+ -1 moreRandy and Matt arrived on time and did an excellent job getting the carpeting clean. They did a double pass on the heavy traffic patterns and it looks great! My sofa also turned out looking good. It is nice having the owner doing the job and being on the premises.

+ -1 moreMy carpet's have not been cleaned for 14 years. I was so surprised by how clean my carpet could be. Randy and his assistant Matt are very pleasant to work with and did a great job. He is very reasonable and good at what he does. I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: Randy cleaned my white carpet in my living room, hallways, walk-in closets, bedrooms etc. I have over 3000 square feet. He also cleaned and repaired all the grout in the bathrooms.

+ -1 moreHe came out on a Saturday and cleaned 3 rooms of carpet in my office. He was prompt, professional and did a GREAT job. The carpets had not been cleaned in a couple years and they look new again! He pretreated the problem areas and got them in near perfect condition again. He cleaned his mess up from the hoses and was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend using his company if you are looking for someone to to clean your carpets and is professional and does a great job!

+ -1 moreThis was the first time we used Randy so I had already moved most furniture but they helped me move the remainder and said that they normally move furniture for you. He sprayed carpet with cleaner then used steam, scrubber and vacuum to complete. He worked quickly but did a very thorough job. We were very pleased with the work and the way he communicated with us about his schedule leading up to and during our appointment. Our carpet looks great, Randy does excellent work and charged much less than what I expected for the quality. He has top notch equipment too.

+ 1 moreWe're embarrassed to say it was at least four years since we had our light-colored carpeting and upholstered furniture professionally cleaned. But Randy, assisted by Matt, was able to clean them to an almost like-new appearance! They took their time to remove the ground-in dirt, especially in the high-traffic areas that became matted and dark in color. Our furniture, most notably the kitchen chairs, living room sofa and "big fluffy" easy chair, look wonderful. Additionally, Randy repaired a minor grout problem in the front entrance tile. Randy and Matt provided a friendly, no pressure customer service experience before, during, and after the job. Randy was easy to initially contact on his cell phone. He provided a detailed estimate for his reasonably priced fees (compared to the five other vendors that we also contacted). Upon arriving at our home, he examined our carpeting and furniture, pointing out problem areas, how he would clean them and what to expect when he finished. Randy's estimate was what he charged us. We were impressed when he telephoned us the next day to make sure we were pleased with the work. He offered to return at no additional charge to fix any problems. That was not necessary. We highly recommend Carpets by Randy.

He also repaired the grout that was cracked and had missing pieces which made it difficult to mop and keep clean. The carpet looks brand new and my rug is once again beautiful. + -1 moreWhen it come to carpets and upholstery, I call Randy. For years, Randy has provided the best service. My carpets and upholstered furniture are always spotless when he's through, and he stays until the job is done to his (and mine, apparently) standards. I called Randy to clean the mattress that my kids abused for the past year. While he was here, he said he could make the awful carpets look good. My mattress looked almost new (it was nearly black in some spots), and the carpet was bright and beautiful when he was through. He's the best in the Phoenix area. And if you're single, ladies, he's cute, too. No, I am not getting paid. I really like Randy and will never use anyone else.

He came back early the next week to clean the carpet and place everything back in place. I was very happy with what he did in that he just took care of everything and followed-up regarding our satisfaction with his work.

Randy and his associate moved the heavy pieces of furniture in the living room and game room so the corrective re-stretching could be done. The carpets looked so much better after the re-stretching!

+ -1 moreFirst of all, I was rescheduled multiple times before they finally came out. First Randy was on a vacation, then caught in a snow storm & then surgery. Then Randy didn't come at all. He sent his 2 sons. The grout didn't appear to have been sealed at all & was quickly as dirty as before they came. I called them to come back. After a few phone calls the sons returned & didn't see that the grout was even dirty. FInally after threatening to write a review on Angies List they did re-clean some of the tile. The carpet looked clean for awhile, but again, didn't appear to be pre-treated so the spots that were there prior to the cleaning were soon back. They had been very reasonable in the past & I had even recommended them to a few other people. But I was stunned at the cost this time.

+ 1 moreHe arrived on time, moved some furniture, did the spot-cleaning, replaced missing grout in my tiles, cleaned the carpet and tile floors. He did an excellent job on both. I had some bad stains from my dog and he did a wonderful job of getting the stains out. My tile looks great. Also the marble top of an end table got scratched. He took it to a business that specializes in marble and it was returned in much better shape than it previously had been! I would not hesitate to recommend Randy and I definitely will use his services from now on. He is an extremely pleasant individual and will go above and beyond to do a good job for you. SHB

+ -1 moreRandy and his assistant (Cory?) did an excellent and efficient job. Randy identified several areas where the carpeting was coming loose and repaired them all for under $50. There were several large pieces of furniture which I was unable to move out of the way but Randy cleaned under them and set them on blocks to prevent carpet damage. I am quite pleased with the quality of the work and the speed with which it was all done. Randy also provided me with an estimate for cleaning the tile and grout. I will be engaging him for that work in the near future.

Description of Work: I wanted to have my floor tiles cleaned by "Carpets by Randy" called spoke with Randy. I live in Gilbert, Randy said that I am far away and I wont be able to get to it right away, and that I can pool the trip if I have other homes to be cleaned. He told me it will be in the next 2 weeks. I said that 2 weeks is too far and I would like to have it done sooner, thanked him and hung up. A few hours later I get a call from Randy, he said that I can get to your job in 4 days, I asked him how, he said that another job had come up. I said sure I am yet to pick someone. Randy wanted to know approximately how many sq. ft of tiles needed to be cleaned. I said I dont know and that I will measure and send a text. I have natural stone, he asked me to send a picture too! That night I did the best I could, measured to find more than 300 sq ft and that I MAY have another 3 rooms of carpet cleaning. The next day I receive a text from him that there will be an additional $125 to clean the grout and $70 to seal. I told Randy that I want the tiles to be cleaned, nothing more. He also texted that there will be a $300 minimum cleaning fee and if I dont have enough area to be cleaned that there will be a $25 fuel charge. Upset with all these new requirements I texted, why do you add all these now, why didnt you say these at the beginning? He texted the other job is in Tempe and I thought that you should be close, but you were still far when I checked the map. I think it will be good if Randy lists these on his page in Angies list. Be warned!
