Again we did not follow through.

I was extremely pleased in their call back time for an estimate. The price seemed very fair to us compared with others and we took into consideration the response time of the estimate, which again was within days. This led us to the conclusion that this would be a reliable business and they did not disappoint. The owner showed up with his crew ON TIME!! On the day the were supposed to. After having spent months with contractors, this was very impressive. They went over the job with us again and were willing to help us with some ideas. When the one idea for the border that we had decided on did not work, they did not leave us with it or stick us with a huge add on. It was fair and the backsplash turned out beautiful. As stated in the other reviews, the crew was neat, covered everything, cleaned up, and was very courteous. Would definitely use again and recommend.

They provided two different estimates since I decided to replace the original bath tub/shower with a spa tub after the first estimate. They helped select matching tile at their office. They were always on time, did excellent tile work and cleaned up at the end of each day. Since most walls and floors are not completely level, they back buttered each tile with thinset and installed them so they were perfectly straight and level with each other, rather than spreading thin set on the wall or floor then installing the tiles. I plan on remodeling another bathroom in a couple of months and will definitely use C&L Tile again.

After contacting C&L Tile an appointment was set up, the owner arrived in a timely manner, went over the project with me, and provided an estimate. I contacted him a few days later to schedule a start date. The owner arrived at my home on time the day the project began, introduced me to his field superintendent(FS), as well as the other individuals who would be working on my project. He confirmed all details with his superintendent, arranged for the appropriate contractor for the final step of the project, and advised me of that timing, then left. During the course of the day he contacted his FS to check on status. The work was completed in a timely manner to my satisfaction and the crew doing the work couldn't have been more efficient or nicer.

Arrived on time, did a fantastic job, very professional. They put tile in the bathroom on a previous job as well and were wonderful.

Eric always politely answered our questions, never felt like I was bothering him. He was professional at all times and was very meticulous in performing his work. He was on top of his game! My backsplash looks fantastic. We're so happy and he said if we ever needed a tile replaced because of a stain for example, he would be glad to return! We are so glad we chose C & L tile!

Could not be happier with the professionalism and workmanship. They showed up on time, worked hard, and were a pleasure to have in my home. They put down protective paper over the areas they worked, even over the landscaping near the wet saw. They cleaned up after each night. They did a terrific job. Feel confident you are going to get quality work and care from these guys.
