Can't say enough good things about Brad Lewis. Many times you will have a great sales person and weak installer. Brad does both sales and the install personally, really quite rare. He is highly skilled in both areas and this combination gives Brad's work the A rating he justly deserves.

The whole job-from start to finish- was done perfecty.

Services were great overall. I found Brad on Angie's List and called for a free in-home quote. He responded quickly, scheduled an appointment and arrived promptly to create estimate. He provided great information during the process, asking questions to determine my needs then giving me alternatives and suggestions for how to achieve a great result. He kept me informed throughout the waiting period, while product was being built and shipped, then called to schedule installation. Brad squeezed me into an early morning because he knew I was eager, then arrived promptly and had completed the work within 2 hours. Brad provided great customer service, is prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about his products and services.

Brad Lewis is the epitome of professionalism. He returned my initial call within minutes, scheduled an appointment at my convenience, arrived promptly, spent a good amount of time with me explaining options, warranties and the like, and created an accurate estimate. He is personable, has a "can do" attitude and takes his work seriously. The blinds came in earlier than expected and Brad called me the same day to set up installation. He is so good at what he does that installation took only about an hour. Our windows look great! We now have the privacy we desired, superior quality wood blinds and, I expect, lower electricity bills in the summer (a definite plus in Arizona). I have already recommended Brad to my friends and will do business with him again when we choose draperies.

Brad is an absolute winner. He is both professional and friendly. He makes you feel very comfortable right from the beginning of the process. He walked me through every step of making the choice of shutter type that would be best for my locations, gave me lots of options for frame styles. He helped figure out a way to install shutters in a very thin window next to my front door and also did some measuring and additional estimates for windows I thought I might want to do in the future. His estimate was spot on and the shutters arrived right on time. He removed all the current old window treatments for me and asked if I wanted to keep them and, since I did not, he offered to dispose of them for me. The final look of everything was perfect and I have never been so happy with anyone's service before. Brad is a very professional workman, but he is also a very kind and caring person. I feel that I would definitely use his services again, but that I have also made a friend. Thumbs up to you, Brad, and all the best in your future endeavors.

When I made the request I thought I wanted draperies, but when he came out he had several different options of what I could do to achieve the darkening effect. He was very prompt in making the appointment and polite. He brought good ideas and ideas that would save us money. He actually saved us half the cost! We were able to use our Angie's List discount. He returned with the order completed within a week and installed them and cleaned up neatly. It was just a pleasure dealing with this man and this company. I would certainly hire them again and I will recommend them to people who need this kind of service.

If you're looking for blinds, you don't have to look any further. Brad was always on time, polite, and professional. He made suggestions that helped me to choose the blinds that would look best in my home. He took care of the few minor problems that occurred, and even installed a drapery rod for me. Everything was left neat and clean. You can count on him to do an excellent job and then some. My blinds are perfect.

It went very well, and we will definitely use him again for the other windows. We were most impressed with the excellent quality of his work, and with how hard he worked to save us money by repairing what could be repaired. We plan to re-do a few windows each year and so I know we will be using him for that work. Brad prides himself on doing the job right. He re-did some of the mistakes of our earlier installer, and only charged us $20 a window to replace old worn-out hardware. That, alone, made us permanent customers!

The blinds fit perfectly and and look great. Budget Blinds responded to our request quickly and Brad made three visits to the condo to discuss options and leave samples, and for the measuring, installation and follow up. He spotted unused brackets on other windows, volunteered to remove them and made no charge for the extra work.

I called Brad for a quote about 6 months ago. He came over and helped me choose out the style/color etc that I wanted. I was doing different home projects at the time and he advised that I wait until after painting to install the shutters. Just about 1 month ago I was ready for the shutters and called him back to order them. The price was still the same and he still had my information on file, so there was no need for him to return. He simply ordered everything and when it came in about 3 weeks later he called and set up an evening appointment with me so I wouldn't have to miss work. He and his son installed everything in about 2 hours and it looks beautiful. He made it very clear that if I had any problems at all to give him a call and he'd be happy to stop by and take care of it right away. This experience was exactly how we all hope these experiences turn out to be! I will definitely be calling him back someday to do the bedrooms next.

I needed blinds for my home. I went to Angie's List to get my blind's companies, however a friend told me that I had to call Brad, that he was the best. Brads company was not on Angie's List so I choose two already Angie's List companies and decided that Brad would be the third. Brad provided a free in home consultation and estimate which was at a convenient time for me which I really liked. After getting three estimates I was most impressed by Brad. Brad's wasn't the cheapest estimate however I liked the way he presented his business and felt that he would do the best job for me. His price I thought was reasonable and fair as well. Brad came into my home and installed three beautiful cordless top down/bottom up honeycomb blinds. I would refer Brad's budget blinds to my friends and Angie's List user's for their blinds purchase.
