They are real good overall, as far as the best product and price. I haven't compared prices.

They are prompt. They do a good job. They have a reasonable price. They always inquire if there is anything else they can help with. We are on a yearly contract. I will continue to use them in the future.

If there are tenants there, which are seasonal, that don't want to have them spray because of pets or other reasons, they just hold off. I added on crickets after one of the tenants noticed her dog eating crickets, and since then we have not seen any.

They kept the bugs out and I never had a problem with the bugs. They were very responsive to any unusual events that may have come about. You can totally count on them and they don’t take long to do the work. They are also very reasonably priced for the service provided.

They did a good and thorough job. I had them come out in May, and they had to do a followup in August. The problem was found during an inspection before selling the house. They found evidence and treated it, and the people who bought the house found some residual evidence, so they came back at no extra charge and finished up. They seemed reliable and friendly. They came when they were supposed to come, which is always a good thing. They were very helpful in terms of teaching me about how termites work and about things I didn’t know, which made me feel more comfortable about it. I was okay with their price. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Just wanted to advise you on the lack of service and the continued termite problem that went untreated at our new home.We had our home inspected and treated by Burns as three tunnels were found upon inspection. When we started construction on the home (ie. Removing carpets to replace them with hardwood and new tile) three more new tunnels were found by the contractors.When I contacted Burns they were too busy to have someone come out. I talked to 5 people that day. I told the last person that I talked to that we were having new floors put in and I needed someone to come out and take a look at the new tunnels before then and treat them. They were still too "overbooked". I felt they weren't standing behind their work. After feeling my disappointment they finally agreed to send 2 guys out. At this point I had called another company. The two young men they sent were not either of the men I had spoken to on the phone and had nothing to say to me after I introduced myself and showed them one of the tunnels before grabbing a drill. They didn't tell me what they wanted to do where they were going to do it and didn't bother to ask or inspect where the other tunnels were. After spending an entire day researching termites I learned that treating just one spot where they are showing doesn't necessarily treat the problem or the have. Also, not all chemicals work the same way. Burns uses a product called premis, it doesn't kill the hive it encourages them to just move, in this case to other parts of the home. Long story short, I felt their customer service was weak, at best and they are not trying to eliminate a problem but to ensure their future paycheck. I am very disappointed and would suggest that you not refer anyone to them if they are interested in protecting their investment, their home.

I have had monthly service from Burns Pest Elimination for many years and have never had a single problem with pest control, scheduling or customer service. Over the years their staff has always been accessible and able to solve scheduling change requests and emergency service immediately, including routine spraying, bee swarms, and termite inspections and treatment. It seems to be an extremely well-run and organized company and I highly recommend Burns to anyone looking for reliable pest control.

They did very well. I had rescheduled some times their visit. They have corrected everything and made sure everything was done right and that was a nice thing about them. Their price is average. Their quality of work is excellent because they take a lot of time for termite control. I would use them again in the future.

I signed a contract for a year with them at a very reasonable price. They came out and killed whatever weeds were there, and then they put a pre-emergent down. They have come out and taken care of the weeds whenever I have called them.

They come every 2 months. I like them. They are reasonably priced, especially if you want a long term service contract. They accomodate your schedule and give a call to remind you when the next scheduled service date is. The tech that normally comes wasn't able to get here on a schedule day and didn't to call to let me know.

I called twice to tell them not to come and do the work but they still came. If I was there when they came I would have stopped them. Afterwards, I got a call from a collection agency in Oregon. My experiences with them have been just terrible. I can't believe they had the nerve to send a collection company after me. I wouldn't use Burns Pest Elimination again even if they offered to come out and do the work for free. They've been such a pain in the neck.

I really liked that they were very responsive and came out quickly and did a very thorough job. I would definitely use them again. The workers who came out were very polite, and the person that did the inspection was great.
