They come when they are supposed to, and are nice, quick and helpful. Good service.

I called them and I told them I needed to have the job done. They said okay. I waited about a week or so and no one showed up. I got a hold of a different company, who came out and did the job. I called Burns Pest Elimination on 2 different occasions to tell them I found someone else and to not bother coming. Burns Pest Elimination came to our home and my wife told them we didn't need them because we had gone with someone else, but he went outside and sprayed anyway. They ended up charging $196 dollars plus $9.61 interest to us for their unwanted service.

It went very well. The man was very thorough.

They are very nice, reliable, responsible, and always thorough in checking. They will come when I need them to, and they spray very thoroughly. I have used them for a long time, and I would recommend them.

They did a pretty good job spraying the outside of the home for termites because since I moved, I've never experienced any problems whatsoever with termites. I would definitely hire them again if I needed to.

I just started having them come out 2 or 3 months ago. They have shown up when the have been scheduled to. I have not have any problems with any bugs. They do not bill you. Instead. they knock on the door to collect and if you are not home, they catch you the next time.

The men from Burns Pest Control were courteous and came on time. They get my annual inspection taken care of in a professional manner and I really like that. I would recommend them to everybody.

They do a good job. The only thing is that we have a contract and it renews and every year. They say send in the bill with payment and they will send someone right out. They never do I have to call to schedule an appointment. Sometime when I call they don't always call me back either. I think they need to be more organized and responsive.

They have just started doing the inspections. They did a nice job with the inspection, as they found all the problems I needed to fix before I bought the house. They helped me greatly and I will use them again next time I go to purchase a rental home.

Their price is comparable to everyone else s. They show up when they are supposed to and call if they are going to be late. I have been using them for years and I haven t had any bugs. I would recommend them to everyone.

Since Burns has treated for bugs, I have not seen any and that is a good thing! They always respond quickly when I call them. They are obviously very knowledgeable because they are able to answer all my questions.

Service person was right on time, and very professional. I have a dog and she was excellent at working around the dog and making sure it was safe. She explained everything she was going to do, and was very thorough. Covered the entire interior; including garages, and exterior. When complete, she detailed any pests that were found and targeted. Had a coupon for 1/2 off first service, so price was great as well. And service comes with a 30 day guarantee.

I got 3 estimates all of which were within $50 of each other. I have a large section of kool deck that goes up to the house and two patios that have a faux satillo tile applied. All three companies wanted to drill a small hole every foot to inject the pesticide in these areas. I told all three that I did not want holes drilled in these areas as I was afraid the patches would look like patches. Only Burns agreed to lift the carpet inside the house in these areas and drill the holes there so the patches would not be seen. The other areas around the house would be trenched. The other two companies did not want to lift the carpet as they thought they could not get the carpet back down correctly. Burns did the work and even had a carpet kicker to reinstall the carpet. They did an excellant job and the carpet looks just fine, re-installed just as it was. They ended up drilling almost 60 holes inside the house under the carpet. They were very professonal in every thing they did.

Derek came out, got here exactly when he said he would. He set four traps at various places around the property. Was very knowledgeable, explained things very well. Made sure the dogs could not get to any of the traps. He also sprayed for crickets in a couple of areas for free. The rat was trapped within four or five days. They were very good at telling us when they came out to check the traps the first couple of times, but then have not contacted us recently. We know the rat is gone, but we are not sure when they are coming to pick up the traps.

Debbie and her group in service do a great job. They had their bug man out quickly, and he did a very thorough sweep of the yard and interior of the house.

Bobby was our service tech - very nice and full of great information. Being new to AZ (from Ohio) we had many questions and he was polite, insightful and very thorough. Found coupon for 1/2 off initial service on Internet, came out same day we called and offered to come back if we notice any pests before next scheduled treatment. Can't give this gentleman and Burns a higher rating, they exceeded our expectations.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY GET RID OF THE BUGS. THEY ARE CHEAP, AND THE MEN DON'T MESS AROUND. THEY SPRAY EVERYWHERE THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO AND GET IT DONE QUICKLY.

I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED THE SERVICES THAT THEY HAVE PROVIDED. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH BUGS SINCE THEY HAVE BEEN SPRAYING. I WILL DEFINITELY CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE.

THE COMPANY PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE ALL AROUND. THEY WERE A LITTLE LATE FOR BOTH THE QUOTE AND THE SERVICE, BUT OVERALL THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CAPABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU NEED TERMITE TREATMENT.

WE HAVE HIRED SEVERAL EXTERMINATING COMPANIES OVER THE YEARS, AND BURNS WAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL WE'VE HAD. THEY DID A THOROUGH TREATMENT, PATCHED UP THEIR WORK, AND WERE DONE VERY QUICKLY. NORMALLY I WOULDN'T BUY A RENEWAL PROGRAM, BUT FELT THAT THIS ONE WAS WORTH THE COST AT $100 PER YEAR.
