I was impressed with the gentleman who came out the first time.

It probably was not as good. I bought 2 hours and they were here for barely an hour. They were pretty responsive. His punctuality was fine. He was there on time.

The first time I used him, I was impressed. He was scheduled to come back for another visit, but he was a no-show. He told his boss that he did call me, but I wasn't home. On my smart-phone, it logs missed calls, messages, etc. He never called. I waited for him; I was here. I went through my recent calls, missed calls, messages, and missed calls. He never called, so I felt like he lied.

very bad, made things worst, went from 1 problem to 3 after he was done, not sure if done is the correct word since all he did was make things worst.

Great! On time and very nice. I would highly recommend this company!

he started tracing the electrical wire form one outlet to the other, in the end he got them working, but like i said they are all not working again, its like he only put a bandage on it to stop the bleeding but not fix the cut. He said he would also send a copy of my receipt and an estiment of future work that i also needed on other parts of my house, to my e mail which he never did.

It went very well and only took about 2 hours. Very nice job! We will definitely ask this company back.

Troy very efficiently mounted the fixtures and was able to install them closer to the stucco with a little encouragement.

Not so good. I asked ahead of time what we needed to purchase in the way of parts to have on-hand what was needed. I never got a response, and then we got socked an additional $40 for parts (2 @ less than $5 each at Home Depot) and "some wire" In 2013, I had a two hour electrician deal with another company, and their electrician added two new j-boxes and a new pendant light for each one, he replaced a third pendant light with a new fixture, and replaced the light fixture above the kitchen table with a new fixture, and then asked me, "What else can I do for you?" That was one man, in less than two hours. This time, it took an additional man, a broken light bulb, and the entire two hours to put in two new boxes and two fixtures. This did not include repairing the wall where the original fixture was (which was fine) but it also did not include cleaning up their mess. I let the company know directly we were not pleased, and I felt their response was dismissive. Would NOT hire this company again.

It was great.. He arrived on time , I purchased the ceiling fan I wanted. I brought him to room that ceiling fan was to be installed. Since the lighting was LED I had to get a new switch. While he was there I went to THE FAN DOCTOR to get the new switch of which he installed. It's been a couple of weeks now and everything works perfectly. I would definitely use this company again.

From the person who set up the initial appointment to Troy who came to the house both times, the service was prompt and very professional. We couldn't ask for better service.

They cut open the ceiling to access the light fixture assembly, and fixed the flickering problem. When reinstalling it, they did the best they could, but it was not up to my demanding visual standards.

Very, very well. I was advised of what could be unfortunate additional work that might be needed, but didn't have that happen. I liked the advance warning of possible extra costs so I could decide whether to proceed or not.

It was okay. It wasn't anything great. Basically it was like a 2 hour deal or something. We had a set time and he came early. He was waiting in the driveway. He was a nice enough guy and because he came early and was waiting in the driveway, he wanted to count that as part of the 2 hours. So he wasn't very happy about having to actually put in 2 hours and he never did put in the full 2 hours. I had one real important thing to do which took less than an hour and I was going to use the other hour for checking out some outlets that weren't working well and he was like he didn't really want to do that because he had sat in he driveway for 45 minutes or whatever. Because he got done with the prior job too early. So I had mixed feelings about the company, The work he did was fine. You buy 2 hours, you're expecting 2 hours. I could have hired somebody else just to do the one job and probably paid the same amount. It was like 3:00 or 5:00, I think the end of his day was 5:00, it was Friday and I think he wanted to get home earlier so he came early. I guess it was presumptive on his part. So it wasn't the standard that I would expect but it was okay. He came probably a week of when I bought it because I bought it for a specific repair job. I think the quality was fine.

It went well. I've used ATS twice, now. Both times they have sent friendly electricians who were able to accomplish a lot in a short amount of time.

Wow! This was by-far the best experience I've had with a vendor. Troy arrived on time and performed the work in the blink of an eye. I purchased the big deal to have an interior outlet installed. I don't know how he did it, but the outlet took 5 minutes and there was absolutely no drywall damage. He even had time to install a ceiling fan. I will definitely use ATS again.

They were here awhile ago. I wish he would have told me sort of an estimate of what it was going to cost in addition to what I had already paid. He was here I want to say it was last fall. He did a good job. He was definitely nervous about doing it in the beginning, he was like I don't know if I can do this or not, and he did it and he did it exactly what I wanted, he did and for that I was grateful.
