Excellent! Very responsible and professional.

Randy did a great job and the carpet looks great again. He was very professional and also gave me options for other things he could do for our home. Very pleased with the service provided.

I took bids to do all our floors (carpet and tile). Randy responded quickly and gave us the lowest bid. He arrived as scheduled to do the work. He and his son took approximately 3 hours to clean all the floors and repair the grout in our 1700 sq. ft. home. He provided extras such as cleaning the baseboards, the tracks in our sliding glass door, and repairing a hole in one of our tiles. He fixed all the areas where the grout was chipped and cracked. The results were excellent! I didn't think our tile and grout could be cleaned to a like-new look, but Randy did it. The carpets turned out better than other vendors I have used in the past.

Randy went out of his way to accommodate my request to come ASAP. It was just the day after Christmas while everyone were hard to book, he showed up on time as promised. He was very reasonable and professional.

I had used other large companies for carpet cleaning, but I wasn't satisfied with the results over the last two years. In an effort to hold off on new carpets for as long as possible, I decided to try Carpets by Randy based on Angie's List reviews. My 11-year-old carpets look better than ever after he cleaned and stretched the stairs and other areas. His price was very reasonable for the work performed. I would highly recommend this company; they will get all of my carpet business from now on.

The service was excellent and the results were outstanding. The work was done by Randy and Son and I couldn't ask for anything more. I am pleased to highly recommend Randy and I wouldn't hesitate to call upon them again for any future work. They are honest and pleasant to deal with!

Randy and his team mate (Ryan, I think) came out today and did an AMAZING job on our tile and carpets for a new home that we are moving into. Both gentleman are incredibly friendly and very hard working! Never stopped working for a minute! The carpets were in need of stretching, patching, cleaning and deodorizing from the previous pet. The tile was dirty, grout was stained, and there were gaps between the tile and baseboards. The carpets now look and smell brand new! The tile looks fresh, like it was just installed! These guys can do it all! The BEST part about Randy, aside from speed and a great attitude, is their LOW PRICE. I called all around town to get quotes for the necessary work and was quoted double what Randy charges. If you need any cleaning or repairing of your flooring done for a competitive rate, Randy is the guy to call! You won't be disappointed!

I called to make an appointment and was able to get scheduled within a few days. Randy was very courteous and arrived at the time scheduled. He took a look at the carpets we wanted cleaned and suggested we have our master bedroom & office stretched as well. I was glad he was able to do this as I thought I'd have to call someone else to do the stretching. Randy did a great job! The carpets look wonderful and no lingering odors! We are potty training puppies & were concerned about odor issues, but there weren't any. We are very happy and will be using Randy on a regular basis to clean our carpets.

Everything went exactly as I hoped it would -- no glitches; no disappointments.

I first contacted Randy inquiring about steam cleaning the entire carpet and tile in our house based on great past reviews. He responded back a very short time later. He was very informative on the phone and asked me questions about what I wanted done, if any repairs were needed, condition of carpet and tile, approximate size of the house, etc. He gave me a ballpark estimate. We set a date which was really convenient for me which I really appreciate and only a few days later which also was really quick I thought. He text me a few days before to confirm. Let me give you a little background on the house, we built it in 2003, carpet and tile are original. We don't wear shoes in the house, but we have 3 cats, no kids or dogs though my in-laws bring theirs when they visit occasionally and we like to leave the windows open when we are home often. So we do get a lot of dust and cat fur. I would say the condition of the carpet and tile is pretty good for its age. No real repairs needed to be done. The day of the service, Randy called prior to his arrival just like he said he would, then when he arrived he assessed the work to be done and while we went over the details his associate brought in the equipment and started setting up. Very efficient I thought. Randy was very thorough in his assessment, walking through the entire house with me going over what I wanted done. Taking notes. We have had the carpets professionally cleaned before but not for several years. I have one of those johnny home owner Bissells and usually do it myself. And we've never had the tile done and the grout was starting to look really dingy and dirty especially in the high traffic areas. When I do the carpet myself it takes me about 6-8 hours and it is very labor intensive for me and I am exhausted after; though the carpets look pretty good. But after Randy was done, there is no comparison. He did such a superior job better than I ever could do. And the house smells so fresh. And the tile and grout looks and feels so nice when you walk barefoot on it. The grout really cleaned up nice. Randy cleaned a couple of really dirty areas a couple of times and by hand (by kitchen sink) that gets a lot of use. The grout looks really nice. I all, it took Randy and Matt about 3 hours to do the entire house, steam cleaned carpet and tile and sealed grout on tile. They also moved any furniture I had asked them to and Randy cleaned the sofa and chair that gets the most use. I would not hesitate to use Randy again. We will certainly set up this service with him more often the cost was well worth the results. Randy was thorough and professional and very courteous. He really enjoys his work and takes a lot of pride it in. We also like to support small business owners and it was sure nice to have someone over who cared about the result of the work they did as if it was their own house.

Randy and Matt provide an EXCELLENT AND THOROUGH JOB. Randy is very detailed and notice things that I had not. it is obvious he REALLY CARES about his BUSINESS. My FLOORING looks as if they were NEW, the same goes for the CARPET. I have already informed Randy that I want him to come back in November before Thanksgiving to Service my home. I HiGHLY RECOMMEND "CARPET BY RANDY" I GIVE HIM AN A+ Rating.

Randy arrived a little early, which was great. I'm older and just had back surgery, so Randy wouldn't let me lift anything heavy, or almost anything at all. They were very curteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Randy had suggestions that would further improve the appearance of my home and I gave him the permission to proceed with those suggestions, even with the extra charge involved. He even moved and cleaned the vents on the bottom of the refrigerator. He showed me before and after pictures. What I difference!!!!! He did charge to put the furniture back, but I didn't know how I would have gotten it moved by myself. The floor looks BEAUTIFUL, SIMPLY BEAUTIFUL. The extra cost to me, was to buy new slippers for my husband and myself, for when we leave and enter the home so we don't get it so dirty again. With the AZ dust, I'm sure I will need Randy's services again. He will be the one I call for the job. Thank you Randy for doing such an excellent job. I can't stop looking at my newly cleaned floor. Randy is awesome! After my inquiry on Angie's list, he responded immediately and scheduled me for an appointment the same week. The day of the appointment he showed up early! Very impressive. He was very thorough and did an EXCELLENT job! He was very professional and fair. My couches and carpets look brand new. Extremely happy with my service and will be a repeat customer!

Randy did a great job! He cleaned all of our carpets and then tried cleaning our tile. We both found out quickly that that last individuals who cleaned and waxed my tiles used a strange type of wax. Which came up and made a horrible mess! Randy cancelled his other appointments and stayed late cleaning this up. He went beyond the call and did a great job "fixing" the prior job that was done. I will only use. Randy in the future and just called him for carpet cleaning again.

Everything went really well, and it was a great experience. Randy was easy to reach, did an excellent job with the cleaning and the repairs, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with his service. He actually did so well that he was able to make the carpets look like new when we thought we might have to replace them.

After missing each other by phone/email, Randy was extremely accommodating when trying to schedule work with us. Once scheduled, the work completed was great. The tile and grout looked great and Randy provided assistance with a few other issues that he identified. They were relevant issues and we were happy that he could perform the work and we didn't have to find someone else. I would definitely recommend Randy to others.

Randy called before coming on the day we scheduled for this appointment. I appreciated the courtesy call. When he arrived, we went over all the carpet areas to be cleaned and also all the tile to be done. He was very professional and all the suggestions he made. He cleaned two large areas of carpets. He and his partner moved some furniture and when done, put blocks under the furniture while the carpet dried. The carpets look very nice and he did a nice job. For my tile, they first cleaned the tile, and grout. They then sealed the grout. The tile looks brand new. Randy even moved my refrigerator and vacuumed the coils. Not expected but greatly appreciated. They were very professional and I would recommend them highly. It was great working with them and wouldn't hesitate using their services again.

Very, very pleased. A couple of defects in the floor were grouted and sealed, and it looks better than it has in years!

Randy and his assistant were punctual, professional, fast, and most of all, effective. Our carpeting had not been cleaned (except with a household cleaner which didn't help much) since the house was new 20 years ago, and it looked it. We had been discussing replacing the carpeting, but decided to try having it cleaned after reading some reviews on Angie's List. Anyhow, Randy's cleaning made the carpeting look, dare I say it, NEW throughout 95% of the house. I consider their work to have been a bargain, improving the quality of our life and easily delaying the major purchase of new floor covering for years.

He was outstanding! Randy's service lived up to all of the excellent reviews. He scheduled with us in a brief period of time, came on time, performed services really well and was a nice guy to boot! They moved the heavy furniture and replaced it. The carpet looked new again. After tacking the living room, it appeared that there was still a bubble. We contacted Randy right away, and he came by when he was heading out for a Saturday night. How nice is that! Anyway, apparently as the carpet dried, it shrunk back up, and there was no bubble anymore. We're sorry we made him come out again. Definitely hire this man!

I purchased a deal on Angie's List for carpet cleaning for up to 2500 square feet at $380.00. We were moving into a new house and needed our carpets cleaned prior to moving in. My first appointment hit a snag and I had to re-schedule but Randy told me to keep in contact with him and let him know when we were ready and he would come out as soon as he could. The issue was resolved and I called Randy. Randy agreed to come out that same day from the opposite side of the city. Randy not only did a great job of cleaning the carpets but he also patched a couple of areas where the carpet was damaged and threw in deodorizing as well. Randy was very personable and professional.

Randy was on time, personable and affordable. He genuinely cares about the work and wants to make you happy. I have used Randy's carpet and tile cleaning services before and this visit was no different. He moved my fridge and cleaned the vent on the fridge as well as the floor. He completed the work in a timely manner and didn't even charge me for cleaning my shower!! I will use Randy's services again and recommend that you do the same. Thanks, Randy!

This deal is amazing! Randy and his associate CLEANED our grouts. You don't know how gross our floors were and now it just looks like I have a brand new kitchen! Randy is very courteous and professional. He called to give me a heads up that they are on their way. He is now my go to for anything tile and grout!

Randy and his assistant arrived on time. They cleaned a large berber carpet that covered the living room/dining room area. The carpet had not been professionally cleaned in several years. They did such a good job on the carpet you could never tell it was sixteen years old. It looks beautiful. They cleaned and sealed the tile and grout in my kitchen and bathroom. The tiles look new. They cleaned the Saltillo tile in my foyer. The tiles look great. Randy fixed a chipped Saltillo tile free of charge. I have a 5'x8' area rug and a hallway runner that looked quite worn. I was thinking of replacing them. Randy said he could clean them. They look brand new now. I have two cream colored upholstered chairs that Randy cleaned. Randy cleaned one side of one chair and then had me take a look at the difference between the cleaned side and the uncleaned side. The difference was amazing. Randy cleaned the refrigerator coils. I am very pleased with the job done. Randy is also a very nice and pleasant person. I will be having him do my mom's carpet and tiles. Will definitely be using him again.
