C & L Tile

Chris showed up on time and looked at the problem we were having in our shower..... He is HONEST! He told me he had a very easy fix for our problem; the actual repair was done a few days later as the shower needed to be dry to be fixed. Once again, Chris showed up at the agreed time to fix the problem. I am very happy with the end result..... PROBLEM GONE! I would not hesitate to call on C &L in the future or to recommend this company to others.

Had a little trouble in the beginning when they lost my contact and resulted in no show. Called and rescheduled, came out and fixed the tile, told me some additional tiles needed to be replaced but overall backing was in ok shape. Will definitely use again. Very easy to work with.

It literally could not have gone any better! Chris was totally professional, kept me in the loop at all times, was prompt and responsive and his price was excellent. They were very sensitive to my financial situation and actually made the job smaller - which helped me more than it did them. Chris has excellent taste with color and finish and the job they did is better than the original job by far. Chris fit me into his schedule and they worked with the hours I was available. The job looks beautiful and when I get ready to tile my master bath, they are the only ones on my list to call. I can't say enough good - THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

I went with Chris from C & L tile and he sent his guy Josh over to do the work. Chris stopped by a couple times to check on the progress and overall I am very satisfied with his work. Very dusty during removal but that is to be expected. They did great work above and beyond exceptional. They even did some extra touch up. I had a great experience with Chris and Josh. Their price was very reasonable and actually less than I thought it would be. The quality is very good so far. Their responsiveness by email was a little slow as we were both late in responding. However they were very punctual and very professional. I would recomend them to my friends for tile work.

Chris and crew did a great job. The cost came in under their quote and the tile they had to remove did not come up easily. They came the time that they said and were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Chris came to my house to assess the situation with a cracked tile on my counter top. He was on time and did a very professional job replacing the tile and re-grouting some areas that needed attention. I thought his price was very reasonable and would hire him again for any tiling concerns.

Chris completely tiled my 1400 sq ft condo about two years ago. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. I noticed a crack in the grout recently so I contacted Chris so that he could do the repair. The crack was in only one line of grout and he explained this was in an area of expansion in the floor. His team was out within the next couple of days and completed the repair in under an hour. There was no charge as Chris said this was a warranty service call. Chris and his team are very professional and do excellent work. I won't call anyone else if I want to do any type of tile work in the future.

I called Chris late Thursday afternoon for an estimate on regrouting our ugly roman tub floor. He came out Saturday morning and gave us an extremely reasonable price. Josh did the actual work three days later and did a fantastic job. It looks dazzlingly fresh and clean. It brightened up the whole bathroom. I waited to write this review to see how it would look after getting wet. It still is perfect. They not only do great work but also are neat, pleasant and so accommodating. We highly recommend C&L Tile.

Went very well. Chris and his team were fantastic. The job was completed on time and on budget. The team was on time every day and cleaned up when they were done. I submitted a review, with pictures, after the job was complete but another review, a positive one, is appropriate. We recommended C & L to a coworker and she was equally impressed and satisfied with the work.

The quality of work performed by this tile contractor is absolutely flawless! In addition, the crews arrived on time, were very pleasant to have around, and cleaned up thoroughly every day before leaving. Chris, the owner of the company, visited the job several times during the course of construction to check on things. We are thrilled with how beautiful our remodel turned out, due in large part to the extensive tile work. The stunning floor-to-ceiling ledgestone wall in the living room is the focal point of the house (has a built-in TV and fireplace), and is commented on favorably by everyone who comes into the house.

C&L Tile replaced our shower pan (they advised us, with good reason, not to move forward with our DIY version of the shower pan) and completed the install of the tile in the shower and floor of our master bathroom. We already had purchased the tile and other supplies - C&L provided the labor and expertise. I am so glad we decided to use them rather than continue on as a DIY project. Our bathroom looks great and I highly recommend them. They gave us a price as well as a date and time and they followed through with it all. True to their word. We're getting ready to re-tile our entire house and we will be calling them first!

We've had C&L tile our entire house and then several years later our kitchen backsplash. Chris is extremely helpful and friendly, the work is top notch and done quickly. I'd strongly recommend C&L for any tiling needs!

The first job in 2010 was amazing. These guys are artists that take incredible pride in their work. I had a few tiles crack in my master shower and they fixed them without any issues or charge and this was after 4 years of installation. I was so impressed with the initial work (I have received nothing but compliments from all who look at the work)... but to me a great company is one that treats you well when you have a problem and fixes it without a hassle. I highly recommend C&L Tile, they are true professionals that provide great work and great customer service!

Extremely well. There was one tile that had an imperfection in it (from the manufacturer) that was likely not apparent until after installation (when the sun hit it)....Chris had a worker return & remove it & reinstall a good one.

It was amazing! Not only were they punctual, every single day, but they were incredibly organized; clean and patient with the moving parts of our household. Each morning they a minute to greet our dogs, which was helpful to keep the dogs calm and at bay as they were on guard with new people being in the house! It was a small gesture that went a long way in our house. The replacement from wood to tile has been an incredibly smooth transition and they did an outstanding job. They were very efficient and honest with how the job was progressing; what needed to be done; a reasonable timeline and finish. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and use them again!

This is the second time that I used C & L Tile. The first time Chris just repaired a small section of my kitchen floor. When it came time to do the bathrooms I called Chris. He has a great crew that work for him. THey are very prompt, clean and efficient. They removed all the old carpeting and put down new tile. Chris was there each day checking on the work and telling us what they would be doing that day. Could not be more pleased. I highly recommend him and would certainly use him in the future.

We started a DIY project but decided it was better left to the professionals. Our friend recommended Chris and C & L Tile because they did his master bath tile work and it was beautiful. Guys were great, very professional. Shower looks amazing. We are moving to Tucson and have 3 bathrooms to remodel down there, sure wish we could hire them for that work.

Punctual. Everything was covered and walkways had paper applied to keep dust off my bathroom counters. Worked with me on daily hours worked to fit my schedule. No additional costs after quote given. Shower looks Great!

You cannot go wrong with Chris and his crew. They go out of their way to please and satisfy the customer. I would recommend them for any size job. We were lucking to find such a conscientious business owner who knows his trade and how to meet schedules.

They charged separately for the service and the tiles. They were very good on delivering what they said they would in terms of how long it would take them to do the job and how much it would cost. They got in three to four guys for the removal phase and reduced them to two for the replacement phase. They got it all done in a couple of days. They were very knowledgeable. When he came out to do the estimate, he could answer all my questions well without any problem. They were right on time.

His name is Chris Grillo. It looks superb. We have always used Chris for all this type of work. Whenever a little repair work is needed, he comes right over. His staff is skilled and he makes sure he comes by to see how they are doing. The price is right. They also replaced a few of the large travertine and we couldn't even tell they removed it.
