Description of Work: Showed on time, spent 5 - 10 minutes measuring and going over product and said he would email me a bid tomorrow. Tomorrow never came. I did catch him on the phone and got a verbal of "around 10 grand", along with assurances that a bid would be mailed...It never happened.

Description of Work: They installed new cabinets for me about 5 years ago. The work was done years, but they were pretty efficient. The only issue I have is I am having some problems with the lament coming apart from the doors and the warranty is up. The glue lasted for over 5 years and now it’s coming apart. I had tried calling them and they were supposed to follow up with me, but I never got a call back. I was disappointed with the follow up.

We do not have any record of customer calling us recently with any issues with her doors. We did receive a call in December of 2009 regarding a door delaminating and we replaced it. We have left a voice message for customer to contact us regarding this post.
