pressure washing and solar panel cleaning services. We perform 1 & 2 story homes and buildings. Our niche is custom and luxury homes. We have been in business since June of 2002 and have grown steadily in that time. I have been featured on 3-TV's popular morning show, 'Good Morning AZ' twice and a number of other radio shows promoting my business while educating viewers and listeners about our services .

Services we offer

We offer window cleaning services to include basic to in-depth glass cleaning, cleaning of bug screens and sunscreens...cleaning of tracks, ceiling fans, certain light or lantern fixtures...we also provide paint overspray removal and light to heavy construction cleanup services. We also do pressure washing for driveways and other structures, objects and cleanings of awnings.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer cleaning of blinds, roll down shades, roll down sunscreens for entire patios (large), chandeliers or anything outside our already wide range of expertise.

Do not know what else we could have done to make you happier. We did a great job and even gave you a price break for additional work and maneuvering, moving furniture, obstacles, awnings cleaned, more panes, etc. Please read 'Fine Print' of all deals in future so there can be no surprises, although I went over with you. I know we did a good job and feel short-changed by this review. At no time did you seem unhappy.

Description of Work: The price was MUCH higher than expected. He up charged $160 on top of the $89 Angie's List collected. At the time, I thought it was a good deal until just now. They did a good job, but I think $160 for 11 extra panes and 13 sunscreens and a little paint scraping is a bit much.

I'm sorry you feel like our services cost more than you were expecting to pay. I try to be VERY up front as to what is and is not included in these deals. The services we provide for the basic deal price is way under our normal cost. Sunscreens take much more time to clean than normal bug screens and range from $5-$12 per sun screen as I'm sure I had already informed. We cannot include all that extra work with added panes and removing paint overspray without adequate compensation for the services. It was a fair price I assure you. Thank you for at least rating a 'B.' Please believe I do not overcharge my clients. Please read 'Fine Print' section of each deal you purchase from any vendor...that way you know to expect if any overages apply. Thank you again. :)

Description of Work: Person that came to do the work, Need to count the windows to be cleaned. His count was 64! Same company a year ago counted 20??? Person wanted full payment before he started. Told him that I had already paid thru Angies List. Checked with Boss. Did a good job at cleani ng the windows. But I didn't like the BS regarding the window count and payment. I will think twice before using next year

Thank you for the 'B' rating. Sorry if there was any confusion on your purchase. Deal is for 20 PANES to be cleaned inside and out to include glass, tracks, and BUG screens only. Please refer to the 'Fine Print' section of the deal for all specifics. I refer all clients to do this so they can know what IS and IS NOT included. A pane is defined as a single sheet of glass and as far as the 44 pane difference in counting is concerned from last year, let's just chalk it up to you receiving MORE than an appropriate deal last year. We, like all businesses are in business to make a profit, but also, through Angie's List we extend awesome deals to the members. As memory serves, you also had expected sunscreens to be included as well, which was confirmed to not have been done the year prior.
