Casey's Clear Panes, LLC is a Professional Window Cleaning Company specializing in residential and commercial window cleaning services, along with pressure washing and solar panel cleaning services. We perform 1 & 2 story homes and buildings. Our niche is custom and luxury homes. We have been in business since June of 2002 and have grown steadily in that time. I have been featured on 3-TV's popular morning show, 'Good Morning AZ' twice and a number of other radio shows promoting my business while educating viewers and listeners about our services .

Services we offer

We offer window cleaning services to include basic to in-depth glass cleaning, cleaning of bug screens and sunscreens...cleaning of tracks, ceiling fans, certain light or lantern fixtures...we also provide paint overspray removal and light to heavy construction cleanup services. We also do pressure washing for driveways and other structures, objects and cleanings of awnings.

Services we don't offer

We do not offer cleaning of blinds, roll down shades, roll down sunscreens for entire patios (large), chandeliers or anything outside our already wide range of expertise.

Description of Work: They cleaned every window inside and out as well as my French doors in our master bath. Casey scraped old paint off almost every pane. My home is two story so the outside windows are very hard to get to.. Outstanding job!!

Description of Work: Purchased the deal, scheduled the appt., discussed the few extra windows and asked "how much for the extras?". was told "not very much" ...after service was completed was told bill was $70 over and above the cost of the deal..That is almost the entire cost of the deal ($99)!! ( vendors in the past have charged $20 extra)I have never paid almost $200 for windows to be cleaned. This was not a good deal

THIS IS A SHOCK TO ME. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE AN ' F' on anything! Customer seemed happy. If she had a problem, I could have explained further but was quite clear on explanation. Windows were in terrible shape with mud in tracks, broken seals, 34 total windows with 20 paid for already for $99. In actuality, the job entailed she was charged $170 for window cleaning, muddy tracks cleaned out and hard water, paint overspray removed! This WAS a good deal based on the work involved. Job was performed on January 14 and as of February 5th I have YET to receive payment for our services and hard work. My invoices are clearly printed to 'please remit payment within 5 days' VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Description of Work: They washed our windows, indoors and outside and cleaned the sun screens for $115. That is cheaper than our previous window washer that we had been using for years. Since he retired, now we'll be using Sir Casey!
