Description of Work: Discovered some termite damage in kitchen island so we decided to do full house treatment.Burns did the initial full house treatment (trenching and drilling) but had to come back in a week to treat the kitchen island after we had made arrangements to turn off gas supply to range. Have seen no further termite activity. Very satisfied with service and staff and would have no reason to call anyone else if a future problem arises.

Description of Work: sprayed house and yard. I live out in the desert, so I have problems with pest. The monthly pest control service is working.

Description of Work: Response was prompt and associate explained in detail what the service department would be doing and why. I also used their service for another property I have. | |Ask for Lance ... he has been with them for many years and is very knowledgable.

Description of Work: Pigeon problems. They had to come back and put more netting which I was not asked to pay for. Also, in my original contract, I did not pay for trapping. They did this too free of charge, although I paid alot in the begining. Honoring the original price, they came back and made the outcome I wanted at no additional cost.

Description of Work: They sprayed the inside and outside of the home. I was most concerned with scorpions.

Description of Work: I didn't get service from them nor would I ever! My husband worked for them and they managers would DEMAND that the technicians use the cheaper ,crappy, less-reliable chemicals. Then he would make the technicians lie to the costumers by saying or writing down that it is a different, product. So the costumer would think they are getting better stuff. If the tec. didn't do that the manager would yell at the technicians or fire them.

Description of Work: Burns Pest Elimination was a monthly service I used from December 2006 to June 30, 2008. Because of the degree of scorpions & crickets I had to contend with, they were required to spray in & out of the home. On those days I could not be there in person or make arrangements for someone else to be there, I trusted Burns to spray the outside of the home because they always left a bill behind. One particular day when the service technician was unaware I was at home, I saw him walk to my backyard, then drop the bill to my front door and jump in his truck to drive away. I immediately flagged him down, confronted him on not spraying the yard but leaving the bill. Without an apology nor an explanation, the technician came back, sprayed the house then left. I called the office immediately to inform them about what I'd witnessed. Had I not seen what I saw that day, Burns would have gotten away with leaving a bill without performing a service. When I called the office to speak with a manager, they took my name & number, but no one ever followed up about the complaint. Over the next 3 weeks, I made 3 more attempts to notify a manager about the issue, but each time, my name & number was taken, no one ever called back. In lieu of such shady practices, and the failure to respond on the part of the company, I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you do, be present at the time of service, and watch closely because who knows just how many times I paid for a service that was never actually rendered.
