The team of Mark and Oscar arrived in the window I had been promised. They quietly and competently checked out our systems, made some small repairs and even helped me "decode" our thermostats for easier operation.

Wonderful company, great techs and staff. Cut our APS bill in half. Their service is high quality, on time, and their guys are superb. Had a problem with a service contract, and Mike Brewer, the Owner, intervened and resolved the issues. Can't go wrong with this company, from our viewpoint.

He fixed the dripping but it look Very Mickey mouse.

Tech was professional and diagnosed the problem correctly. Tech showed up 30 minutes after the 4 hours window. Did not call ahead as requested. When called to schedule company was not willing to give upfront pricing on how much they charge for freon refill. Also, tech told me he will not waive trip charge if He has to come back to repair. When asked if he has the parts needed to repair he said he has to go to a warehouse to collect and come back. If he is to leave and come back anyway why charge a trip charge for a repair that's approx 700 bucks? This is more than the twice amount I paid to fix it through another company.

They do an excellent job. Neat, clean, and fast. We would use them again

It was okay. They quoted their terms and prices for the units and after they dissembled my furnace and air conditioning unit, the prices changed.

Great. The unit has been working over the weekend with no issues. The company has a membership plan to cover the AC and part replacement. My cooler is still under warranty so I am considering a membership. Only issue is Members get emergency service right away, so my appointment was bumped twice.

I will most likely use Brewer in the future but will also check with other HVAC firms in the area. I was disappointed with Brewer on Labor Day of last year. Our A/C system quit and I was unable to connect with their office. No answer, no voice mail. They advertise 24/7 service. I contacted another firm for the repair.

Technicians were very prompt and professional. Initially, the master bedroom was still not cool compared to the rest of the house so they promptly came back and installed an additional return in that room. So far everything works great. We were uncomfortable when finding out that ownership changed right after making such a big purchase but the new owner is honoring the contract and we had no problem when we had it serviced for the first time (regular maintenance).

This company calls us twice a year to remind us it is time for service. They come twice a year. Once for AC and once for heating. They change filters and check the system out. We have a service contract with them because the house is a rental property. They contact the renters and schedule the appointments and then follow up with us to tell us that it did get done. If the renters are reluctant, they call us to let us know.

We have used this firm for our HVAC service for several years. Our experience has been very good. On this latest service call their technician spent considerable time balancing the air flow making sure that we received the most efficient system.

Rightime came out and performed a yearly AC "tune-up". However, to us, it was more of a up-sell opportunity for them. Yes, he did take some things apart, etc. However, when it was all said and done, he told us that one of the motors seemed to be going out on one of our units and that we should get it replaced. He said if we didn't get it done now, it might last another month or so but if we do it now, he "could give us a great deal." He gave us about 4 different options on an OEM Trane motor or another brand replacement motor that is "better than the original." Not only that, if we bought another service agreement right then and there, we would get an additional discount on the motor and labor for both of them. The service agreement was a pretty high price, which did include a yearly AC inspection and tune-up. I said I would think about it and the salesman...uh...I mean technician said that "unfortunately when I walk out the door, the special price is no longer valid." I then quickly told him no to the service agreement and to the motor replacement. He packed up his stuff and left. Then, I went to turn on the AC and nothing would happen. Sure, I thought, some "tune-up". I was ready to call another company to come fix whatever that yahoo did but before I did that, I went out to look at his work and the salesman...I mean technician did not re-install the fuses to my AC units. The bottom line is that I would never again use Rightime, formerly One-Hour AC & Heating again as when they come out for a tune-up they are more interested in up-selling you than anything else.

They were very prompt, and very professional. I went with them, and they were great. They provided the service that I wanted. Their price was very reasonable. They were very professional, prompt, courteous and they took great care of my house. They were very conscientious, and I was very pleased wit h them.

I had a special that I heard about on the radio and that was $49-something. They called me but they couldn't make it that day for my appointment. They came the next day for $19.99. They were very professional. When I told them that I have a home warranty and I didn't want any service done except for a check, they didn't try to sell me anything. They kept in touch with me and never left me hanging and wondering whether or not they'll show up.

They had good response in getting things done. They had it installed correctly and stood with the job until it was done correctly. They had to remove a couple of things because of the configuration of the roof in the attic and they had to work around that. I think they started around 9:00 and they finished up around 6:00. They were very good.

I was totally financially exploited by them. As a mater of fact, they are on my list to call and I am ready to call TV station. They said they would oil clean, lubricate, take the motor apart and totally rehab it. First of all I have two air conditioners three ton and four ton and they said to replace both of them. They charged me $2000 to tune up the three ton and they charged me $800 to spray and clean and oil lubricate whatever the four ton, but the man, there were two people here, one man went outside he was back in the house within 10 minutes and I had another person come and give me an estimate and he looked he said and asked what kind of experience you have had what kind of estimates you had and when I showed him $800 with one hour the guy just put his hand over his mouth and said oh my goodness. All they do is spray something on it and hose it down. They are on my list to call are you ready to come back and change or give me a refund, I want a full refund or you ready to face TV cameras. The people need to be warned about them. They acted professionally and what they did was actually representation. I would not use them again.

after3.5 hours the guy says what he suggests. as a premantenance item. We didn't get it done but he was very good about it.

Is One Hour Air under new ownership? They installed a unit for me in 2009 and I joined their Comfort Club which entitles me to 2 visits per year, supposedly free. The first couple years, they would come out, check the unit, made sure everything was in proper working order, and leave with no charge. The past couple years, however, each time they come out, they try to give me a very strong "not taking no for an answer" sales pitch on all kinds of expensive things. They wanted to clean my air ducts for a price substantially higher than Coit, Top Hatter, Sears, or anyone else would charge. They keep finding "microbial growth" and insisting I need a UV light, coil scrubber or air scrubber for a very expensive amount of money, and then charging me an expensive sum to clean the coils when I insist I can't afford a coil or air scrubber. Why is it that they never found "microbial growth" BEFORE when they came out to check the unit, and why is it that "microbial growth" was never found in my previous unit by previous a/c companies? This can't be a new phenomenon, but it never came up until their visits beginning last year; why was it never mentioned in all the years prior, by One Hour or any other company? The technician showed me a picture on his cell phone that purportedly was of the inside of my a/c, but how do I know that wasn't a stock photo he has on his phone to show everyone? Most people aren't going to get up on the roof with the tech to take a look at the unit! And on the most recent visit, the technician announced that my floor vent was really too small for the unit. Again, why did no one from One Hour Air or any previous a/c company mention THAT to me before, and why did One Hour Air not mention it in 2009 when they installed this unit? All of these might be legitimate things to be concerned about, but it seems like they're trying to find ways of selling me expensive equipment when they never did before. They don't make any money from the Comfort Club pre-season checks in the spring and fall, so I am suspicious they are trying to pad the bill by trying to sell me all these expensive things, and I keep saying no. I am so tired of it that I am going to use some other company, preferably someone recommended by Angie's List, next time I need my a/c unit checked.

This was my second time using them, and everything went well as usual. I appreciate that they send the same technician each time, too.

They do the work as promised, but their prices are a bit high.

I am very disappointed with the company. The system hasn't worked properly since its installation, and they oversold me for the system as well.
