Description of Work: Carlos replaced 2 lights and 2 fans in my home. His work was excellent - efficient and clean. I feel I received excellent work at a fair price. I would use them again for any electrical needs.

Description of Work: I had taken a light switch off in the bathroom because I was just going to change out the thing. It was connected to a whole lot of wires and I knew I couldn't just do it. So I had them come out and re-wire the wall plug.

Description of Work: Special 1 hr of electric work/inspection for @ $39. He fixed our timers & removed some unsafe wiring on our back fence, gave us some options on our outdoor lighting.

Description of Work: Installed two ceiling fans..provided 2 elec outlets in ceiling where there wasn't one previously; constructed and installed both fans out of the box; installed control switches for lights and fan speeds. Plugged and mudded holes in the wall that needed to be made. Both guys did a great job - including cleanup! Already called them for my next project!

Description of Work: I can't say enough good things about this company! Mark showed up on time, put in an exterior outlet, ordered and installed a new motor in my bath fan (wasn't an all-in-one kind) and a new damper (I could never understand why I could hear outside noises while in that bathroom) in my vent. He totally cleaned up after himself. I'm doing a room addition soon and plan to use him on that project as well.

Description of Work: Mark Butera showed up on time, inspected my electrical panel, put in an exterior outlet and replaced a broken bathroom fan that required a special damper...came back and installed it. He couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. Knowing more than average about home repairs, he explained the uniqueness of the fan set-up and went so far as to go up on the roof to install a debris protector. After he was finished, he cleaned up so well, I couldn't tell he'd been there! You can't go wrong with this company and I've already recommended him to all my friends!
