The cleaning was done by Randy's son Tyler. Great interaction, very professional, and respectful The cleaning was done in a timely manner too. I highly recommend them. Randy even called afterwards to ask if I was satisfied.

I chose Randy’s company because of all his outstanding reviews (I read them all). He and his son measured up to all the A ratings. They came in assessed the job and got right to work and did a fantastic job. I will definitely call them again next time carpets need cleaning and refer them business.

I have been using Randy since 2004 and have also referred him to neighbors, friends and relatives. He and his son, Tyler, make a great team. They are very hard working and conscientious, always do a great job and are pleasant and professional to deal with. I always feel like I have gotten good value for the money when they finish their work. With Randy's help we have been able to keep the same wall-to-wall carpeting in our Scottsdale home for over 22 years, and it still looks good today. I have also used him for tile and upholstery cleaning as well. He never tries to up-sell me and will always do just what I need done, even if it is just a few stairs, instead of the whole staircase. I would highly recommend Carpets by Randy for all of your cleaning needs.

Randy and Tyler did a great job on all of the carpets and area rugs we needed to have cleaned (large stairs, two large bedroom and ten area rugs). The price was quite reasonable for all they had to do, including pre-treating our stairs and the bedrooms. One of our bedrooms was really awful, with an ugly brown stain that had come up from under the pad from the previous residents. They were able to get everything really clean. Will definitely call Randy again and highly recommend his service.

Randy and his assistant Tyler arrived at my home exactly as promised. Randy surveyed the job, asked questions regarding any specific issues that I might have had with my carpets and then proceeded to get started. He opened some shutters that touched the carpet to ensure that he would be cleaning my entire carpet including the few inches between the shutters and sliding glass door. I thought this was an excellent example of his workmanship skills and pride in doing the best, most thorough job possible. He was very mindful of a few items (e.g. electrical/computer/router wires) that remained on the floor and ensured that the carpet was cleaned underneath with the wires being lifted up and clear during the process. Randy mopped up the few areas on my tile that got wet and was careful not to damage any of the furniture that was in the way of the cleaning process. It's obvious Randy has been doing this work for many years. He is very professional, personable, and takes pride in doing the best job possible, which he did. I will definitely hire him again, and highly recommend his services to others.

Randy was polite and responsive when I initially called. He came out promptly. He looked over the job and was eager to schedule. While there he suggested other services that I agreed to have him do as well. We agreed on a date and time. All work to be performed was outdoor work. On the morning of the scheduled work day Randy called and said that the weather was not cooperative for the services to be done and after further discussion he admitted that the weather temperatures would not be cooperative for several weeks if not months. He said he just never thought of the weather as an issue when we discussed or scheduled the job. It was concerning to me that as a professional this not even occurred to him until the morning of the scheduled work. He had no other reasoning other than that it had just not occurred to him.

Amazing!! Randy rocks!!!! I am so happy with my carpets! He made them look brand new! They cleaned my bathroom tile, fixed my grout, and made my natural stone shower look awesome! They even repaired cracked tile and grout around my sink and backsplash!!! They replied to my service/cost inquiry in a timely manner and arrived at 8am the next day! Randy and son took great pride to get the job done right the first time! We were so happy with the results that we asked if we could “squeeze-in” a carpet/tile cleaning in our in-law apartment, which they did cheerfully. I am very impressed and you will be too. “ Honey, cross that off the honey-do list, Randy did it.”

Randy arrived on time, assessed the situation, noted problem areas, set a very reasonable price and completed the work in a highly professional manner. I will recommend him to friends without qualification. Count me as one highly satisfied customer.

Randy was AWESOME! We are extremely happy with his carpet cleaning service. We had no problems at all scheduling the appointment, he came right when he said he would. He got to work RIGHT AWAY and even though he didn't have his assistant with him that day, he still ripped through all of the work, lifting our bed, couch, and other furniture by himself while he completely cleaned the carpet in all of the rooms we asked him to clean. The carpet looks like a different (clean) carpet altogether. The price may slightly be on the higher end, but we totally believe that you get what you pay for - and we are very satisfied and will be contacting Randy again for any future carpet cleaning needs. On top of it all, he was also very courteous and professional. Thank you Randy!

Randy and his assistant stretched and cleaned the carpets in my house and the different is night and day! They were mindful of not getting my wood floor wet as their cleaning equipment had to cross that to get to the rugs, and went above and beyond for me. They were done quickly and on-budget and the results look amazing. I would hire or recommend them again in a heartbeat for anyone who needs these services.

Highly professional, prompt, neat in appearance, and most of all, the carpet areas that were stained and the upholstery furniture that had spits look fantastic! I have a fairly high end, cream colored carpet with sculpted squares. He cleaned the living room, master bedroom, stairs, and great room upstairs. He stretched my upstairs carpet to remove the slack which looked bad (occurred when another company cleaned the carpets last spring). He also cleaned the seats of a couch and two matching chairs. Everything looks so good, I’m delighted. I’ve used another company for years, and now realize I wasn’t getting this quality. Randy does an amazing job, is very knowledgeable, and friendly. His pricing is comparable to my former carpet cleaner and fairly priced when I called around to compare before selecting Randy. I will be using him from now.

Again, everything was excellent. He arrived on time and along with his assistant, they went to work. All went well, smooth, no issues at all. Did a super job. You can tell by Randy's actions and what he says that he is all about providing the best customer service he can. And he did.

Randy and his team did a great job cleaning the carpets in my home. The carpets haven't looked that good in years. He was late showing up but offered to clean additional floors in the house to make up for it which was greatly appreciated. I certainly plan to use Carpets by Randy again in the future.

It went great. Randy called right away and scheduled the cleaning. He and a helper came, moved furniture carefully, and cleaned effectively. Very friendly, in & out, nice work. Will hire again.

The work was completed just wonderfully. The price was very competitive and very fair.

Randy showed up at exactly the time he said he would. We walked through each room & discussed the needs in each room. He was able to removed a huge liquid laundry soap spill & many stains of various types. When he left, my carpet & sofa appeared almost new. I was very pleased. A couple stains reappeared in after the carpet dried but I don't think they would be noticeable to anyone who didn't know they were there. Randy was very personable & easy to talk with & seemed to have a lot of pride in his work.

Everything was done well and timely. Hoping the tile sealant will last several years so we don't have to have tile cleaned again too soon.

The carpets look fantastic. Randy repaired a tackless strip that had come loose, and a couple of other minor repairs. I scheduled him to come back to clean my flagstone.

Great job. Repaired some cracks and made a repair on an exterior door. So professional.

This was a big deal purchase. He did a good job, but he had to come back. He brought his son with them, who I guess works for him. His son was obviously not happy to be here. So the last room they did was our bedroom. The son didn't do whatever it is that they do to pull up the moisture that is in the carpet. That evening we went to go to bed and it was wet, not damp, it was wet. So we had to call him back and he did come back the next day. He took care of it. I want to have the ability to look at what we are having done and give us a quote. He called me and said he thought I owed him another $68. I asked what he was basing that on. Apparently Angie's List sent him a text and he thought I owed him more money. I sent him copies of what I had and I told him if he had a problem with the payment he got from Angie's List then he needed to talk to Angie's List and not me. I have not heard from him again. Originally he told us he would come back next week so then he did come back. We will use him again. I thought the price was fine. They did come back right away and fixed what the problem was.
