Burns Pest Elimination

I live in Moreno Apartment homes in Scottsdale and have had an insect problem mostly nats for over 6 weeks they're everywhere in the house even the refrigerator we had over 40 nats in with our food, disgusting. Burns has come out 3 times now and spent a total of 5 minutes each time total from walking in the door to leaving, yeah real thorough Arizona needs to google what bedside manners are or even how to communicate without having the very first thing from drs, pest control people tell you we can't do that, I can,t help you. I travel the world for my job and if I didn't have to come to Barrows for a major spinal cord neck and disc surgery I'd never come to Arizona again. Burns sucks oh and they no showed no call 3 weeks in a row. Between the angriest drivers, the most uneducated natives ever oh I guess that's why their 47th in education in the country. look at reviews and youtube about why Phoenix and Scottsdale suck to live unless you're 90 years old in the retirement communities. In closing just expect people to be rude especially in the medical field. OH I'm a Professional Athlete so normally we have good Drs. and are treated at least like human beings oh and I'll give a list of pain drs and primary care doctors as well. Just don't waste your time with Burns if you have any type of nat problem they don't help or show up at all.

Ascary Armenta is the person to call if you are having a pest problem. He is very thorough in his inspection and explains everything you need to know about getting rid of pests (roof rats). He had helped us a couple of years ago, and took care of the problem then. We called this time because we had seen a dead rat. Fortunately, he let us know we had no incidence or problem with roof rats. We are very pleased with his timely and efficient service. I highly recommend Ascary if you are having any pest problem.

Stayed up all night bagging clothes to expedite the process get a call 30 minutes after the scheduled time from the apt manager saying Burns called and canceled and said they might get out here before the next normally scheduled weekly visit they make to the complex, they put me and my family at risk as my wife has an asthmatic reaction to the bites and they put the apartment management company in potential legal trouble by not showing up within the 7 day period required by AZ law after the manager receives written notification that bugs were found. I would never recommend any business that agrees to do something and then backs out of it especially when there is a health risk to their customers

The service was fine. there were no pigeons anymore. But I would check first for other pricing before hiring them again.

Very good service, especially from Pete. He even came to help move things prior to the treatment. Mark, the technician, also did a thorough job.

They are very good. I have them once a month. I am pest free. He knows everything there is to know about bugs. If he is going to be late, he calls me and lets me know. I will use him again.

I call them out every year and keep the contract in order for inspections and that type of thing. I'm still using them and I would recommend them. They're good.

When they show up as scheduled, they do a very good job. The problem is that lately, they schedule an appointment with us and then show up on a DIFFERENT DAY!!! Then they reschedule for the afternoon, and they SHOW UP IN THE MORNING! Getting our service should not be this complicated. We probably will not renew when our contract is up.

I was told by Northwest that I had drywood termites but they do not treat. I called Burns out and I pointed out the piles I saw and he said they were Drywood termites and I could have them spot treated. He emailed me a quote for the service. Turns out it was ONLY cricket poop!!!

It was okay. I think their prices are a little high. I used them about 8 or 9 months ago, then I didn't use them any more, and we got our own thing and my husband started doing it himself. I wanted somebody out for one day, but they didn't do that, so they wanted us to be on a contract. They also do weed control, but they were going to charge me over $200 just for the front yard. They were fine as far as quality. They were very responsive. I would probably not use them in the future because of the price.

I have used Burns since moving to Arizona in 2010 at 2 different properties. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of the staff, both in the office and field. Easy to get a hold of, reschedule appointments if necessary, to respray if there is an issue, etc. They are not the cheapest service out there, but their service has been remarkable.

We called a company that we didn't get from Angie's list and I can't remember. We had 2 different people out and Burns finally came out and finished the job right. They were professional. They did the job right. For followup, they weren't real good with the followup because we have other things going on like termites that they've not gotten back to me on. They are pricey but anybody is anymore.

I just want them to do a good job so they don't come back. They came out every 2-3 months. They came out and gave a treatment and less than 3 months later, I still had termites. I haven't even used them a year yet, and I still have termites.

Were quick to come out and evaluate the problem and recommend a solution. Set up traps/bait for 5 weeks and checked them once a week. Caught a number of rats and have not seen evidence of any additional activity. Offered follow on service and checks for additional fees but I decided to defer unless additional activity was noted, and they did not push or pressure for additional service. Will definitely use them again if needed.

Its early days yet but so far the pigeons are not back in the chimney.

We were very disappointed in the quality of inspection provided by Burns. If you look on their website, they only describe how they deal with one kind of termite: subterranean. There are also drywoods, which do not leave the same signatures, and cannot be treated in the same manner. They did not find evidence of drywoods on the pre-purchase inspection (I don't know if they looked the first time, but they didn't the second). When we called them back after seeing evidence of drywoods, the inspector essentially refused to look for them. We pointed to the exposed beams where we thought they were, and the inspector would not get on a ladder to look. He kept saying that he hadn't been doing this that long, and took some pictures to send back to the main office. He didn't even take pictures of all of the problem areas, he just kept looking around the perimeter of the house for the other kind of termite. Needless to say another company came out, confirmed that we had an infestation and treated it. I strongly recommend against using this company for an inspection. Their quote for a subterranean treatment was reasonable -- but it didn't address our problem.

He's very good and he's knowledgeable. He comes and he's on time, very good. His pricing was very good, it was reasonable. Very professional and he's funny.

They're professional, good and their staff is good though I only talked to them on the phone. I'm not really happy wtih the price but they're pretty competitive.

Money well spent for the annual warranty. As the saying goes, there are two types of houses in AZ. Those that have termites and those that will.

Had evidence of termite presence in my home but not after these guys were finished.

Monthly extermination I have had a increase in scorpions since I went their company.
