Monthly extermination I have had a increase in scorpions since I went their company.

I was very pleased with their professionalism, they were very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Quick service, explained issue, explained methods, answered my concerns. Very friendly service personnel. Take time to explain. Pigeons are gone!. They made an extra trip to my house to paint screening. Wonderful service. I would recommend this company.

See above. UPDATE: This is in reply to the review below. Your service representative did not visit me; we spoke on the phone. It is also against HIPPA laws for my doctor to even talk to you without my permission; and totally unnecessary because the bill clearly shows it has already been paid. You had no right to even call my doctor... it is a violation of my privacy as well. You have my contact information and should be dealing directly with me. My doctor informed me that you left a message; and I had to call you, which I did. I left a message for someone who had no name or company on his voice mail. He called me back and said he would bring me a check on Wednesday. He said he dropped the ball and this had been shuffled around on his desk. He asked if I would be home and if he should call first. I said yes, I would be home and to call first because I was working from home and had phone appointments. Two men showed up, unannounced and gave me the check. I guess it required 2 men to give a woman a check. However, it was after that I learned they had knocked on several neighbors door looking for me and using my name. Again, a violation of my privacy - not everyone knows my name here; nor do I want them to! PLUS - this is the same problem that originally started this!!! REALLY? You can't find the apartment? The numbers are clearly attached to the doors! Careless, reckless, inconsiderate; bordering on illegal - unable to read - what more can I say? It took more than a month to get this resolved; it should have taken less than a week.

Very reliable, always on time, great communication, professional, friendly, our dogs love our provider, pays extra attention to problem areas, high quality work.

The lady who came in was great and explained everything.

Very professional and experienced personnel. They clearly explained the challenges, what needed to be done, and how they would address the problem. Then, they performend their tasks as defined up front, and on the exact schedule they presented. I believe ( maybe-"hope" is a better word) the desired outcome will be reached.... no more of the bed bugs I brought back from NJ. Very experienced staff and tools...incl. trained K-9 dogs. Kudos to them. I feel a heck of a lot better than after using a previous company I from this site, who merely "bombed" or fumigated the house. Burns gets a top notch rating from me.

Great first appointment on 8/13/2013. Sal showed up on time at 7am sharp. Super excited about his professionalism and what he did. We had to clear out everything from my kitchen. plates, cups, silverware, etc. do wish I had know this before hand to save time. but he answered all my questions and took note to be careful as I have cats. I was thrilled with his work and called Burns to express my happiness with Sal and the work. It's been hard not having anything in the kitchen for weeks but Sal said on next visit we would need everything cleared again so why even bother moving stuff another time. BUT my second appointment on 8/30/2013 NO SHOW. DOUBLE CHECKED MY RECEIPT TO SEE DATE AND TIME BEFORE CALLING TO FIND OUT WHERE SAL WAS. Gal who answered said I was not scheduled until 9/13 and wasn't on schedule. NOT HAPPY. Stayed home from work to get this done prior to vacation. Which is why I set this appointment up early knowing I would be in Hawaii on the 13th. Sal told me it would be a problem. SUPER INCONVENIENT WITH FAMILY COMING FOR LABOR DAY. Dishes back in place and kitchen semi back together, at least enough to make it work for holiday and will deal with it all when I am back. Also wasn't as easy to make my next appointment for treatment. Everyday I had available wasn't based on his schedule. So we are looking at October!

We had Tony Ramirez come out to perform the work. They did a very thorough search, and filled all the holes that they thought were causing the problem. They were very fast in coming to my home. He was very courteous, and thorough.

They were high priced. They were professional and all that, but the price was kind of high compared to what I ended up paying. They were punctual and they were professional when they come and give you their information. It's not that complicated of a process that you are going to pay double or triple that somebody else can do easily.

They are very courteous. They are always on time. They do a great job. We don’t have any problems with the scorpions and that sort of thing.

They did their job very well and especially the customer representative who's name is Jason and he is the rep. for the Scottsdale area. I was unable to be there phsyically, but they did get the job done. They were very professional and I felt confident that they would do the job responsibly.

We didn't know that we had termites and we refinanced and our refinance company told us to try these guys. They came over and they took care of everything. They were excellent and they were very thorough. They were just very good. They had to do a lot. It wasn't just one price or another, they have to go all the way around the house and they have to go in the garage. They completely cover the place so we didn't think the price was so bad. I'll tell other Angie's List members to get them. The other thing that's very nice is that the guy that comes and originally does the inspection, does the work and all that stuff uses his contract and he said if he was to quit or something happens, then they will contact you and introduce you to another person so it's kind of like you have somebody that knows what's going on when he walks in the door. We have them on a yearly thing now where they just come once a year. A year after they did this treatment, they would just do an inspection.

It went well. Dani was for the most part responsive. Although would not accept the Angie's List discount and would not call to let me know this. Made Noel, the technician tell me the bad news. I was told that because of the already discounted price that they would not honor an Angie's List discount. Not sure how I would know that upfront. Noel has been out twice now for the 1st and 2nd month treatments. He is very professional and respectful. I feel that for the price and the success we have had with Noel and Burn's Pest Elimination would contact them again for other properties.

So far our experience has been good and it is much better than the others we have used. We couldn't let them do the inside of the backyard because we had a nest of 9 quails and we didn't want to risk anything. Now they are gone, so next month we will call them. The guy who came out educated me on long funky beatles, which we didn't know. They are very nice. We have this as a third company and some were pretty strange. They are knowledgeable. The price was reasonable. We didn't dislike anything. They have been very nice. So far, they have been great. They got here when they were supposed to be here.

The experience was good. Basically, it was helpful reading the reviews so I did use this company. I think I'm gonna keep it up out here. They're answering the calls and came out when I had trouble. I have a contract with them for years.

It was easy enough and professional enough, only thing is at the time they had a coupon through Angie's list! It clearly stated 10% off ANY pest control offer! When I tried to apply the saving they told me it was only for the more expensive offers!! The old bait and switch!

There were still issues so it helped a little bit. The guy was really nice, he answered all the questions that I had and explained how things work.

The service was perfect. They gave me a rundown of my house and said everything was fine and they said they wanted to come back and do another check for free to make sure that I don't have any termites.

They did a great job. We were happy. The people were great. Their reputation stood out to us.

Like all pest folks did his job and left

I called them because another company had been out and did not find evidence of bed bugs but assured me we had them and tried to sell me a $2400 treatment that would have totally disrupted my house hold. I was skeptical so I called Burns to check it out. They came early as requested. Very professional. The dog did not alert and the young lady did a very thorough inspection and she could not find any evidence of bed bugs. She said that if we had them they would have found evidence of them. They had nothing to gain by not finding anything. Conversely had they found any they could have made money by selling me a plan for getting rid of the bed bugs. I am changing my pest control company. It is nice to find such an honest and professional company.

It went great. They provided prompt service and different options to improve the effectiveness of treatment.

Isaac arrived an hour before he was supposed to, located the problem and immediately dispensed the hive. He was thoroughly professional and extremely kind and friendly. As a result of his services, I am considering Burns for other services. If this is an example of the kind of service I am going to get, it is worth every penny.

Their service was excellent. They came back the following day at no charge because when they sprayed there was some more activity that had come back and they came out and discharged the thing and sprayed again. A couple of days later something else came up with some more activity and they came back again but didn’t charge us. They are very customer focused. They were very competitive.
