Working with Budget Blinds of North & East Phoenix was a truly positive experience. I appreciated Brad's time, expertise, and "no pressure" approach in helping me select the products I wanted. The installer, Brian, was highly skilled, conscientious, and a personable guy who got the job done in a very timely manner. I had to follow up a couple times to get the quote. They were professional and all, but they said they would get me a quote on an certain date, and they didn't come through. I had to call them a couple of times to get the quote, but they followed through with the quote. That is as far as it has went. They didn't keep their promise with getting me the quote, and I had to follow up. I eventually got the quote, but not when they said it would be. They were nice and professional, and very apologetic.

Everything looks great. When Brad came for the initial consultation I talked to him about another potential project for a different room. He suggested that I not make a change. I laughed and told him that he was missing out on sale. I appreciate his honesty. He truly is a window treatment consultant!

Everything went well. Both Brad and the installers were exceptionally nice and professional. The product is of very good.quality. I would use them again.

The order was handled promptly and installation went perfect and quick. They were very accomodating in a schedule change for the installation.

The service was performed as promised and we are very happy with the blinds. The installer was very fast and very efficient and took the time to show me the tricks of using the blinds. They even sent me a nice massage coupon as a thank you. Highly recommended for blinds or window treatments.

I was really impressed with Budget Blinds. Completely professional with customer satisfaction a top priority. I feel like they run their business with the long-term goal of keeping customers and getting referrals from existing customers. Budget helped me select the best fit for our room addition window dressing. The blinds were ordered and installed quickly (sooner than estimated time). They look terrific and match the existing window dressing in other parts of the house. I was satisfied and would highly recommend this business. Price was very competitive. We live in Paradise Valley and often get high bids from vendors because of where we live. Budget Blinds didn't overcharge us just because of the neighborhood.

When the shade arrived and was installed it was all wrinkled(especially the valance). I was assured the wrinkles would fall out. I have other shades I purchased from another company and they were perfect from day one. The wrinkles did not disappear and a new shade was ordered. It was installed. Again, all wrinkled. The installer tried to steam them out. The valance still was all wrinkled, so I asked him to take it down. He proceeded to tell me it looked better than the other shades I had. I asked him to show me what he was talking about. What he said was not true. He was just being defensive. I spoke with the owner and he became very patronizing and told me there was nothing wrong with the shade even though it is clearly apparent from the photos he saw. The conversation quickly went downhill. I asked that my wall be repaired from the bracket holes and be repainted which he agreed to do. At this point, tempers have flared on both sides. I have purchased from them twice over the past few years and been very satisfied. Something has changed and I will not buy from them again.

They looked over the situation and gave me the name of a Hunter Douglas dealer in Sun City West. I then called Hunter Douglas in Denver directly and reported the broken part, which has a lifetime guarantee and they sent me the part, which I installed myself. f.

I will never use this company again. The shutters were suppose to be installed before christmas. After no customer service we finally get the shutters in and scheduled to be installed 1/23/15, I have a room full of furniture and no one contacted us to explain that perhaps they needed so much space between the windows and the furniture to appropriately install the shutters. My shutters were ordered in Oct (it was explained the it would take 6-8 weeks) so end of Nov is 8 weeks. It is 01/23/15 my shutters are still not installed because I now need to have my bed completely taken apart. This would have been a great thing to offer to customers. We have never had shutters in our home. We don't know how they are installed or any additional details on shutters in general. So now after 13 almost 14 weeks of waiting for my shutters (keep in mind I have a room with no window covers at all now for going on 4 months) I have to reschedule my appointment and have someone come take my bed apart so we can have this done. Sooooo frustrated. However, the person who installs the shutters was very nice. He made arrangements to come back and he was professional. He did contact the company to let them know what was going on and I have not received one apology or even a follow up call. WOW.

It was very good. The person on the phone was quite professional and answered my questions clearly. They came out to do the measurements first and then came back again to install. They were prompt, installed them well, and brought the product they promised. I would recommend them. They were very friendly, helpful, and did a careful job.

Good looking blinds at a great price. From order to install, it was the most seamless improvement I have done thus far.

Brad (the owner) was great to work with. We had a few issues with some the originals blinds and Brad came back and had new blinds installed a few weeks later. Highly recommend Brad and Budget Blinds!

Brad Lewis was very nice and knowledgeable about what would work best for my space. The shutter color was exactly what I wanted and the installation was perfect. The 4 inch plantation shutters look great in the room and from the street.

Our experiences with Budge Blinds has always gone well. They are prompt, do a great job and the price is right.

I had purchased a big deal for the service, and he was very prompt, and professional, but I found his price to be very high. I found someone else who gave me something at a less cost. His cost was high, but he was very professional in his presentation, his measuring and all that. He got paid for that, but I found his prices to be a little high. I had purchased the big deal for $99, and I didn't pay more. I thought the price was a little expensive just to come and estimate, but that was okay, because I learned something. He knew his products and he had good suggestions.

It seemed kind of like a bait and switch. I wanted them to quote blinds in all three bedrooms; his number was way over my budget. While the quality of the work was outstanding and he was professional, the pricing was just too high.

In a total of about 2 hours with a combination of Brad, the owner and Brian the installer - I have exactly what I want and will use them over and over again, to add items as my tastes change - and I have already recommended Brad and his team to my friends - the price the great, for custom made window treatments. And the job was done so professionally, and courteously!

Brad Lewis came out and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I kind of had an idea, but he shows you samples to select a color and was very helpful. I would call them again for an estimate.

It went okay. The installer could have moved the puller a little further to the front.
