Randy showed up on time was very professional and freindly. He did a Awesome job. We have also used him for carpet cleaning and are very satisfied with his services. I would use him again in a heart beat.

We were extremely pleased with how clean the carpet came out, cleaner than it had in the past (using other companies). Randy was a pleasure to deal with. We would have rated this company a "5" had it not been for a few, minor, factors. Specifically: no corner (rub) protectors were used, in the past, again with another company, some of the texture on the wall's corner bead was knocked off when the hose was pulled past, fortunately this didn't happen this time, but it might have. Secondly, some marks were left by the nozzle on tile that butted up to the carpet, unfortunately, with our particular tile, such an aluminum mark is extremely difficult to scrub off. Lastly, Randy's assistant (son), while attempting to pre-treat the carpet at the entrance to the kitchen, lifted the nozzle and sprayed the area causing a mist that landed on the kitchen cabinets. We were standing there when this happened and wiped them down immediately. We don't know if the solution (mist) would have caused any problems to the finish had we not wiped it down immediately, but . . . In summary, these problems probably sound worse than they were, if there was a 4 1/2 category, I would have chosen that. I think the real critique boils down to: I will use him next time.

Randy and his did a great job. They were efficient, professional and my rugs and tile looked like new when they were done. I would highly recommend this company.

Randy and his son worked very hard for several hours. They did everything promised, and more, completely cleaning and repairing carpet, tile and grout, as well as sealing the grout lines. He did some repairs he did not charge for. I'd use him again in a heartbeat.

My carpets were very dirty and they came out very clean. Randy seemed to be in a big hurry, so I was worried the job wouldn't come out good, but it did. Even after 5 months the carpets are still clean which in my experience, translates to a good deep cleaning was performed. His young boy helper didn't do much, but since the job didn't involve a computer, I didn't expect much from him anyhow. Randy does the work himself and he is good at it.

We called Randy to schedule cleaning the carpet of one of our rental properties. He made the appointment for the following week, arrived on-time, and did a fantastic job. We were out of town, so he met with our renters. He moved the furniture and put it back when done. Both the renters and us were very happy with the job.

We called Randy and he was able to make an appointment for us within a couple of days. He arrived on-time and was very professional. He had all the tools he needed to repair the tiles and it was very quick. All had unsightly chips and one had a corner completely broken off. You cannot even tell any of them have been repaired. We have used him for carpet cleaning twice before but this was the first time we used him for tile. We were very happy with his service and will use him again.

Was very prompt and showed up on time. Was able to make the day and time I needed work. He did a wonderful job. Was very impressed with the fantastic job he did. Let me know all the services he offered and did a great job. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Carpets by Randy did a great job cleaning the carpeting in our home. He responded quickly to my e-mail request for a quote and was early for his appointment. He and his son were professional and knowledgeable about the services they provide. I would definitely use their services again.

We only have two rooms of carpet and needed them cleaned. Called and made an appointment within a couple of days. They were on time and cleaned the carpets well. They also did not try to upsell me or find any "extra" things to charge me. What we agreed on in service and price was the end of it. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to our friends and family.

Randy called ahead of time to let me know how far out he was and when he would arrive, which was so nice. He showed up right on time and got right to work. Our carpet looks brand NEW, I am SO Happy! I was so impressed I gave his postcard to my parents and they will be working with him also in the next week or two. He was personable, sweet, easygoing and did a wonderful job, he even cleaned up great on his way out. His number is saved into my phone and I will continue to use him whenever I need any carpet work done. So thankful I found him.

Randy was prompt, professional. He helped move furniture we could not easily move. The carpet came out great. We really appreciated the advice he gave about protecting the carpet in the areas that are highly exposed to the sun.

Called Randy on a Saturday and he offered to do the service the next Monday (29th August). He said he would call 30 minutes out within an hour's window, and he did. He arrived with an assistant on time and with brand new equipment. We went over the job with a walk-through and he wrote up his estimate which was almost exactly as he had quoted over the phone. He and his assistant then put protectors on the base boards etc. in the house where his hoses might rub them and began the cleaning room by room. They cleaned a Family Room, Den, Office, and Master Bedroom, as well as a large 6 seater sectional and a small 2 seat sofa together with all their cushions. The job was immaculate, and the carpets were not left overly wet. They moved some pieces of furniture and put protectors underneath all the furniture that was left in place. They removed their equipment without any scuffs or damage anywhere and left the home spotless. They also said that they did grout cleaning as well, and demonstrated it on a small patch on the floor in the kitchen. I was quite impressed and intend to use them again to do all the stone floors in the house. I would highly recommend Randy's service. He was prompt, reliable, courteous and professional - and did an outstanding job.

Randy was absolutely wonderful I originally called him to clean the carpets in my home before placing it on the market for sale. After he cleaned the carpets my realtor called me to inform me that the carpets were soiled again. Randy was able to find out that not only did i have a wild animal coming into my home but also that I had a leak due to a clogged ac unit. He found the problem and pulled the carpet and cut the drywall. He did a wonderful job through out the service and worked beyond his initial job. I had a similar problem a year ago and it cost me over 2,000 to fix. He was able to do the job of all these different people for a fraction of the cost. He truly was a life saver.

They did a good job, friendly service and a fair price.

He was here when he said he would be here. He did a good job, and there was nothing that I disliked. His professionalism was good. I would rate him highly and would use him again in the future. As a matter of fact, I might use him on my kitchen and the toilets in the house; he demonstrated the removal of a spot, and I might have him come back and do the rest.
