As it is never easy to hear of any short comings within your company, it does help us to continue growing in order to provide the service we know aligns with our service mission. There isn't any excuse for [Member Name Removed] to have not been contacted that evening and we are engaging an internal investigation to find the source of the miscommunication. We have always stood by our timeliness and dedication to our customers, so this oversight is being handled with great concern.
