Brad presented on time for appointment, measured accurately, and took our order. When he was unable to fulfill the order as taken he contacted me and adjusted the order, offering an additional small discount. We were pleased. The order was delivered and installed on the date promised. The work was well done, well installed. We are most pleased. We would use Brad again. Thanks for Angie's list.

One was too short (not their fault). A new one has been ordered, but not yet received.

I wasn't sure exactly what kind of window treatment I wanted for one window in my house that the previous owners had left bare. The company owner came to the house, looked at the window, and suggested a treatment that would coordinate with the blinds on my other windows, as well as be easy to clean and maintain, in light of the fact that there's a lot of "desert dust" in Arizona. Being new to the area, I appreciated having this information. He gave me a date when the blinds were expected to be finished, and called me at that time to set up an install date. The installer showed up on time and did a very professional job with the installation. In addition, he did minor repairs on a couple of my existing blinds at no charge! I couldn't be happier!

The company never got in touch with me. When I finally called them, they informed me that I did not reside in their service area. Very frustrating.

The experience was smooth and flawless.

It was fine. We purchased more so the end cost was about $1,400. The blinds look good. The individual who came out to do the work was very nice.

We called the owner, Brad Lewis and scheduled an appointment. Brad was right on time with all appropriate samples of the alternatives to replace the shade we currently had on our large front window. We agreed on the replacement and price and paid Brad a 50% deposit to order the material. The material came in as promised and we were contacted by the installer, Bryan and set an appointment to install the new shade. Bryan did a timely installation and it looks and works great! We are very satisfied with the entire process and would gladly recommend Budget Blinds for anyone who has a need for their services.

I was hoping for installation before Thanksgiving and I got just what I wanted. Bryan (the friendly installer) just left and I can only describe the results as a grand slam home run. My windows are beautiful! The colors are perfect and I most assuredly could NOT have chosen them myself. Brad did a wonderful job for me choosing and Bryan did a great job installing. The Angie's List discount saved me a significant money as well as introducing me to just the resource I needed to get this done. Thank you Brad and Bryan!

We recently moved to Surprise, AZ and knew that we would like to have plantation shutters put on all of our windows as soon as possible. Brad Lewis of Budget Blinds promptly responded to our call. Brad gave us excellent advice regarding our choices and the options associated with each of them. He is very professional and quickly had all of our windows expertly measured. Relying on Brad's solid A rating on Angie's List, we decided to order our shutters from him. And we are so glad we did! Brad is very easy to work with. He kept us informed during each stage of the process. The installers he uses, Rob and James, arrived on time and worked non-stop to complete the job. They were a delight to interact with and they did their work with precision and particular attention to every detail. They removed a couple of existing window treatments, patched the holes, and even asked for the paint to do the touchups! When they were finished, the shutters looked amazing and there wasn't anything to clean up. It was all done for us just as Brad had said it would be. At the end of the day we were so pleased! We received a lovely Thank You note from Brad. If we do have any concerns regarding our shutters in the future, we know we can depend on him to help us out.

It went excellent. Brad Lewis, the owner, came out to measure and go over my options. He gave me good idea's as far as color go. He was on time, drove out in a nice clean company car that was lettered up. He had on a nice company shirt with his name on it. He was very professional. The price was more than fair. I was told it would take approx. 3 weeks to special order these blinds. They called me at the end of a week and said they were in. They came right out and installed them. The installer was very nice, neat and professional. He works with the owner doing the installs. They followed up their work with a hand written thank you letter. Everything went perfect. I'm very happy with the quality of the product, the warranty of the shades and the installation went perfect. I could not ask for more. I definitely would use Budget Blinds and Brad Lewis again.

The window treatments were delivered and installed a little less than 3 weeks after the order was placed. The shades and blinds fit perfectly thanks to the careful measurements Mr. Lewis had done on the initial visit. The technician, Bryan, quickly removed the old blinds and installed the new shades and blinds. Bryan is an expert at what he does and worked in a most professional way. When I am ready to buy new treatments for other windows I will certainly use this company again.

The technician came out several times .He came out earlier this spring. He was extremely accommodating and responsive. He always called back within a half hour of my calling him. He followed up the next day. He even sent a thank you note. He was just awesome. The next technician was on time, also fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about the company.

Brad is awesome! Professional and friendly. We scheduled a in home visit to receive a quote and Brad was here on time. We were happy with the price and decided to go with Budget Blinds. Javier came to install and he was great! Our blinds flow with the rest of the house (we have other blinds in our home) and can't tell we added them later. I would recommend Budge blinds and plan to use them in the future. Give brad a call... you can't go wrong!

Brad provided excellent advice and punctual service. The supplier failed to deliver one box to him but he made a trip back at our convenience to install the last one.

I ordered the blinds on April 17 and the job was finally finished on July 30. Almost 3 1/2 months! Apparently someone measured and/or manufactured incorrectly - twice! I was surprised that Brad did not make an effort to reflect this inconvenience on my bill of close to $4,000. He stated that I should be happy that he paid to express ship the shutter that did not fit. Brad's congenial disposition appeared to deteriorate as the delays mounted. Providing good customer service is easy when things are going well.

Brad of Budget Blinds was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was not at all pushy when showing us his products. Instead, and he gave a guileless overview of what he felt would deliver the best value for our home based on our needs and existing decor. We had not anticipated being able to cover all of the windows in our home with a single installation, but Brad's prices quickly changed our minds. We secured his services right away and couldn't wait for the shutters to arrive! But wait we did. Because the shutters were custom-ordered, we ended up waiting about six weeks between the measurements and the installation. Brad was upfront with this information before we committed to the order, so the wait was no surprise. In exchange for our patience, we got high quality with an excellent price, so we were happy. I only mention it because you'll want to ensure you have existing window coverings or a carefree attitude about privacy before custom-ordering your shutters. Once the shutters had arrived, Brad promptly arrived to perform the installation only to find that the previous window coverings had left some damage on the window sill that would impact his ability to install the shutters. I opted to delay the installation until I could have the window sills repaired. Brad graciously rescheduled without complaint or adjustment to the cost. With the window sills repaired, Brad once again promptly arrived and expediently installed the shutters as only a professional can. The results look fantastic and we could not be happier! We would gladly give our business to Budget Blinds again.

Everything met or exceeded all of our expectations. All work was performed within the costs and timeframe of the bid. Very satisfied with the service, product and costs.

Bryon came to do the install less than two weeks later. Every blind is wonderful and the quality is better than I had hoped. He was very fast and efficient, professional and courteous. He helped me load two of the larger old blinds into my car so I might donate them and removed the rest for me. He left absolutely no mess behind. He installed nine windows in less than an hour! Both gentlemen were prompt and kept me informed at all times the status of the order and their arrival times. I would recommend this company to anyone.

All phone calls were returned with in same day. Brad is professional and stands by his product. Blinds arrived when promised. I will use him again and will tell my friends about this great service.

Brad schedules estimate appointments promptly. During our appointment he brought samples of his products and was able to guide us in making choices that would serve our needs. He gained our confidence with his knowledge, experience, professionalism and plain old friendliness. He personally installed the blinds when they arrived. Brad was friendly and professional throughout the process. He was willing to schedule our initial appointment on the weekend, which was more convenient for us due to work schedules. Overall the experience was pleasant. There were two visits with Brad Lewis...........one where he came to measure and give an estimate for what I wanted and the second visit was the installation which he did. He was professional and pleasant to deal with. It was expensive but I don't think you can avoid that when you are having a large custom shutter being made and then installed. So the shutter for the one window was the expensive part of my order. I did not choose to do any comparison shopping and I am very pleased with the end result.

I called Brad to get an estimate and he came out and measured. He was very prompt and called the same day to say he was on his way. .His estimate was over $150 less than Home Depot's. When I placed the order he quoted 5-7 weeks for delivery. It took the full 7 weeks and he came out and installed them on time and was very professional. Since they were being installed in a bedroom, my main concern was light proofing the room. Brad adjusted the frame and lowered the shutters so that minimal light would peep in under them. They look great and match my home's existing shutters and paint color perfectly. I would use Brad again. He is very professional, friendly, and the shutters are hight quality. They will last the life of the house.

I called Brad Lewis in March as I was interested in room darkening shades. The price was fair; he was professional and efficient and punctual. The job was completed in April.
