I called for carpet cleaning for same week. Owner/Operator Randy answered the phone himself. Was courteous and gave me a date immediately. Gave me an estimated price. I accepted. On work day, he called me twice to let me know he was on the way. Arrived on time, with plenty of crew. Job took one hour. He moved 2 couches for me and made sure they were up on styro blocks to prevent damage to carpet from wet couch feet. Cleaned up after himself. Price was great, work was great. Courteous, and asked for future business. Estimated tile floor grout cleaning for me. I will call him to have him do the grout cleaning when I am ready. NOTE: CASH ONLY - no credit cards

Everything went well. I called them. Got a callback promptly and scheduled an appointment for the following week. They arrived on time. Gave me a price which I accepted. They performed the work and my chair and ottoman look great. I am very pleased.

I had another company come out to clean very dirty carpeting. They boast they leave "no residue" but we were not pleased with the results. Carpets by Randy came to our rescue. The carpet looks great and it was done for a great price. He did SIX rooms for $210.00!

They did a thorough job. Came about an hour late, but did a very good job. My carpets look very good and Randy did an excellent job of re-tacking carpet that was left too short by the other tiling company.

He did a very good job. He was very conscientious. He did extra repairs for us at a reasonable price.

Overall, the carpet looks good. He got out most stains, except for 2 large stains, which he said might not come out. Even though Randy's work is good, I rated him lower because he tried getting more money than he originally quoted. We agreed on $110.00. I paid him $85 upfront and then I owed him the remainder. Well, he sent me a bill for $120, instead of $25.00. I don't know if he was trying to pull a fast one, or what. But I'm glad I wrote down the quotes he gave me and also what I had already paid out.

His work was really good. We were very satisfied. He was very nice, professional and very considerate. He came right out to do the work. I would definitely recommend him to my friends.

Excellent. Randy's son performed the work and he did an excellent job. He took his time to do a very thorough job. We couldn't have asked for any better job.

Randy and his son arrived on time, having given me a call while they were on their way. They were thorough and careful. I thought the project went very well. The carpets look great.

The poor guy didn't realize that the stains on the sofa were never coming out (kids and grandkids, but I'll be darned if he didn't try and partially succeed. I just needed them clean. He went above and beyond to try to clean the couch especially and used at least a half gallon of solution on the thing trying to get it done. He said it usually takes him a half hour to really clean a couch. He'd worked on mine for an hour and a half before deciding it wasn't going to get any better. He and his helper were worth every penny. My couch looks better than I've seen it in years, and I can die the fabric to hide the stains.

RANDY WAS ON TIME, DID GOOD WORK, WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO CLEAN OUR CARPETS AND THEY WERE ABLE TO REMOVE INK AND RED PLAYDOUGH STAINS FROM THE CARPET. THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE IN THEIR PRICING AND VERY DEPENDABLE.

THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE AND VERY METICULOUS AND VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE-ORIENTED. THEY CAN GET MOST ANYTHING OUT OF YOUR CARPET. HAVE USED RANDY FOR OVER 10 YEARS.

THEIR PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE COMPARED TO OTHER QUOTES. HE WAS ABLE TO FIT ME INTO HIS SCHEDULE WITHOUT WAITING TOO LONG. THE OWNER DOES THE JOB HIMSELF AND DOES VERY GOOD WORK.
